Going the Extra Mile
I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses but for some reason was struggling with the online order, thanks to Andy he quickly resolved the problem and promptly dispatched my required pair after a brief phone conversation.
Unfortunately I forgot to get a sunglasses case and asked for a certain one to be sent out which proved to be my downfall as the product was too smal to fit the glasses, I should have taken the expert advice available..
Telephoned Albert who trustingly dispatched the correct case for my model and asked that I send the incorrect ones back.
They are in the post and once again thanks Albert, an overall first class service from a very competetively priced with extensive range supplier. I've now told all my friends family and collegues what a super service from a magnificent U.K. based company.

Great fast delivery
I needed these sunglasses for a friend's birthday and I only had two days to get them. I took a chance ordering them on line rather than going trawling the shops for the model I was looking for. I shouldn't have worried. The Oakleys were delivered by the postman the very next morning! Very good, fast service and I was kept informed by email throughout the process. Excellent. I will use this site again.

Lost my Oakleys sailing in Thailand, and quoted equivalent of 200GBP to replace in Hong Kong. New pair half wires arrived net of VAT for GBP90 delivered to my HK office within 7 working days, perfect condition, perfect fit and excellent contact service to correct my mistakes in shipping details. I recently bought some Oakley Half Jackets, firstly I love them and to get them at the price I did was amazing.
The best thing was that when I bought them I came through a search engine so didn't see the front page which offered a code to take 10% off the price. When I called just to enquire if they could retrospectively apply the discount they did so without question!
