Make sure you get the right deal.
I recently purchased a number of items from epacks via a groupon voucher deal.
What a fake. The selection was poor, the price charged for postage was £4.99 per item even when they were all packaged together.
Then I found the same items on their ebay store, cheaper price and lower postage??????
Beware epacks voucher offers, they are a rip off.

I needed to change the delivery address of my order and was able to telephone and speak to someone who sorted this out promptly for me, with no delay to the delivery of my pack. I was very pleased with the service and would use ePacks again.

Let down by John Lewis who sent a damaged bag and then couldn't replace it as out of stock. Thankfully found same bag from Epacks and at a slightly cheaper price.
Bag arrived on time and in perfect condition. Will be under Christmas tree for my daughter on Sunday.

Not impressed.
My daughter ordered a pack for her Mum for her birthday. Whilst the online choice and order process was very good, the follow up and customer service has been very disappointing. The pack has obviusly been lost in transit as it has not been delivered. When I called to follow up on the first occasion, I was told that the pack could not be traced via Royal Mail and that I should call back in a couple of days. I did that, but no-one seemed interested to take ownership for the problem. I was asked to call back in another couple of days to confirm that it had not been delivered so that e packs could begin their refund process. As I had already called twice I requested that someone call me back last week to confirm the rebate process....I'm still waiting for the call!

Bag was cheap, shame about delivery delay though.
The Jansport MowTown Messenger is a great bag and was really good value via Epacks.
The only problem was that the order didn't get dispatched until I chased it up over the phone - it was a birthday gift so needed to arrive in time for that. Once I had done that the bag arrived the following day. The guy on the phone was very helpful and sorted it out then and there.

la interfaz de la pag no es inteligente , solo te ofrece un solo tipo de envio, que no incluye envio internacional , se tardan mucho en revisar las ordenes y te envian un mail para hacer el extrapago por pay pal pero como que no estan pendiente de si se ha hecho el pago o no para enviarlo lo antes posible, hay que estar muy pendiente y encima de esta gente , el producto muy bueno , original y de calidad , de eso no me puedo quejar , pero tardaron casi 15 dias en enviarme el producto
