Deres priser er forholdsvist lave, der er altid fri fragt, og de refunderer moms og told (de sender fra Jersey). Jeg synes det er en fantastisk shop, og anbefaler den gerne.
I am pretty happy with my purchase from feelunique, my item was packed very well and arrived in a good condition. Though, it is unfortunate that not all of their products are available for me to purchase regarding my location. But overall, I am pleased with my purchase and will buy from them again.
jeg havde bestilt 5 ting, som kom inden for den lovet tid, dog manglet der et produkt, da jeg fik pakket min pakke op. Jeg skrev til feeluniques kundeservis, hvor jeg fik svar inden for kort tid, hvor de skrev at de ville sende produktet med det samme. Da jeg en uge efter modtog det manglende produkt, havde de ved lagt en prøve. Har handlet over feeluniqe og er fuld tilfreds.

Jeg havde mine betænkeligheder ved at handle hos feelunique, da jeg aldrig havde hørt om dem før, og havde læst et par få dårlige anmeldelser af dem. Men da det var det billigste sted at handle Philip Kingsley produkter, ville jeg alligevel give det et forsøg. Første gang købte jeg nogle af produkterne, hvor jeg bagefter fandt ud af, at hvis jeg havde logget ind som bruger i stedet for gæst havde jeg fået 15 % rabat. Derfor skrev jeg til feelunique, som var hurtige til at svare og to dage efter var differencen sat ind på mit dankort. Virkelig god service, da det jo egentlig ikke var deres skyld.
to uger efter købte jeg resten af mine hårprodukter, men da jeg efter 9 dage modtog et brev fra Post Danmark om at jeg skulle komme og betale 230 kr. i moms og forsendelse, skrev jeg igen til feelunique, da jeg havde set et link med at de ville betale hvis man blev taget i tolden. Atter blev pengene sat ind på min konto, og jeg er den lykkelige ejer af en masse hårprodukter, som jeg har sparet over 600 kr. på at købe igennem feelunique end hvis jeg havde købt dem i Magasin, som ellers er eneste sted mærket sælges i Odense.
Jeg er positivt overrasket, og det er bestemt ikke sidste gang jeg har handlet hos dem, da jeg har fundet ud af at mange andre produkter også er langt billigere end både fysiske butikker og andre hjemmesider.
Rigtig fin service, stort udvalg af produkter og forsendelsestiden var også helt udmærket. Havde jeg kunne give flere stjerner, havde jeg gjort det!

I had several orders from feelunique.com, everything came very fast and in perfect condition. Also customer service very helpful when needed.
No problems at all during my order. Nothing went wrong. The only thing is that it took long to arrive (I live in Holland, that might be the reason?)
I'm very satisfied with my purchase in feelunique. I ordered 7 items, in two different orders. I didn't have to wait more than 10 working days, about 2 weeks, to get my 2 orders delivered at home. For me that's pretty outstanding to have to wait only 10 working days, as they claim they'll deliver in their website, having that I have had a bad experience with beautybay (26 working days, order still missing). which is also from the UK
I didn't received my order number FN7239903 after 10 days waiting. They also do not reply on emails I've send about the non-delivery. I never wil order again at this company because of the horrible customer service they have. Actualy I think they have no customer service at all! It feels like they stole my money. I would not recommend this company!!! Be aware! They make me feel bad instead of unique :(
What's not to like.
Jeg er vildt med Inikas produkter, men herhjemme er de vildt dyre. Derfor bestiller jeg altid dem på feelunique.com.uk. Jeg sparer hver gang noget der ligner 1/3 del af prisen - hvilket må siges at være riiiiimelig lækkert på SU budget :)
Ydermere bestiller jeg barberblade til min skraber - som også er meget billigere end herhjemme. Min Diorshow Extase mascara køber jeg til ca. 199. Altså en anbefaling herfra.
Vigtigt også at sige, at der er fri fragt.
Om de har god kundeservice eller ej, kan jeg ikke udtale mig om. Jeg har bestilt hos dem 20-30 gange - hver gang er det rigtige beløb blevet trukket på mit kort, jeg har modtaget en ordebekræftelse på mail med det samme handlen er gået igennem, dernæst en bekræftelse om afsendelse og så har jeg enten fået min pakke i postkassen eller skulle hente den på posthuset. Så jeg har aldrig haft brug for at klage.
Anyway, en varm anbefaling fra mig.
I ordered from this website a few days ago... I didn't think anything of it being dodgy or anything as I'd seen this advertised literally everywhere! I still however checked through the website - security checkout, contact numbers etc. So I was happy with what I found and placed an order over £70+ (found some really good deals :D) later throughout the day i thought I'd check out the reviews on the website (which I should have done before but hey) and they were some good reviews and some really bad reviews which made me think twice about this website and was really worried as to whether I would recive my products (I did spend a lot of money)... Goods were however dispatched the next day (Sunday) and received all of my products on time today!! (Wednesday) everything was packed properly apart from one shampoo bottle which had leaked a little (hence the 4 stars) ... So overall I'm happy with my products and service of this website and I don't have the slightest clue why others have had problems? But i would defo reccomdend to others and Will defo buy again :)

I ordered Elie Saab perfume last week. The day I ordered I received an email stating my order was being processed. A day later another email saying it had been despatched. Then another saying delivery would be on Tuesday or Wednesday. On Tuesday it was delivered just before lunchtime. The item was the genuine perfume and was well packaged. I had read quite a few bad reviews regarding this companies practices but whether I'm just lucky or Feelunique.com have got their act together since the bad reviews were written I can honestly say I had a brilliant experience and will be ordering again. Hope they keep up the good work!
I have ordered a present for New Year eve on 20 December. To be sure it arrives in time I preferred Express delivery mail service - 3-7 day delivery term as stated in the e-mail confirming the dispatch of my order. However, my parcel never arrived before New Year eve. Nor it arrived by now, 7 January. I've written about 5 e-mails both through feelunique web-site and from my e-mail requesting a tracking number for me express delivery parcel or any other assistance. But never received any response!! Not a word at all. Just complete ignorance! At the moment trying to find a valid service or a phone number to claim refund of the failed express delivery and my order. Even though previously I've received my orders without major problems (once a package with yes to carrots body butter was half-empty) I would definitely NOT recommend feelunique to others, especially if you make big expensive orders - as there is NO customer service at all!

I purchased a Issey Miyake sport gift set as a Christmas present for my son, it was wrapped in sealed box but when he opened it the aftershave was empty, however no signs of spillage on the tissue paper the bottle was wrapped in, the gift bag or the box. I have attempted to contact Feelunique.com now on several occasions and cannot get a response. Would definitely not recommend purchasing from them.
Delivery was fast, however the product was near from being the genuine article. A bottle of Jean Paul Gaultier which didn't smell like the real deal. Difficult to find contact information for Customers services, in the end I emailed, a couple of times to get a response from the and to find out what I needed to do to get a replacement/refund. First of all they said they hadn't received the item back, then I discovered they had just credited my account with the refund, no email or correspondence.
At least I got my money back.
Ik was op zoek naar een bepaald geurtje met douchegel die in Nederland niet meer verkrijgbaar is. Kwam uiteindelijk uit op de website van FeelUnique.com waar nog wel een cadeauset werd aangeboden voor een schappelijke prijs. Was aanvankelijk wat terughoudend, maar na wat recensies te hebben gelezen toch de gok gewaagd en de set besteld.
Product is netjes afgeleverd, 6 werkdagen na bestellen. Ruim binnen de aangekondigde levertijd van 5 tot 10 werkdagen. Hoefde geen verzendkosten te betalen en kreeg nog een paar % korting via een couponcode. Product is goed verpakt, ziet er netjes uit: geen opmerkingen over te maken.
Over de service kan ik geen uitspraken doen omdat ik er geen gebruik van heb hoeven maken.

I don't even know if the product is new or used so i am afraid to use it.I just throw my money...
This company does not exist in fact - so if you have any issue there is no option to contact them! My parcel was never delivered! Apparently this company use Hermes delivery (none never heard for them) and if you go to their site and try to contact them you will realize they are only available through the company you are buying from. Feelunique does not have customer service and they register numbers for complains so none there will pick up your call if you want to talk to them! They will never take responsibility! They will never call back when then say so! The only thing you can do when you pay and never get your packet is to call on trade control government companies and hope that many others will do the same ! Safe yourself headache and NEVER USE FEELUNIQUE!
Jeg har handlet ved Feelunique en fem-seks (hvis ikke det er at underdrive) gange over det sidste år, hvor tingene altid har været langt billigere end herhjemme. Så da julen nærmede sig, var det jo oplagt at kigge efter julegaver der - så det gjorde jeg da. Jeg fandt min kærestes parfume, som ellers er enten umulig at finde, eller vanvittig dyr! Hos feelunique kostede den kun 200 (jeg betalte 219, så jeg fik den pakket ind også), og hjerhjemme koster den i hvert fald det dobbelte.
Jeg undrede mig meget over, hvorfor den ikke kom så hurtigt som alle de andre pakker, som ellers er komemt hurtigere, end når man bestiller i DK. Det var der en ganske god forklaring på - Den var nemlig blevet taget i tolden. Jeg var ret chokeret, fordi jeg jo vidste, at feelunique var engelsk.
Jeg kontaktede dem og fandt ud af, at de ikke var medlem af EU. Jeg fortalte dem, hvad der var sket, sende en kvitering på den påkrævede told (209!!! kroner), og samme dag blev pengene overført til min konto.
Vanvittig god service, og skidt pyt, at den så bliver taget i tolden, når de nu en gang betaler det :) Og alle de andre gange har der aldrig været problemer med told, men det var nok fordi, at det var juletid :)

I had ordered Equazen Eye Q Liquid - Vanilla 200ml from Feel Unique Order FN6270579 about a month ago. They have sent me a email saying that they have dispatched my order and I will receive in 7-10 days. But I never received anything from them. I contacted there customer care email and they say to wait for 23 working days. I waited for that much time also, still my stuff is not with me. I tried contacting there customer care but they stopped responding on my emails. It seems like they are taking money from people and just sending fake emails for order dispatch. They never sent my product, Also when I ask for tracking number they say they don't have it as it was sent was standard postage option which do not have tracking numbers... Real bad bad experience ..
Jeg sparede næsten 200 kroner ved at købe en dagcreme og en deodorant hos Feelunique i forhold til danske priser, fik varerne indenfor den lovede leveringstid og alt var, som det skulle være.
Et tip: Husk at google efter voucher koder, så kan man være heldig at spare ekstra (det gjorde jeg)
Dels er det gør det at varerne bliver meget dyrere, og dels forsinker det leveringen enormt da Post Danmarks toldbehandling er i snegletempo. Og desuden står det ikke tydeligt på feeluniques hjemmeside.
De får en enkelt stjerne mere for faktisk at refundere toldbeløbet ret hurtigt. Men stadig noget pjat de ikke tydeligt skriver at sitet er uden for EU.
Mange gange skal man bede om refusion, og sidste gang var vi for langsomme (!)
Øh, vi havde jo betalt told, men fik ikke refusion.
Andre steder er lettere og billigere
Stedet kan anbefales. Jeg har handlet ved feelunique.com to gange, og begge gange er min pakke blevet snuppet i tolden, men pengene er blevet refunderet uden problemer, når jeg har mailet et scan af kvitteringen.
Har flere gange handlet hos feelunique.. leveringstiden er altid blevet overholdt, og servicen er bare helt i top, hvis man har spørgsmål! evt toldopkrævning bliver refunderet uden problemer, hvis man kan medsende beviser :)
Ekstra gode priser på de lækre mærker...
Og så frem varene blir pålagt en ekstra toldopkrævning, refunderer firmaet beløbet (virkelig go' service, må jeg sige)
Jeg havde pengene tilbage på mit kort selv samme dag jeg kontaktede feelunique.
Se'fø'li en smule irriterende at først skulle lægge pengene ud, men d r dog super service at ku' få pengene retur.
Har flere gange bestil hos FeelUnique, og de leverer altid varen. Bliver den fortoldet af de danske myndigheder refunderer de omkostningen uden besvær. De får ikke 5 stjerner fordi deres levering kunne godt være lidt hurtigere.
I had high hopes for this website, is has amazing products and it's simple layout it very appealing. However I ordered 4 products be Redken and paid for express shipping for them to get here quicker, but no, they did not arrive here quicker. I waited a week as things take that extra bit longer to get to Ireland but they still hadn't arrived. Express shipping claim to have it here with 5-7 days but that was not the case in my experience. So after I decided I had waited long enough I contacted their customer services and may I just say I am appalled by their lack of interest in my late order. I was merely refunded my extra shipping costs of 2.49 I think and told because Ireland has no postcode this country is seen as international and things take longer to get here. I enquired many time to ask them if they locate my order and no the couldn't because it was not sent with a traceable postal service!! I was told I then would have to wait until the 21st of August to contact them again about my order which I was absolutely furious about. Eventually I received my order and I informed the customer services representative Sophie Lowe that I had received my order and I didn't even get a response. I will never ever buy anything off this website ever again I had the worst experience of my life with these people and I will not recommend this website to anyone.

Jeg har flere gange købt varer fra feelunique og har kun en enkelt gang oplevet noget dårligt, og det var at pakken blev snuppet i tolden, men som andre har oplevet, så fik jeg pengene retur. Det var nemt nok, tog et billede med min iphone og mailede det til dem og nogle dage efter var pengene retur på min konto.
Grunden til at de ikke får 5 stjerne er at jeg endnu ikke ved hvordan de vil reagere hvis pakken bliver væk, jeg håber på godt, men vi må se.
Jeg har allerede anbefalet dem til flere jeg kender, de har et bredt sortiment som jeg ikke kan finde i en fysisk butik.
Har handlet to gange hos dem nu, og hold da op alle de penge jeg har sparet! Her anden gang blev min pakke snuppet i told, men Mailede kvitteringen til feelunique, og to dage efter havde de refunderet tolden. Nye yndlings shoppested :)

Har handlet der en gang - prisen var noget lavere end jeg kunne finde andre steder, så det var jo skønt!
Jeg bestilte en lørdag aften, fik med det samme en bekræftelse på mail, hvor der stod, at levering til Danmark normalt tog 5-10 arbejdsdage. Søndag eftermiddag fik jeg en mail om, at min order var sendt. Søndagen efter blev pakken leveret. - Så det var jo indenfor den tid, de havde sagt, og gik helt problemfrit, men hvis man vil have sin vare hurtigst muligt er det ikke stedet :-)
Har man derimod masser af tålmodighed, er det et godt sted at handle, for priserne er gode! :D
- Har ikke prøvet produktet endnu (noget creme til hårfjerning), men i og med det ikke er dem selv der laver produkterne, er det jo sådan set ikke deres skyld, hvis varer ikke fungerer optimalt..
Experienced the worse customer service EVER all courtesy of Kelly Reynolds. She has poor attitude, lack listening skills, does not want to help or try to understand a customers problem.
Her idea of customer service was a very matter-of-fact in your face "I know it all, I deal with these products every day. YOU are wrong."
It was an absolute piss of an experience dealing with her. Please hire people with better attitudes. Goodbye Feelunique.

Jeg har nu handlet der 3 gange og det vil jeg blive ved med.
Så vidt jeg kan se, er det den billigste webshop på nettet i hvert fald med de mærker jeg bruger - desuden er fragten gratis. Desværre gik min ene pakke i tolden, men de refunderede pengene med det samme og det var der ingen problemer med. Så klart min webbutik no. 1 når det kommer til beauty-produkter :)
jeg har handlet der 3 gange og alle 3 gange blevet taget i tolden!!har godtnok fået pengene tilbage af firmaet,men det er lidt bøvlet først at skal på posthuset og betale toldopkrævning,og derefter at sende mail til firmaet,og vente på pengene går ind.
Det er ekstremt billige priser i forhold til herhjemme og fragten har været gratis de gange jeg har bestilt så jeg kan varmt anbefale at bestille fra denne side! :-)

Dog oplevede jeg sidste gang at skulle betale moms ved Post Danmark, da varerne sendes fra Jersey, som ikke er med i EU-samarbejdet omkring fri told. Jeg har rundt regnet nok bestilt produkter fra hjemmesiden 10 gange på de 3 år, og dette er den eneste gang, min pakke er blevet pålagt moms af Post Danmark.
Jeg kontaktede feelunique.com med det samme og forklarede dem, at de enten skulle dække mine udgifter eller betale pengene for mine varer tilbage. Inden for 20 minutter havde jeg fået svar, hvor der stod, at jeg blot skulle vedhæfte tolderklæringen fra Post Danmark i en mail, og så ville de dække mine udgifter. Mindre end en halv time efter fik jeg bekræftet, at de havde overført pengene, og 2 hverdage efter stod pengene på min konto.
Super service, bestiller uden tvivl fra samme side igen næste gang!
