We just switched our credit card processing over a month ago. OMG!! I'm so excited...STILL! LOL I find the way to enter information is so easy. It didn't take me long at all to get the hang of it. We have to do everything by computer so its a little more involved but the one thing I ABSOLUTELY am in love with is the "recurring" transaction option. Too cool and what a time saver for me! We should've done this a long time ago...what were we thinkin??

So far my experience with this company has been wonderful! It was very easy and quick to set up the account over the phone. I ordered my reader before a holiday so I will be receiving that soon, I even received a packet with the sticker that says we now accept visa, MasterCard exc. which I am very excited about! I think this was an awesome addition to starting up my business and can't wait to see the ease of use with the reader, and the rates are the lowest I found anywhere. The coustomer service was great they walked me through every step of the whole process. I would definitely reccomend this to my friends!

I was happy with the experience getting my account set up for my credit card reader. It was a little drawn out, but I think worth it. It seems much more legitimate than the square. It comes with security features and I have a direct contact. So if I have any issues or problems, I can call her directly for help. My contact was very nice and helpful.
My customer assistant was great. He went above and beyond to assure that I have what I need for my business. I haven't recieved my scanner yet, but, if it's preformance is as good as Seans, I'll be happy.
Finally -- a company that actually employs personnel that you can talk with on the phone if you have questions or issues that need to be resolved. I would recommend phoneTransact to anyone. Equity Commerce has done a wonderful job in helping with the transition between companies. To date we have seen savings from making the move to equity commerce. Josh is very easy to contact and if for some reason he is not available to take a call he returns my call within a very small time period. The only real problem we have had during this switch is becoming pci compliant but we need to have our IT tech make changes here in order for us to pass it is out of equity commerce control at this point.
Josh was more than willing to go out of his way, time and time again to fulfill our unique operational needs. This company is honest, straightforward and responsive. I appreciate Equity Commerce's involvement within our organization!
I actually haven't had my card reader long enough to have used it yet, I have been satisfied with the service I've received, quick responses & knowledgeable staff.
One thing I was disappointed about was the card reader doesn't connect while I have my Otter Box case on my iPhone. Since having cases are pretty common with this phone, I would've liked a solution to that before I received my reader. I'll have to remove my case each time I use it, or buy an extender which is about $30.
I am happy with my relationship with Equity Commerce. Your company has infinitely more customer service than any credit card processor I have dealt with in the past 30 odd years. I hope it remains that way for a very long time.

Equity commerce has been great for us. They showed us we didn't have to lease equipment, and didn't have to sign a contract with those cancellation fees. We have been given excellent customer service with no long on hold times, and no waiting to talk to some one who dosn't care about customer service. We trust Eqyuity Commerce to have our best interest in mind.
The folks at Equity Commerce presented to me a program that would save me money in credit card processing fees. I accepted their offer (with a bit of skepticism); and true to their word they have been great to work with, and have indeed saved me money. I would recommend them to my fellow business owners.
