An excellent service provided by Envirofone that was not only seamless but also had the added value of being kept informed of progress throughout the process. From despatch of phones to receipt of cheque was just 9 days, the process included e-mails to confirm when the cheque was to be despatched and when it was actually sent.

I never thought that my mobile phone would be worth very much, so when I did
upgrade, I thought I would just put it in the drawer, however I decided to check
Envirofone, and was really pleased and surprised at the price they offered me.
I accepted, the envelope came the next day, I sent it off and the money was in
my account within a few days, they kept me updated via email. So I would recommend them to my friends.

I wanted to sell my phone due to me getting a new one with my new contract, My daughter recommended Envirofone to me and to be honest I really didn't know what to do or expect, I went online to the website and just followed the instructions which were really easy. I got sent a envelope and instructions two days later and I sent my phone off the following day. Enjvirofone kept me informed via email when they received it and if it passed etc and told me the exact date the money would be in my bank account, and true to their word , it was. I was very impressed.

I found the whole thing so easy and simple. All instructions were clear and I knew exactly how they wanted things done. Appart from sending me one envolpe (which fits 2 mobiles in) when I sold 6, I have no regrets or anything bad to say! Thanks!

Simple and efficient approach to recycling your phone

I found the Envirofone process to be extremely simple and understandable. I received a quick quote, promptly sent the material (including envelope inclusive of postage) and had my expectations set in terms of the availability of the quote. The literature was easy to follow and I quickly sent my phone off for assessment. This process was again done promptly and I received my cheque in no time. I would be happy to recommend Envirofone to others given the experience I had with them.

Didnt pay the price agreed.

Got an email from envirofone that I haven't send the phone back. The email had a link to extend the offer for 1 more week which was duly responded. They received the phone back within a week and did pass all the testing. The phone price went down by £30.00 in the meantime. The original price agreed was not honoured and was paid £30.00 less. Awful service and feel like I was conned. Will never use them again.

As you stated we sent you out an email offering you the chance to extend your sale from 14 days to 21 days. There is no record on our end that you clicked on the link as the sale was not extended. We will look into this to make sure that there is not a fault with our system.
Because you didn't extend the sale it expired, and a lower value was given for the phone. However, if you call customer services on 01625 667840, we will honor the original website price you were quoted and pay the difference to you.

Quick, easy and reliable

Over the years I always use Envirofone when disposing of old phones. They are quick, easy and reliable and there is a very fast turnover, between sending it in and receiving the cheque.. Envirofone everytime!

Would definitely recommend this service

Once I ordered my delivery package it arrived 2days after. I then sent off phone and when it was received I got email to confirm its arrival. The phone then had to be tested to make sure it was in working order I got an email to confirm it was acceptable and to say my cheque was in post. I have used envirophone a few times now and would totally encourage others to use it.

Slow service fast payment

It took 6 days for the self addressed envelope to arrive after that it took 4 days before you told me when I'd be payed which was suppost to be in 3 days time but the payment did come through quicker than stated, because of the lateness I had to pay a fine to my bank because the funds hadn't gone in yet ( even though online it says 10 days ). I was a little irritated that this took so long but I now know not to try it again if I need it done quickly.

Customer Service Which Excelled

I recently traded in my iphone when I bought the new Galaxy S4. This is the first time I have every traded in my phone and was unsure of the process. Did the transaction all on line, and it was painless. Unfortunately, I did receive an email to say that my phone was faulty which I knew it was not. I telephoned to find out the reason and found that I had not included the SIM holder when I returned the phone. They asked me if I still had this and I said yes and the very next day another envelope was delivered for me to return the other piece of my phone. All in all I did not know what to expect, however, the customer service I received was first class. Within a few days I had received my Argos gift card, which of course I have now spent!

Everything was like they said!

Great service, they do everything for you, they send envelope with your address. Your only job is to put your phone in that envelope and post it! - free of charge! they pay for that. and they keep you in the loop with details when they get the phone, if the phone pass the test and when you will get the money - that was quick!

Money for dust catchers!

Had the old phones just lying around the house so went on the internet to see if I could get anything for them, and Envirofone came out on top. Sent for the envelopes, sent the phones, got the cheque and all within I would say 10-14 days. Excellent.

Sweet transaction.

I found the transaction effortless. My only issue is the postage. They claim it to be free. However if you were to do it using their method you, could be taking an expensive risk if your items were to go missing. So you end up paying extra to have a secure method, which is not a cheap one.

I am so impressed with the service enviro gone offers. I have recycled my phone using them before. This time the regular texts and emails notifying me of each stage of the process, were extremely helpful. In addition I received a text and email advising that my phone had passed its test and I would be paid directly intl my account (in line with my instructions).
