They were pretty good for me!

I recently ordered three pairs of glasses from Firmoo. I bought them and then checked the reviews. I was almost afraid because the company had received such a bad review from the public. Nevertheless, the order was sent, they had my money and I just had to hope for the best. Firmoo pulled through and provided quick postage and three great pairs of glasses.

I think people are more likely to jump on, have a dig and give a bad review whenever they have a bad experience with anything. The problem might be that people who did have a good/problem free experience don't always let others know about it.

In summary, with my experience, the postage was fair, the glasses arrived unharmed and on time. They look great, they were nicely priced and I'm pretty happy with it all.

This company is a joke. I ordered from coastal and firmoo the same day and I already have my glasses from coastal! Its been a month. Fuck!

Great

Recieved glasses within 3 weeks, just as they told me to expect. Was shipped express with FedEx. Glasses were protected in the included casing + bubble wrap.

The "free glasses" are of decent quality. Will definately recommend to friends.

Changed My Mind About Ordering....

After reading the reviews on here, and learning that the glasses are made in China, I decided not to order from, or use Firmoo. I will also remove them from my Facebook Page. I did order a pair of glasses 2 years ago from an online source, Coastal Contacts, also known as Coastal Glasses. They are based in Blaine, WA and work with another company in Canada, I believe it's Vancouver, to fill an online order. I'm less offended by using Canada than I am China. At least they, Canada, have strict standards not to mention, quick service. I don't have to worry about my glasses being recalled because China used only Lord knows what, in making my glasses. As for Coastal Contacts, I received my glasses in the time they allotted, they sent me tracking information, and follow ups. It was really nice. They cost a bit more than Firmoo, but are still cheaper than paying full price or dealing with an insurance company. So, there you have it. I'm dropping Firmoo. If they want my business, they'll have to start doing all of their business is the U.S.

Where in the hell are my glasses.

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses nearly a month ago (2/7, it is now 3/4) and they are STILL not here! I received an email from them about a week ago, apologizing for the delay because their processor in China is backed up because of some festival. A cultural party is backing up business? Say what? Very unprofessional. I got fed up with waiting (I need my glasses to driiveeee!!) so I ordered a pair off GlassesUSA and got them in less than a week -_-
Tried emailing, no reply. Tried calling, no answer. I want my money back!

For the price the quality is very good

I am very satisfied with my glasses,
But all i can advice when ordering glasses online is download the original prescription and if your not happy with the glasses then your eyes have not being check properly.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses for my son. After waiting 3 weeks for the glasses he can't see correctly out of them. He said that he feels like his eyes are crossed. Firmoo had me go back to the eye Dr to have the glasses checked....CRAZY HUH...well I did it apparently theres a lot more that needs to measured then what they ask for like vertical height, which on his the glasses he got from Firmoo was way off on both pairs!!!!!! Firmoo is now giving me the run around. I decided to purchase him a pair of nice Oakley at Lens Crafters, they were ready within an hour and he loves them. Yes...I did spend a lot more but it was totally worth it...no headaches and if I have a problem with them I can walk in to have it fixed. Lesson learned DO NOT order prescription eye glasses on-line!!!!

Roll your dice on this company!

I ordered Rx Sunglasses from this company on 11-06-12. I paid extra for express shipping because I wanted them for a vacation I was leaving for on 11-15-12. At the time I didn't know the glasses were coming from overseas. On 11-14-12, I received notice that my lenses had been destroyed in production and they would have to be remade. On 11-28-12, I received an email asked how I liked my glasses and for comment ....I hadn't received them. I notified them that day as such. On 12-4-12, I received an email to say that they had been delivered. I then received another email saying they had been sent back. This began a long series of back and forth emails with me trying to figure out HOW they had been shipped as it matters where I live. There was obviously a language barrier and I had to repeat information in several emails. At this point I was doubting I would ever see my glasses and if so would be out $105.00. I was told I would have to repay the EXPRESS shipping charge to have the glasses resent. I was thinking I would probably just be throwing more money away at this point so I started to look into other avenues to stop payment. I also complained enough to the service rep at Firmoo that they finally agreed to resend them at THEIR expense. Low and behold they finally showed up on 12-15-12!
They are fairly decent. The Rx is good and though there are some issues with the lenses not coming quite to the edge of the frames, it's not a visible thing and I'm ready to move on. Would I recommend them to anyone. NO! I do give them points for at least working through the issue and in the end the glasses were decent.

Do NOT use Firmoo.com

Firmoo.com is a very unreliable website, and I would have to imagine that all of the five star reviews on this website were written by company employees. I ordered my product from them over a month ago, and have not gotten anything in the mail from them. Despite frequent phone calls, nobody was ever around to answer my call. After many emails, I finally got a response, blaming my entire problem on the delivery company, saying that typhoons were the reason I don't have my sunglasses. Even if my package eventually gets here, over a month from order to delivery is simply unacceptable for a process they told me would take between 10-14 days.

My experience in buying glasses with Firmoo is nice.

To be frank, the price made me a little skeptical initially, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of these. The glasses they sent to me are made with correct prescription. I even didn't take them to my optometrist to be fitted, which I probably should, but the fit was comfortable, and they haven't been causing me headaches/ etc. I'm quite satisfied with them. Will be ordering from them again.

Awesome glasses!!!

When my daughter told me about the deals on Firmoo I was skeptical. I recently paid $500 for two pair of glasses from from an optical service covered by my insurance program. I am amazed at well built they are and how accurately Firmoo matched my prescription (even with bifocals). These were a GREAT deal, quite pleased. I will be a return customer for sure.

Amazed at their service and quality

I ordered and received a pair of glasses from Firmoo and was amazed at the speedy service and quality of the product including the accuracy of the prescription lenses. Unfortunately there was a flaw in one side not being tight enough. It can happen regardless but no local eyeglass retailer would perform any maintenance without charging a fee. I contacted Firmoo, who immediately offered to replace the glasses without charge. Which is what I did and now I have the new glasses which are even better and I am beyond happily satisfied. In fact, I ordered 2 more pairs,which,by the way, still cost me less than half the price of getting 1 pair locally. Firmoo definitely has my confidence and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone.

There are ups and there are downs...

I have a lot of explanations, so if you want a general idea of what I'm saying, scroll down until you see the * * * * * at the bottom.


Being unemployed and trying to find a cheap way of getting glasses can be difficult. I decided to go with firmoo because of the sale they had, which allowed for me to get both regular glasses and rx sunglasses, and still be within my budget. I ordered my glasses, but their site was having paypal issues, which kept me from getting a "free gift". Since it wasn't my fault, they still gave it to me, which was very nice.

But then things started going wrong. My order was taking longer to process than what the policies said. When I sent an email asking what was going on, they said that my sunglass lenses came back broken and if I wanted to get my regular glasses, I could pay for shipping and get them. Upon threat of contacting the BBB, they sent my pairs of glasses separately and they compensated for shipping. The sad part is that I received my sunglasses almost a week earlier then my "express shipped" regular glasses. The reason why is because they set up my regular glasses to ship and then didn't ship them for FIVE DAYS.

In the end, the rendering of services and customer service gets a full star knocked off of them because it was just a huge headache getting the product.

The good part is that the prescription came back perfect. The lenses, which I have to have polycarbonate, look like they are very good quality in both pairs of lenses. I did get a 60% shade on my sunglasses, but it was closer to 40%, but that's not a big deal for me, personally.

The frames are a little bit of give any take. I bought the cheapest metal frames they had for both of my glasses. They look dependable in the hinges and nose-pad contraptions. There is a space on the arms of the glasses and becomes very thin. This makes them seem like lower quality, but it also makes the glasses lighter. Since my prescription is very heavy, having them a bit lighter is welcome to me.

One thing I was impressed with was the extras that came with both pairs of glasses. Each one came with a hard and soft case, cleaning cloth, as well as replacement nose pads, replacement screws, and an eyeglass tool (a double-sided screw driver on a keychain). Since those can be hard to find, it was nice getting the little kit. The "special gift" offered when I ordered ended up being cheap and a hinge pin came out. But this isn't a big problem to me because I'm a jeweler, so I can fix it easily.

So, in the end:
* * * * * for quality (also based on personal preference)
* * * for customer service (since they quickly addressed my concerns, but I did have to contact them a lot)
* for timely fashion of services rendered (It took over 3 weeks when it should have been less than 2 weeks to receive both of my glasses.

Cheating you before you even buy

Firmoo offered a free pair of glasses for first time buyers. I only wanted an inexpensive pair of sunglasses and found a pair I liked which the site said was free. I selected the button "free for first time buyer" and it took me to a window which said that the pair I wanted was not free that day but would be free in 3 hours 47 minutes 12 seconds (which would be midnight). So it appeared that the glasses would be free the next day. So I went to the site the very next morning, clicked the same button and guess what? The same message came up saying it would be free in 15 hours 49 minutes and 35 seconds...midnight the next day! Really! What kind of trick is this? Then I read the reviews...All 5's and 1's. With this disparity I can only guess that the 1's were honest reviews and the 5's were written by the company. This company appears to be a serious rip!

bifocal sportsglasses not usable

The near part of the glasses was round on the top and took up half the lens. I could not look over it, thus they were completely unusable. The store would have refunded only the frame part so I didn't even bother.

I thought they were great

The glasses look even better than in the photo on the website. The Rx is perfect. They look great on me and they were sent exactly when they said they would be.

Use them at your own risk

If the company gets your order right or your frames look good, prices are low. However, if there is a problem (such as the one I had), their return policy is not as easy as suggested on the website.

In fact, it's non-existent. All I got is the run-around when I wanted to get a return authorization number and return shipping address. At the end, they offered me a store credit instead of returning my money.

I would not recommend using them.

You are not a good company when you say"You get a full refund
If you are not happy with your glasses just return within 7 days.
That sounds good and all but how can you when there is no one to speake to but a machine.I have also sent several emails and I am so appauld at you.(they succer you in) , I have been calling since the day I recieved them in the mail wanting to return them because they were to big and I could not see didly. What is your problem?

I'm reporting them to the BB

They wont give me a full refund for the glasses I returned. They say they give you 7 days for a full return, but it took 6 days to get to my place! And when you want to return them, you have to call or email for your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and then they wait another day to respond. Only a sketchy company would make you just through hoops to get a refund.

Oh, and even though I gave them my email, RAN, and name, they keep calling me "David" or "sir." Do they even have their paperwork in check?

I received a cheap product, paid over $50 for it, and now I'm only getting $14.95 back. What a terrible company. I'll never buy from them again.
