Great Service Great Product
I was really pleased with their customer service. We unfortunately had some problems with FEDEX which was no fault of Flash Bay. However they were on top of the situation and made sure I received my USB cards as soon as possible. The cards look great and function perfectly.

Excellent!!!
I ordered the Trix style USB flash drives. I had them personalized with my logo on the front and contact info on the back side The printing was excellent! Perfectly centered and vibrant colors. They look sleek and classy. I am a graphic designer and a perfectionist so I was a little nervous to open the box and see if they were really up to par and I have to say YES! I will be proud to use them for self-promotion!
I was so impressed by their wonderful costumer service. The representative contacted me right away and was really helpful and professional. She even called me to let me know when the drives would arrive and they were actually at my door two days earlier than promised. Great quality product and speedy service. They exceeded my expectations!

Great company, great customer service, great product!
Anthony at Flashbay was great to work with. The sample pack he sent was so beneficial for our decision-making process. We tossed around a few ideas, but Anthony suggested a product that better fit our logo, sent us a proof, and we ordered it right away. And our flash drives were here so fast! Everyone loves it.

I don't know what's better; the customer service or the product itself...it's all so great!
David was my rep for Flash Bay, and he was always patient, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. I was excited when I received the sample box of all of the flash drives offered, and I was even more excited to see a bag of gummy bears in there! It's such a small but great touch that makes this company stand out among the rest.
When I wasn't ready to commit to anything initially due to budget, David was kind and understanding. Last week I made the decision to just go for it, and David remembered me, responded quickly, and my product was delivered in record timing (oh, and I got another bag of gummy bears in the process...it's the little things that matter).
I received my flash drives this morning, posted a photo on my photography fan page on Facebook, and my clients are already beyond excited to get their images on the custom USB's.
I am thoroughly impressed with Flash Bay and will be recommending them to everyone, as well as using them over and over again. Thank you so much!

Catchy looking functional product; envy of others

I was impressed when I received an email and a call from a customer service rep with mock up designs that he went on my website to obtain (since I didn't submit a file for him to use) That was way over and above my expectations. The rep was quick to respond and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions. The product ships from China so the shipping is high, but, I can handle that with their low 25 piece minimum, they are the way to go. They have a great selection, too!

Exemplary Job
I was very please with the quality and clarity of the emblem on the thumb drives. They look very nice and will be a great advertising piece for our students to carry with them. Also, the ship time was wonderful, not taking a month or so like most companies.

A Great Product and Excellent Customer Service
We have been ordering the Silver Alloy Flash drives for over a year now, they are a great selling tool for our company. Instead of printing 30+ pages for a presentation we are going green and are able to load everything needed on the flash drive. My sales rep from the start, Adam, is very helpful and efficient. Flash drives in a flash!
Our company needed just the right flash drive for an international conference. My Flashbay representative not only walked me through the process (by e-mail) but also had pictures and stats to back up each product I was considering. We ordered the perfect one....the tie clip which we will use as a binder clip...and they came in just a few days. My order was placed before I even heard back from a competitor about a product question. Done!

FAST friendly service
