Fantastic
The product is great, lots of pockets and fits everything so well. Very comfortable and no issues. Very solidly made and didnt feel I had to be careful with it. THe padding on the shoulders is good and the back part so cushions your spine nicely.

Fast and very efficient service.

Item not delivered as detailed - real problem with delivery company
Having ordered and paid for a Tilley hat I was told it would be delivered to my home address at about a certain time on a specific day. My wife stayed in all day and the hat was not delivered by the delivery company - this was communicated to the supplier and, to date, I have had no response. I very much doubt that I will use the company again unless I get some kind of positive response.

This is very strange. You ordered on the evening of May 2nd and we delivered
on the 7th (the day after the Bank Holiday). Interlink Express have documented
that the parcel was signed for at 10.47am by "White". Also, we have no record of
any correspondence by e-mail here from yourself. Are you using the correct e-mail address? If in doubt please phone us!
We will follow this up with Interlink Express for confirmation and also seek to contact yourself today. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this!

Great purchase, will look here first in future
I ordered a north face triclimate jacket from this company and I had my doubts, having not heard of any such company online. However I saw the price was the cheapest around and also had a massive choice of colours. Elsewhere only had 1 or 2 options where e-outdoor had in excess of 10 which were all in stock in different sizes.
The payment was quick and simple using PayPal and the jacket was delivered very quickly. It is of superb quality, as all north face equipment, and I was over the moon with the transaction.
I'll definitely look here again for other outdoor gear :)

Easy ordering, perfect delivery and slick returns.
Clear website and very straightforward order process. Then you get a specified 1 hour delivery slot that proved to be spot on. Why can't everyone do this? The sandals I ordered proved to be too tight & the return process was easy and credit appeared in my account the day after posting. Couldn't be better.

An am amazing hat.
I genuinely love a good hat but often look rather silly in one. This is different, the Tilley oozes quality, practicality and comfort. Only had it a few weeks but have used it in the bright Sun, pouring rain and even when it was at its hottest, it was still comfortable enough to wear because I followed the size guide and the holes at the top are just enough to let most heat out. It is as it says, you will never need another hat. Highly recommend this hat, enjoy!

Prima service. Ik kon deze wandelschoenen in Nederland niet meer krijgen in mijn maat. Zou tot eind juni moeten wachten, maar wil ze gebruiken tijdens de vakantie in Schotland half juni. Bij e-outdoor hadden ze ook de halve maten, in tegenstelling tot de Jack Wolfskin shop Winterswijk - Nederland of Bocholt - Duitsland.
