My experience with ExecuNet has been very positive. Stuart Levine has been my primary advisor, helping me sharpen my executive positioning, clarify the direction of my next career move, and become more intentional about how I communicate the experience and results I've built over the course of my career.
I've also appreciated the support of Heidi Krompinger-Beattie in developing my updated resume and ValuGraphics, and Sara Gianni in strengthening and updating my LinkedIn profile.
Overall, ExecuNet has provided a coordinated combination of career strategy, professional branding, and practical support that’s helped me approach this next chapter with greater clarity, purpose, and confidence. I've never had to seek employment. Positions have always come to me. When I needed to navigate job search waters for the first time at age 53 ExecuNet was supremely helpful in setting me up for success. I could not be happier with the service and the team members I worked with.

ExecuNet may be helpful for executives pursuing traditional private-sector corporate roles, but my experience suggests that prospective clients with international development, multilateral, donor-funded, nonprofit, public-sector, or consulting backgrounds should ask very specific questions before purchasing its services. Although I clearly explained my target sectors and career goals, the support I received did not demonstrate the networks, market knowledge, or tailored strategy needed for my search. Much of the guidance appeared oriented toward conventional U.S. corporate executive roles. Communication was also disappointing: several emails went unanswered, including my three most recent emails.ExecuNet should not accept clients—or charge them more than $5,000 for career support—when it lacks the sector knowledge, networks, and experience needed to serve their stated career goals. At a minimum, it should assess that fit honestly before taking payment and respond promptly when a client raises concerns about whether the promised support is being delivered.

The Execunet team helped me strengthen my executive resume, online presence, and job search, giving me confidence throughout my transition. The executive coaching and interview preparation were also well aligned with today’s hiring market. If you’re looking for top executive job search support, I highly recommend!

This company is very professional and responsive and created a professional CV for me along with my value proposition. I was extremely satisfied with my conversations, the iterations of my CV and VP. I cannot say enough positive things about ExecuNet's Career Accelerator service. From the initial strategy session through the final deliverables and ongoing coaching support, the entire experience was thoughtful, personalized, and exceptionally well executed.

The jobs available are primarily IT and business development which is fine. However you have to spend $95 for a 3 month subscription to find that out. Different plans available. They want you to get their consultation services. But I was not really interested in how to get an IT or business development job. Buyers Beware!

For anyone considering support or guidance in the career space – ExecuNet offers a wide variety of services worth exploring. I did a lot of research beforehand and this is where I found the more professionalism and the greatest value. I enrolled in the Career Accelerator program anticipating an impending layoff from my company. Over the course of several weeks, I worked with multiple experts who helped me prepare for next steps – from identifying target opportunities and articulating my value in conversation, to refining my collateral and building a strategy for successful execution. The experience was amazing from start to finish and I’m already starting to see the results.

ExecuNet offers an array of services to meet the various needs of executives. They stay current on trends, tools and insights to accelerate the work that we need to do in our specific practice areas. In my case, I've developed a semi-custom profile for external marketing and biz dev purposes that is easily updated quarterly to remain fresh and current to the market needs.

From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, well executed and in line with my expectations of outcome. The team was extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with.

I had a lot of great experience but I was really struggling to tell a clear, coherent story to get recruiters attention. ExecuNet gave me incredible, hands-on support to meet this exact need. They really worked with me to find the right roles and armed me with the right materials and strategy to get traction in a tricky job market. Everyone was incredibly thoughtful, supportive, and helpful!

As part of the package I paid for, there were to be two rounds of executive searches and 90 days of free trial to the job board. I received the two executive searches, but by the time I received them, the jobs were already gone, with no 90-day free trial. I did get the documents I paid for, but in 2026, most of them could be done with AI and save money. I do think the resume is good, but it's not worth the money I paid. Consultants canceled on me multiple times, and the "executive job training" and getting my documents dragged out for a long time. What should have taken 45 days took 90.

UPDATE 03/18/26 - After several emails and this review, I was contacted and was given the missing parts I was promised.

I think that the team was great! Harriet Heidi, in the entire group were extremely supportive. They were patient and knowledgeable the entire way, and I feel very lucky that I had them through this process.

Save your money and just go to indeed and LinkedIn, that’s where they pull their jobs from for free, and then charge you to see them here. Also, the site is hard to use because they use the job id and industry categories on their search results instead of company name and position, even with the paid membership. Once you apply, it’s still in the search results.

I’m writing this for other executives who are on the fence and want to know what they will actually receive for the hefty price! ExecuNet 3% Solution™ is marketed as providing vetted recruiter-posted roles, confidential introductions, and expert guidance to shorten time to landing in the $200K+ market. In my experience, none of that materialized. The engagement took longer than 8 weeks and delivered little incremental value beyond a résumé and LinkedIn update. Most other “deliverables” were repackaged résumé content presented in "branded" templates to justify the price. I received no confidential introductions, no proprietary access to roles and no measurable acceleration toward interviews or offers.

What the Deluxe package actually delivered:

- Target ID & Strategy Coaching: Required me to identify target companies; ExecuNet primarily reacted rather than providing original market insight.
- Target ID Research & Analysis: A spreadsheet of open roles at companies I supplied, plus recruiter contact lists who are useless, not decision makers. 
- You in Value™ Discovery Session: A general discussion based on intake materials.
- ValuCentric® Résumé: A polished résumé; solid quality, comparable to many standalone executive résumé services.
- LinkedIn Profile Plus: Updated to mirror the résumé. No banner or cohesive brand execution.
- Networking ValuGraphic®: Dense and impractical for real executive use, no one in my network would ever share this.
- Cover Letter & Outreach Templates: Generic templates requiring heavy customization.
- ValuConversation / Launch & Execution Coaching: The engagement stalled after an initial session; remaining coaching sessions were not conducted.

I purchased the Deluxe package specifically for executive-level, market-relevant positioning while transitioning into modern tech companies. Instead, the guidance felt dated and generic—closer to résumé writing than strategic executive search support. Ironically, LHH outplacement demonstrated a stronger understanding of current ATS behavior than ExecuNet did.Once the contract was signed, the engagement became transactional, with communication focused more on payment than delivery.

A legitimate inbound opportunity from a private-equity-backed firm was even dismissed as a “scam,” despite ExecuNet’s own ExecutiveSuite LinkedIn group containing visible phishing and résumé-harvesting posts.

Given the gap between how the Deluxe program is positioned and what was delivered, I would welcome a refund rather than additional coaching on internal process. Attempts to resolve issues through Member Services (203-750-1030, option 2) consistently routed to voicemail without response.

For executives with strong networks, this service is unnecessary. For those expecting real leverage at this price point, it does not deliver.

What stood out most for me was the caliber of resources. The Execunet team I worked with helped to see things differently and move from feeling stuck to having clarity and direction. The overall experience connected all the pieces, the research, content, coaching, and the accountability into a cohesive and highly effective process - that culminated in landing a role I'm genuinely excited about!

If you're looking for career services that go beyond surface-level help to actually challenge how you think about your search and career, I'd highly recommend Execunet.

Connie's subject matter expertise, knowledge of the content she was sharing and persistent style all gave off as an excellent experience.

First the service is the same like all the other free platforms. Second and more importantly, while they say you can cancel anytime- yes you can go onto your account and hit cancel- they do NOT cancel until you call them, which is not indicated anywhere. They charged me for a year after I cancelled because I didn’t realize that. It’s a scam

Many of the jobs listed in my area (HR) were dead ends. Once the ExecuNet website redirected me to the company website in order to apply for a specific job, the job was no longer listed. This happened for several roles.
