The "Express" name is well deserved
I tend to order when I am running out of supplies. I like that the orders are processed rapidly and shipped without delay. I have been received my packages before the expected delivery date and I haven't had any problems with the orders.

I've been using ExMed for years and find them most reliable and easy to order from.
For years I've been using Express Medical Supply because they are reliable and they make the entire order process simple and quick. Painless. I love that you can use your last order for a new order if you want and I like the discreet packaging offered. Also, when they say express, they mean it. I am always, even after several years, surprised at how fast my supplies arrive. I tell people about them all the time because when you're in a situation where you need specialized supplies, it's not always the best of situations, but Express Medical makes things a bit easier for those special individuals. We are very pleased with your service
My wife has been in a wheelchair for nineteen years as the result of a fall in 1994. She is a parapeligic and we have been using express medical for probably eighteen years to order supplies and have been very pleased with their service. Compared with other medical supply I find that prices are fair and dilivery is prompt.

I can't find one negative thing to say.
You know my husband says I should have been a critic because I can find something wrong with most things. Well, I can't find one thing wrong with Express Medical Supply. From the pictures and descriptions all through the ordering process to quick delivery, ordering was easy, delivery was fast and discreet and the product was just what we were looking for. I have chronic foot wound issues that require bandaging material on a daily basis. Roll gauze and Coban are not available at big box stores and very pricey at pharmacies that will carry them.
It was nice to find a source that was affordable, and delivered in such a timely manner. I will be re-ordering again!

Overall, Express Medical has been a good medical supplier. The free shipping policy (over $99 purchase) is a big plus. Also appreciate the discrete shipping packaging option.
I see two areas of opportunity for Express Medical to improve their customer loyalty and satisfaction.
One is that any new phone staff does not seem to be as well trained as before. Specifically, they could try to sound more like they care more about their customers needs, rather then that they are just order takers.
Ideally, it would also be a plus if Exmed management could interface and advocate with certain vendors that discontinue certain products. For Example, Smith & Nephew stopped making their excellent Skin Bond cement a few years ago. It was fastest drying and superior to the other skin bond products that are still available today. It would be significant if Exmed could encourage that manufacturer to either reconsider producing that product or encourage them to sell their formula to another company willing to produce the same quality adhesive. When I called Smith & Nephew to explore such options, I could not get past the phone operator to present such a case.
