Everyone likes to bash on Ebay saying that the items are all knock-offs or junks. The trick is: Use Your Brain! Don't order from someone who clearly has negative feedbacks, or sold 1 - 2 items yet brag that they sold millions of products. Do your research! If they sell you a chip for your car that adds 100HP... don't buy it! If you are smart about your shopping, Ebay is one of the BEST places to find things you can't locally. Or even alternative options that are cheaper but still functional. I have had only minor problems with shopping from ebay but everytime I either got a refund or a replacement so I am happy with the service. Ebay DOES protect you! All you have to do when you're in trouble is ASK for help. Ebay will protect their shoppers from scams! Don't try to tough it out and argue with the seller if they are not cooperating. Buy smart and this is one of the best place!
