brilliant!!!!!!
Have been very impressed from start to finish. Took advantage of a free delivery offer and items turned up in two days. Products look fab in the garden, I ordered the sloar spike lights and a chinesse lantern. I would definately reccommend this company and it's products.

Delivery day was given as a Thursday, I changed it online to Friday and given a time of 1-08pm. until. 2-08pm for delivery, my parcel arrived at. 1-12pm, you cannot get better service than that,

What you see is what you get1
The lights were just as had hoped they would be, and were up and running within hours of delivery. The only minor criticism was that delivery was apparently scheduled for next day on one e-mail, but when I chose an option to leave the delivery with a neighbour, it seemed to push the delivery to one day later, and I wasn't able to get a confirmation of when my order would be delivered when I tried the track your order facility. Everything else was fine.

Total crap!
NONE of them flashed and about a third of them lit up! When you bought three/four packs this is poor to say the least . About ten just exploded when inflated !!!!! I will not be using this company again and will not recommend them to anyone! What a rip off!!! You should be ashamed'n this was for my wife's 40th - thanks for nothing!!!!

Fantastic ! Lovely and bright Hummingbirds!
I would recommend this company as the website is user friendly, the despatch was fast & prompt, and the items are EXACTLY as described.
My garden is lit up with the Hummingbirds that I purchased, and the myriad of colours in rotation is brilliant.

stunning garden lights
Fantastic, love the ice effect it lights up the garden and looks stunning. Easy to install and worked in a few hours as soon as it was dark..great effect by water feature..

Delivered on time but with broken bit at bottom of rod and very poor quality.
Received in 3 boxes inside one big box. One lamp was damaged at the bottom of rod as the circular bit was half broken. The first portion of rod closest to lamp kept coming off for two lamps. Very badly made. Unlikely to order from this company again.

Fairyland at night
The packaging and delivery were first class. The 2 packs of solar path lights I first ordered all worked and looked great. I have since added a further 20, which also all worked. I'm really pleased with the results.

FANTASTIC SERVICE, FAST, RELIABLE & FRIENDLY
Have never used this company before, but was looking for something specific and they had it! Unfortunately one of the items was out of stock and sent a request to be informed when back in stock, this was responded to within 24hours, and although they will no longer be stocking the item in question they informed me on how I could achieve the same thing myself, it wasn't just a standard out of stock reply, they took the time to compose a reply & help, what a refreshing change, a business that really cares about Customer Service.
The remainder of my order was delivered very quickly, well packaged. Their e-mails service is fantastic, order confirmation, when dispatched, when it will be delivered and a 1hr time slot (which they delivered bang in the middle of) and an option to change delivery options with the last e-mail if not convenient. I will definately be shopping with them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Well Done Fetive Lights wish more companies took as much pride in their business as you do.

Disappointment with the items i bought/

These festive lights are stunning
When it's dark the festive lights are a nice glow a soft white light and the three put together make a really nice display ,I am really pleased with these and would recommend them to anybody.
