I purchased a set from them in 2025, it did arrive but it was almost three months later! Then I purchased a second set in March 2026 (dumb me). It is now August 2026, I have never received the item and have emailed costumer service multiple times. Now the emails bounce back and their website doesn’t even work. Seems like they dissolved the company and ran away with everyone’s money. Horrible!!!

I never received my bangle bracelet that was ordered several months ago. I attempted to contact customer service for tracking update and was told the order was still in transit. I waited another month and contacted customer service again and the contact information is no longer valid. Totally scammed and sad that there are companies out there still in operation and able to take orders. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Order placed in April. I never received it nor a shipping tracker. Contacted them multiple times and the response was that they shipped it and I could not get a refund despite them never sending a tracking link nor receiving the order. Do not purchase from this company unless you like having your money taken.

Do not order from this company! They took my payment and months later, I haven’t received my order and they also don’t respond to emails. Scam.

Do not order from Ella Zaneta! It has been three months since I placed my order and I have not received it. I was patient, I waited three weeks before reaching out to customer service. At first, they responded, with excuses- shipping issues, manufacturing delays. Now, I get no responses at all. They have no refund policy. DO not waste your money!!

Ordered the “Mary” bracelet in January and have yet to receive it!!!!! They have continued to say that “it’s on its way…..”!?!???? I mean REALLY!!!!! So bummed because I really wanted the bracelet!!!

Terrible service! I have placed my order more than a month ago and there’s no update or response.

I’ve placen on order a month and half ago. No product, no response from the customer service department, no refund. Tracking number is wrong or non existent. I believe this is a scam.

The experience has been bad. I ordered my item on 29th November. It’s now 17th January and I am still without a bracelet. Tracking number does not really work.
On the 6th Dec an email stated that my item is about to be shipped. On the 1st of January another email received stated the item has been dispatched and i have been receiving emails that my item is on the way since then.

****Edited I received my items and they were all carefully packaged and I even received a cute tote bag! I re-rated my review to 5 stars. Thank you! (I've been scammed a lot, but this wasn't a scam, I just needed to have some patience)

Unfortunately, I looked up my tracking and it said delivered. This is always a red flag for a scam. I have emailed them and I'm hoping for a response. If I don't I will call my bank and report fraud and they will investigate this company.

I placed an order on Nov 16th. I received a shipment notification on 19th. I got a tracking number, but every time I tracked it was saying “Parcel Information Received” I also contacted to the shipping company, they said they haven’t received the parcel.
I contacted the customer service, I asked for a refund since they hadn’t sent my order yet, they told me that they cannot give me refund but they offer me 50% credit back. I refused the offer. And finally, on Dec 13th, I got a notification that my order was actually dispatched, and received the parcel on Dec 22nd.
Also I received an apology email from them, and they gave me a full refund as a store credit. I don’t know if I would purchase something from them again, but I appreciated their apology and response.

The jewelry was okay. They are very cute, but looking a little cheap. One of the earrings I got was defective. And there was a hair in the box😅😅

I wish I could give zero stars. I have never received my order. I was given a tracking number, nothing tracks and the delivery company has never received shipment. I’ve reached out to Ella Zaneta customer service 5 TIMES with requests for help, I’ve never received any reply. I believe I’ve been scammed and I’m very disappointed. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had because there is NO customer service.

Do NOT waste your money and time.

I did not like the jewelry and would not buy again. The gold colour is very bright and cheap looking. Definitely looks like $2.00 pieces.

I have not received my jewelry and customer service hasn’t responded. I received a tracking number but the courier said they never received the package from the company. Seems like I got scammed.

I’ve been ripped off - no communication, no delivery and dead tracking links. And I suspect they are Dropshipping Cheap crap.

I absolutely loved my pieces from Ella Zaneta they arrived super quickly and the packaging was such a nice treat!
I had an issue with the ring size, but Sue helped me right away and they sent me the correct size with no extra cost or hassle.
I highly recommend them! I wash my hands and even do the dishes with the rings on, and they still look brand new

My order arrived fast, and the communication with the team was fantastic. I absolutely love my jewelry the quality is amazing! I even swam with it and it’s still shining like new. I’ll definitely be buying again and highly recommend it without hesitation

I’ve ordered from Ella Zaneta 2 times and I’m very happy with my purchase. Their rings met my expectations. I also have another order on the way and I can’t wait to receive it.
