How a company can make the whole experience unfriendly when once it was the easiest company to deal with.

The alterations to the My ebay section have confused and disuaded me from using the site.Ii like to know at a glance what I have purchased and now you have to select that option seperately...which should automatically be a part of the "Summary"!!!

Ebay has altered in the last 12 months and now I prefer e-bid.

Sellers particulary Business sellers are allowed to get away eith non delivery and delayed delivery without recourse. Business sellers can promise to deliver within 48 hours but are allowed to deliver ad hoc...ebay does nothing!
