Not impressed
Items received too late for the purpose required and returned immediately. I tracked the parcel and could see they were received at the warehouse on 3rd June. Today is the 16th June and my credit card account has still not been refunded the £145.67 charged.

Fantastic products. Great service
Just received another order from Dapw. Duvet and bed linen arrived in 2 days. Fantastic quality and much cheaper than the white company.

Terrible service but great quality products
We ordered 2 items from them almost 4 weeks ago. One arrived almost the next day while the other one only arrived yesterday. While I can accept delays (I believe they were moving warehouse etc) what is unacceptable is their inability to respond to emails simply updating you on the progress of your order.
They mention a phone number to contact, but it is currently unavailable. They suggest emailing them, but I tried 3 times and got no reply. I ultimately contacted someone at the Company using their personal email and got a reply that way - but it fell gravely short of what you would expect from a online retailer.

Terrible, terrible customer service.
My girlfriend and I moved house recently and ordered a full set of linen. It was meant to be delivered two days later, as was confirmed by email. We waited at home all day for the delivery and nothing turned up. I have tried to call many times but get the standard recorded message, without even ringing, claiming a high call volume and therefore an inability to take voice messages and suggesting I email instead... That's a total waste of time. I have emailed multiple times but have not had a single response. It's now over a week and I've heard nothing and have been 100% unable to get through. As a result we have been left without linen for over a week having paid hundreds of pounds. Do I buy other sheets or will these suddenly arrive after I have done that? Who knows? I don't seem to be able to ask the people I paid.
This is a terrible company to deal with (or not!). Non existent customer service.

Good company good value
Bought a mattress topper, haven't actually had anyone sleep on it yet as it's on a guest bed but I've had a lie on it and it feels great

Great value for money and great service.
The duvet was so light we thought it couldn't possibly be warm, but it's fantastic. We've never spent such an amount on a duvet before, but we're glad we did and it was great value for money, especially with the discount. Quick delivery too. Thank you DAPW!

Wonderful Matress Topper
I purchased the microfibre matress topper, 1 for our bed and 1 for the spare room. It is heaven lying on it, very soft and I feel like I'm in a different bed. I now don't want to get up in the morning!

Mattress topper is just perfect
Purchasing the luxury matress topper from DAPW has contributed so much to a better nights sleep. My husband is allergic to feathers so I wanted to find a really good quality hollow fibre alternative. Affordable Luxury
I have ordered a few items of bedding from DAPW and each time I have found every aspect of my purchase to be outstanding. The bedding is of fantastic quality but at real bargain prices. The individual descriptions on the website are a real asset when ordering and my items always arrive promptly and very well packaged. I get the impression that they really do value customer satisfaction. I really cannot fault this company and will be putting another order in very soon. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DAPW.

Top quality and friendly service and fast delivery
I haved ordered waterproof pillow case ans mattress protector for my son. Although there is a hiccup of delivery,but it had been corrected fast. I am very happy of the products, not slippery and no funny noise when you using them, which cheap ones do. Definitely recommend to mummies to fight with accident nights.

The quality of the duvets are superb and wonderfully light to sleep under as well as keeping me nice and cosy!
Simply the best. Over the last month I have made 2 separate orders from DPW and both times they were prompt in delivery and replied to my questions very quickly. The quality of the duvets are superb and wonderfully light to sleep under as well as keeping me nice and cosy! I ordered 1 x Ultimate Hungarian Goose Down Duvet - King Size - All Season. Which means you receive 2 x duvets as listed below: 1 x Ultimate Hungarian Goose Down Duvet - King Size - 4.5 Tog AND 1 x Ultimate Hungarian Goose Down Duvet - King Size - 9.0 Tog. I had to ask them about whether this configuration would enable me to join the 2 duvets together and they let me know the following: "I can advise that the 4.5tog duvet should have the button holes and the 9.0tog will have the buttons enabling you to join the 2 duvets together."
Wonderful service and so I later purchased a Tuxedo Stripe Cotton Bedlinen duvet cover, flat sheet and fitted sheet - all of which are fantastic value for money and feel lovely too. Thanks a bunch DPW, I will definitely be a returning customer.
