The PayPal guest checkout was painful. I have an account, but the site kept asking me to log in again. Very frustrating. A direct credit card payment option would have been much easier.

I could not see the related battery…
I could not see the related battery charger for the battery I ordered. Therefore, I had to email somebody to get this information. It would be better if compatible battery chargers were referenced with all batteries. The service person who responded was helpful.

I love that Duracell has the BLS 50 battery and it is at least as good as the one Olympus makes for my camera. It is also a MUCH better price! Much. Shipping is pretty fast and it's a great alternative for those of us boycotting amazon, target and walmart. Yay Duracell!

It was hard to do an order
It was hard to do an order. I went to place an order - went to the order and had to create an account. The address zip code was confusing when i put it in - then I created an account and put my address in. the complete address did not have the complete zip code. I went back out and had to start all over again twice before I placed this order with the complete zip code.
