They sent me more spare parts than I asked for..... & it saved my snow boarding trip!
New bindings, 4th piste of the first day, ankle rachet refused to bind half way up.
Not good unless you happen to have complete spare parts for the bindings with you.
I ordered spare toe bindings complete for both sides which is down to experience of the wear they take when you are rough riding off piste.
But I didnt order ankle rachets, but Charlie sent them anyway.
And it gets better...with the faulty spare parts I was able to fix a lady rider who was half way up on her way to a night in the Igloo at the peak.
Her group couldnt believe there bad then good luck.
So both our days were saved.

The best online purchase experience I've had.
First of all the order came the next day, even though I'd selected normal shipping. The gloves were too small, I emailed to see if they had a medium, and whether it was longer or wider. I had a response within the hour, they had measured the glove so I could be sure whether I needed a refund or exchange. The replacement glove was with me in just 2 days after I'd posted mine back.
Communication has been great, they're friendly, helpful and prompt. The pricing is really competitive too, so for customer service along, I've found the online store for boarding gear.

Absolutely fantastic service, quick and reliable!!
Hi there, I just bought myself a 32 delta jacket of the website. I've been checking the web for a while for it and it came up as cheapest on the net. The postage was free but said would take 6 days which was fair enough. It came in two days!! I also emailed them if they could sort me some stickers out for my board to show off my new brand and to be honest wasn't expecting any because alot of company's just say no they said wasnt a problem and sent me some out :-) Brilliant customers service would recommend anyone to use edgeriders......Will be using them again in the future for any new boarding gear. SUPERB and a breath of fresh air...!!!!
Just found edgeriders through google whilst looking for places to try to get some decals for new boards for this year. Have to say, Sent an email at about 10pm on Saturday night, and woke to a response this morning from Charlie who's gonna hook me up... It's so good to get a quick and positive response. Shops like these keep the vibe going in the sport.... And show that being part of snowboarding is in fact being part of a bigger family and culture.... I'm now looking at some new kit and as Edgeriders have been so helpful I'm most definitely looking to get it from here. If this is the service you get asking for a cheeky wee freebie, I can only image how good it is if your actually buying kit.... Top drawer peeps... Highly recommend.. Cheers ian

Great company, great service........ A pleasure to deal with.
After nursing my Dakine Kitesurf harness for the past few months it was time to purchase a new one, after trying a several shops who either didnt have my size or the colours I was after I called Edgeriders, after finding out that they had exactly what I was after they offered a great deal on a 2011 version of what I was after.
A 5 minute call to order a harness turned into a 20 minute chat! A dying thing in this day and age where most shops and companies dont want to help and are in a rush to get you off the phone after the till had gone ching ching!
After the sale I recieved a email to say the order had been completed and even recieved a email and txt to state what day it would be delivered, and the bit I found most helpful was the txt I recieved on the morning of the delivery to state the hour slot to which the item would be delivered! great for someone self employed needing to pop out to various cusomers during the day.
I would highly recomend Edgeriders to anyone wishing to purchase items, and will for sure be the first place I call next time.

Fantastic service and great range of products
Popped into EdgeRiders in Ipswich and can't believe the massive range of Snowboard gear all at great prices. Great brands including Burton Restricted which is only available in a handful of the cooler snowboard stores in the UK and not available from Burton direct. I bought a new Custom Restricted Muppet Animal Snowboard, great design with a pair of Cartel bindings - got a free Snowboard bag and great advise to boot. They also sorted last years Snowboard boots that I bought to do a new custom fit for me - great service :)

Awesome Shop!
I was looking for a vest I wanted and found it on edgeriders.com. Their price-performance ratio is great! The delivery was very fast! Not to mention the communication which is very friendly and helpful! I had a great experience with this shop and can only recommend edgeriders.com!

Fantastic pre and post sales!
I have bought both online and in store from Edgeriders and every time it's a seemless and quick experience. Snowboarding boots cause me no end of trouble every season and this year was no different, however the buying experience from Edgerides was amazing. As well as spending nearly two hours with me in the shop, letting me try on every boot, they also know their stuff and offered great advice! They then followed this up with a fantastic and quick after sales experience when my boots had a fault, which was nothing to do with them obviously, and the issue was resolved in less than a week with a shiny brand new pair of snowboarding boots sitting on my doorstep in France!
These guys go out of their way to help and are definitely my first choice for all Snowboarding and Skiing equipment. In fact I would be very hard pushed to shop anywhere else from now on.

Not long ago I bought some Rome Arsenal bindings from Edgeriders . The advice and the initial sales service was great with some helpful advice thrown into the mix. Unfortunately on day 3 or 4 of riding my new bindingsIi managed to snap one of the ractchet buckles. I was slightly disappointed as these particular bindings are renown for solid build quality. I immediately phoned Edge riders who were super helpful in tracking down some replacement parts to get me riding again. I am now all set to hit the snow again rocking some shiny new bits delivered with helpful, freindly and rapid service from the guys at Edgeriders. Massive thanks for impressive service.

Having been initially disappointed that my chosen gloves were no longer available, I am absolutely delighted with my chosen replacement gloves that you so kindly offered me (worth more, at no extra cost to me) and was very impressed with the speed of service and prompt delivery. I live in France and get almost all my gear from Edgeriders. The prices are good and the postage abroad is low!! Only 6 quid for a board and my jacket and pants were free!! Miles cheaper than buying it in a shop in France!!!

Spoke to one of the guys at Edgeriders to double check the price online (as it was such great value) and he was extremely helpful and checked the stock on the phone before I placed the order online.

Good Customer Care and Delivery
My daughter bought a pair of ski boots last year. Delivery and possible return date was very tight but Edgeriders met the deadline. I bought a pair of boots this year and had to change them for the next size.Delivery once again was prompt. When the replacement boots arrived there was slight damage to one of the boots and this was resolved without any hassle.

Good Comunication
Was extremely helpful when the Postman screwed up the delivery, kept in direct contact with me throughout and ordered me a new item in to replace the lost one.
Also the price was the best around and the service was excellent.

Great price, Friendly service and super fast delivery.
I have used many wakeboard supplier over the years. A friend recommended check out edgeriders for a good deal. Once I had a look on their website I found myself many items at very good prices. I ordered a pair of bindings and by the next day they were knocking on my door. I will be using edgeriders again in the new year and would recommend anyone to use them.
