I got 3 letters (wedding cake monogram) that I order. All of them are defective. It has a burn marks, misplace stone, missing stone, scratches. It's impossible for me to use it as a wedding cake topper. I contact the customer service, they said I can return it for refund, BUT I have to pay the return shipping cost myself even it's not my fault. And the worst thing in their chat online, they just ended the chat just like that without asking if I'm finish, or satisfied or whatever. I will never buy online from them ever again. Don't be fooled by them because the good deal they give you. the quality is not good at all
If you hate efavormart as much as I, get them back. Rate all their products a 1 star - repeatedly over and over again. That is actually a fair evaluation of their product line. They screwed me with bad products and nightmare service and pretty much stole my money, so why not? Businesses like this should not be around to steal from other innocent customers.
this is the 2nd time i have ordered from them and got the wrong thing. "customer service" says the same thing "we don't sell that size." well if you do or don't i have it in my box! i will not be using them anymore since it seems you cant get what you need. I will say the first time they did send me the correct cloth overnight but only after wasting and hour and a half on the computer and phone. They products i received are good and reasonable priced but if i don't get what i order whats the sense of continuing to order? :(
I ordered 80 yards of organza fabric, a flower girl basket and a couple small bags of decorative flowers. Whoever packaged them thought it was okay to fold the rolls of fabric in half, shove both rolls into a small square box, and proceed to shove the flower girl basket which was stored in a plastic box that is also now squished into one box. It had.no packing protection what so ever, so the delivery condition was awful as well with holes in the box. When I emailed to mention this, no one offered any solution to the problem, no credit, nothing. After several emails back and forth explaining that it is impossible to iron 80 yards of crunched fabric and simply being begged to keep the material I just gave up. I will never again use them.
Purchasing my tablecloths, chair sashes and runner from Efavormart fpr my wedding. It was easy and less than half the price of renting them. Colors were beautiful and vibrant. I have recommended this site to everyone I know.
I ordered a small number of chair covers to see if they fit my chairs. They did. So I had the confidence to order 100 of the same thing. 50 of them- all white - were way smaller around the bottom and did not fit. The 50 black ones I ordered fit fine. Very disappointing! They did offer to let me return them but there was not enough time before the wedding and I had to have them altered at an additional expense and huge inconvenience. They cannot be trusted to be consistent in their sizing and I would never order from them again!
Do NOTTTTTTTTT order from this company unless you live in the USA!!!!!! My Fellow Canadians Beware!!!!!! I ordered $400 dollars woth or Table Cloths and Table runners . The cloths have stray Strings and are way shorted then What I had ordered. not only that, I was charged an initial $392-then $412 cause they did it wrong. WORST PART---- delivered to my door....CHARGED $ 150.00 on top of what i have already paid!!!! I AM SOOOO MAD!!!!!!!! not once was I made aware of this. So when I contact the company I was told its my problem I should have read all of the fine print on every single page!!!!! They are not "ASSOCIATED" with this. I am shocked!!!!!!! When I put my order in my cost total was $392 and now My final total is $562 thats a differance of $170!!!! this is FRAUD!!!! Stear clear and order local..... my words of advice. I ordered 130 rose soaps for a wedding reception. They arrived rather quickly, which I was very happy about. The rose soaps looked very pretty, but OMG they smelt OLD!!! Yuck. I could almost smell the faint pretty rose smell they once were, but the old stench smell overpowers it all. When I ordered them, I figured I could resell them on Craigslist if they werent what I expected, but no way am I reselling them. Gross. Now I am stuck paying return shipping and their 20% restocking fee.
Do Not Order from this Company! The items are very reasonably priced and can't be beat. But, Beware, if you have an issue. There is NO phone number. These people hide behind their keyboard and are not willing to offer any customer service! The Absolute worst customer service I've ever received!! The male customer service rep's are very rude and condescending. I personally spoke to Jonathan. If his name appears as the rep, click off and hope for a new person. Very unprofessional!!!! I was missing two items in my first order, and the rep told me I needed to look in the box, that the merchandise was there. Get real!! The box was empty and turned upside down! This is a scam!!
The customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered over $300 worth of linens for my wedding which is occurring in late September. I received the order quickly and the merchandise appears fine, however I noticed I was missing a tablecloth. On the receipt in the box I saw that someone had scratched out "10" as the quantity of tablecloths and wrote out "9" in pencil. This morning I "live chatted" with "Mike" about the issue. Here is our conversation:

So as you can see, they never contacted me about the issue and now I am short one tablecloth. His "solutions" were for me to either buy a tablecloth that would be too small for the table or to have one unmatched polyester tablecloth when the rest are satin. It is absolutely ridiculous that they would not refund my entire purchase and pay for me to ship the items back. They should have contacted me when they saw the issue and I would have canceled the order before it shipped.
On top of that, he ended the conversation!!! I was trying to continue to problem solve with him and ask why they couldn't refund my purchase if I shipped it back but I didn't have time. Literally 10 seconds after he refunded me for the tablecloth I didn't receive (that I shouldn't have been charged for in the first place.. you don't charge someone for something that isn't shipped) he ended the chat. I'm livid and frustrated and I hope that no one makes my same mistake by ordering from efavormart.com.
I ordered about $260 worth of linens. Specifically satin table runners and a couple of colored table cloths (most of my linens will be white - I added the runners for a pop of color) The table runners are great - the edges are finished neatly and they came packages reasonably and are not crushed. I also ordered some plain fabric for draping - it is also neatly packaged. Finally I ordered 3X3 favor boxes with our names printed on them. The printing is fine - no it isn't knock your head off beautiful lettering but it is neat and legible and at .40 cents each I feel good about them. Shipping was reasonably fast and I received the tracking number when the order shipped. I didn't have to contact customer service for any reason. Overall I am VERY pleased with my efavormart order (Oh I also ordered a couple bunches of silk flowers to see how they were - honestly I would skip them cause they are pretty ugly and cheap looking AND smell like chemicals BUT the linens are dandy and I happy)Beased on my experience I would recommend eFavorMart to friends
I have purchased items from this website many times in the past for events including my wedding and birthday party. This time it was for my baby shower.
First of all I ordered personalized ribbon from them and the ink that was used on the writing was patchy and on some of the letters you could not make out the whole letter. Terrible product! They did send out a new set of ribbons with the SAME problem! I will try and post a picture.
I also ordered "fillable bottles" to fill with candy for favors. They were described as 7/8" in diameter. When I got them they had an opening of 3/16", smaller than a pencil eraser and would not fit mints, jelly beans, nuts, or basically any candy. When I contacted the customer service department via web chat, their ONLY form of communication as no phone number is listed or will be given out so customers are forced to communicate through web chat to resolve problems, I spoke with Sabrina who claimed to be the supervisor. She was extremely rude, told me I would be charged a 20% restocking fee and would have to pay for shipping back to them if I returned the product.
Mind you this is over a product I paid $16.10 for. They are that ridiculous, that they won't refund my money and cover the shipping back to them for their error in description!?
Legally speaking if a company does not provide what was described they must refund your money and cover the shipping back to them. These bottles did not have a 7/8" diameter as described, and were basically not fillable as described (using an industry standard: if an item is advertised as a fillable favor it is assumed the customer would want to fill the favor with mints, jelly beans, nuts etc. The only thing that would basically fit in this tiny hole is liquid, not what anyone would use to fill a favor, therefore the favor is NOT FILLABLE). Yet they refused to refund the full price!
Not only that but Sabrina was extremely rude to me over web chat stating I assumed things, and it was my fault and refusing to help me.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They will not help you resolve any problems you may encounter with them! Who wants to chat over web chat to resolve issues anyway, why don't they have a phone number to call?? And this is a California based company, I would expect more from them!
don't buy from them!!! Their product is crappy and theirs customer service is bad too. They sent me the chair covers that is 5" shorter than the item description. That ruined my event and they refuse for refund or exchange.
Please be aware that this company will charge you an arm and a leg to ship to canada, $54.05 for my order of $396.36. THEN UPS (their prefered shipper) will charge you for brokerage, taxes, duties. I would have thought that would have been included in the $54.05 I already paid since it was so HIGH! UPS wanted $56.16 - add that to the 54.05 = total paid to ship $110.25
That means an additional 33% of my purchase was needed to pay to ship. WOW!
So, I've ordered from efavormart before and the items were cheap just as their prices--but worked out for my events. I've even had issues with tablecloths appearing to look USED and contacted them (online only--no phone numbers available) and they had the nerve to ask me to try to wash the tablecloths first! After much back and forth, they agreed to replace and reship the stained tablecloths. Moving forward... on 4/22 I ordered Organza bags. I received an email on 4/23 that the items shipped and a tracking number was provided. From their location, it normally takes 3-6 days to arrive (standard shipping). I never received my package and the tracking numbers did not work. Each time I contact them, I get a different person but below is a copy of our transcript (that I requested and never received so I copied and pasted it)--they absolutely SUCK at customer service and ended the chat abruptly... HOW RUDE!!

I ordered tableclothes, cloth napkins, and personalized cocktail napkins. 3 tablecloths were missing. They told me they were in the box, that I just needed to look harder. The cocktail napkins were very bad quality and smashed. They told me all of their napkins are like this and I could flatten them by putting heavy items on them. And also not to rub them. (They are napkins!!!) The customer service is bad, they responded very generically, like they didn't even read my emails. I so wish I had read reviews before ordering!!!!
On 04/09/13 I ordered ribbon from efavormart to use for a wedding. All of the ribbon needs to match so I made sure all items were in stock before placing my order. On 04/09/13, I received an email stating ALL of my items had shipped. When I received my order, 2 rolls of ribbon were missing. The packing slip included in my order listed the full order as being included. I contacted efavormart and they said they would ship the missing items. A few hours later, Johnathan called to tell me my items would not ship for a few weeks and he tried to convince me to cancel the remaining items. I told him I wanted all of my items or I wanted to return the partial shipment. I was told that I would have to pay a restocking fee and return shipping if I returned the partial order that I received. This was unacceptable because it was their mistake. At one point Johnathan blatantly lied about our earlier conversation (I have the transcript). When I refused to cancel my order, Johnathan said, "OK, you want to cancel your order" then promptly hung up on me before I could restate that I didn't want to cancel. After I was hung up on, I checked the website to see if they listed my item as in stock. It appears that they are no longer selling the item and this is the reason my order was shorted and can not be shipped. Rather than tell me this, they lied and tried to blame me for their error. If I had know the ribbon was discontinued, I would have never ordered from efavormart. Instead of being honest and upfront, they short shipped my order (and charged me for the full order) and hoped I wouldn't notice. When I did notice, they were rude dishonest, and very unprofessional.
Ordered from this company, they have very low prices and have a large variety of color selection for sashes. I was scared to order after reading reviews, but I had to see for my self. The sashes are just the color I needed I ordered 120 for less than $90! Probably won't order things that are fragile because obviously things may break but fabrics and napkins from this company are just fine. If I ever need any other fabrics for decorations will order from here!!
I ordered 18 pieces of round mirror. It was shipped in a UPS bubble wrap package thrown into a box then a larger box - there was only paper between the pieces of glass and no support on the top or bottom. Needless to say 4 out of 18 weren't broken. I wrote (as there is no phone number) asking for a refund and they actually charged me for the 4 not broken (which are useless because the event required 18 and I don't have time to get more) and charged me for the shipping! NEVER ORDER BREAKABLE ITEMS FROM THEM.
