Great it arrived safely our V10 for almost 3k.

Please let the customer choose the shipping method.

My package was sent via UPS, which is notorious for its terrible service towards private customers in my country. Once again there was some hassle with delivery, which seems to be the norm for UPS.

As for Music Store itself, everything else was great. If they add more shipping methods (even more expensive ones), I will consider shopping there again.

Thank you! I don't want to leave a bad review. The amplifier is very good, but unfortunately, the treble boost potentiometer on the received MT-15 amplifier is not working properly. It crackles, and in certain positions, the connected speaker produces no sound.

I ordered Mpc live 2 and it came from Sweden. Parcel was delivered in 1.5 days. Amazing service, well packed and secured item.

Not great. It took them multiple days to send me an email asking to confirm delivery to a different address than the one of my business. Then they sent it to the business address anyway ! I waited over 2 weeks for the delivery AND it arrived at the wrong place alltogether.

Beyond expectations

I ordered a XDJ-Az on the 6th or August and it arrived 7 days later which is ok not ideal, it arrived broken and reported it immediately, within 30 mins of receiving the item, they said its fine arranged it to be collected which took another week as it needs to go through a damage report with UPS, this was on the 20th. its now been another 19 days and not heard from DV247. i rang them to see what is going on to be told there is red tape as they stated with UPS and that they are waiting for them to give an update, Is now been over a month from when i ordered the unit and still havent got a replacemnt / a refund or any information other than when i requested a email so i have something from DV247 as the communication is poor, if anything i would like to be kept in the loop of whats going on, a dispute with there delivery service isnt my issue so why am i waiting for that to get my item which i purchased?

Worst customer service i ever seen - arrogant and not helpfull. Returns not free (and conditions are misleading). To return a product it's mandatory the customer number which is not in your account and, very conveniently, in a very small letters in the invoice. Do yourself a favour and buy on Thomman.
