WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Flipkart services are degrading day by day.
Now a days, Flipkart do not bother about the quality of products sent to customer, not take care of the feed backs.
My worst shopping experience with Flipkart in short, ORDER ID: OD40401096211 for "Johnson & Johnson OneTouch UltraEasy Glucometer"

I am from Laxminagar, New Delhi-110092

1st: I ordered the product on 01/04/2014 which was delivered to me on 04/04/2014. ( Received the unsealed packing with damaged product), complete charge of Rs.1780 was taken at the time of delivery.
Mailed to "cs@flipkart.com", Return was arranged.


2nd: It was complete hassle in pickup of damaged product, (got in touch of flikart almost 7 times for the pick up by getting in touch of 18004201111, cs@flipkart.com and http://flipkart.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch), then received the replacement of the product with a new one on 8th April, after completing a lot of hassle. It was frustrating to see that the new product was missing the " 25 free strips worth around Rs. 875 ".
Again got in touch of flikart almost 15 times for the re replacement of the product or "providing 25 free strips worth around Rs. 875" which was associated with the product, by getting in touch of 18004201111, cs@flipkart.com and http://flipkart.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch almost 20 times, then received the re replacement of the product with a new one on 14th April.

3rd: Today is 14/04/2014 and the mistake was repeated, again the re replaced product was missing the "25 free strips worth around Rs. 875"

Wrote reviews twice for the seller as well as Flipkart, (The review did not had any bad words) however flipkart deleted my comments from their site, I got a mail, which is as follows.

FAKE EXTENDED WARRANTY

flipkart is selling products with fake extended warranty. One and Half year back I have purchased HP Envy laptop where on the bill its mentioned (one year on-site warranty +one year on-site extended warranty). but when I went to HP service center to repair warranty was provided only for 1 year. So many times I have contacted flipkart but no response

and after service is very bad

Don't buy anything from this website later you will regret

Terrible service and product quality

Flipkart offers the worst customer service and even the quality of the products sold are bad..
My personal experience, i bought wedges from a seller on flipkart who had a good rating. I wore it twice and the shoe has started to come off the heel. When I contacted them within the return policy about a wrong color pant I received, they never responded and later when I contacted them again, they denied recieving any email and refused to help me with anything.
They expect customer to use products within 30 days, as they know that the products would last longer than that.cry sad

Fake one day delivery guarantee service

Please dont opt for One Day guarantee service if at all you are ordering from Flipkart. They are not capable of keep up their promises. My order No is OD40405044397

I ordered a product worth of 32000 and I wanted to get my order delivered to me in a day. So I paid extra 90 rs to get my order delivered to me in just one day. But at the end FlipKart failed to deliver the order in one day. I think flipkart is not capable of delivering the order in just one day. Its a fake promises given to customer just to collect that extra money from the customer.

The worst part is all their customer care executive are well trained on how to lie to the customer. Floor Supervisors are even more worst. These supervisors are not even fit be junior customer service executive. God knows how they have been promoted as Floor Supervisors. They sound like recorded audio system. Bhart shetty and Darpan Pathar are the floor supervisors with home I had conversation and looked like they both have done masters on how to lie to customers.

Please dont opt for One Day guarantee service if at all you are ordering from Flipkart.

Worst eCommerce Company in the whole universe

Don't ever rely on this company and their courier company partner EKart........ They sucks.......Their Slogan is "Rapid, Reliable and On-Time Delivery".....But the fact is that they are even slower than a snail........Its been 5 days since my courier with tracking number FMPP3750875655 started from Hyderabad to Bangalore, but till now not received.....This is their service for Tier 1 Cities.......God Knows if they will ever deliver the courier in Tier 2 or Tier 3 Cities......And the worst is their Customer Service Center.....You will keep on calling but will never reach them and at last they will say Press 2 for Call Back and you will never get it..........Hopeless and Pathetic service........Don't know how they got their license and it should be cancelled.......

No proper management no response

I bought moto x in flipkart they told me i have 30day return policy, The phone basically comes with damage its has some internal problem so try to give it back to the seller but they are not responding to me properly, I am regular flipkart customer now see what happens i am very disappointed if any of you have any idea of buying in this site plz don't buy finally 30day return doesn't work. Used to buy blindly from Flipkart. Never ever again

worst experience of my life

My self imtiyaz ahmad and my order ID is OD40308036735 I purchase galaxy s4 via flip kart 2 week back it has problem that it doesn't accept SIM card I filed a complain for that and people at costumer care granted it for refund.thay started assurance for pickup from 18th March 2014 from that day I started calling to costumer care 4 times daily .first I call at 9 am thay (costumer care) said pickup will done before 2 pm, than I call at 2.30pm then that people said pickup will be done before 5 pm then i again call at 5.30 pm.thay people again said pickup will be done before 7 pm when i called at 7.30 thay people said pickup will be done tomorrow .this was the daily routine of assurance I am getting from flflip kart costumer care.i have to go to Mumbai as my wife is admitted in hospital but i postponed my travel daily by one day bcoz for giving my device to your executive i have to stay in Delhi and handover it.from the last 7 days i suffer so much that it become a measurable. During this 7 days i am assured by Mr pratik (floor superwiser), Mr akbar, miss neha, Mr shahid (floor superwiser) Mr zaki but no one giving me true assurance.i am still waiting for executive when he will come and pickup the phone can plc help me out with this problem as this is my worst experience of life.

Flipkart- The Online Megacheats

They screwed me good.
To all the people- U don’t get the stuff u witness on the webpage instead they deliver crap. I made an order for a watch dated-3rd Feb’14 judging by the pics on their webpage but wen I got it, it was an old edition outdated model which to me appeared used. It was a watch from 2011. NOW WHO IS TO BLAME?
To Flipkart- Just so u know we people do have better things to do instead of co-operating with u. No wonder why people are sticking with the conventional ways of shopping. YOU crooks make the online shopping experience miserable.Seriously, Improve or Quit.

HAS POOR RETUN POLICIES AND LOVE TO FOOL CUSTOMERS

I gifted an ADIDAS bag-pack from www.flipkart.com to my brother as he wanted a new bag as a birthday gift.
though it is a branded bag, it does not have that quality.
The Ht of the bag described is 460 mm, but it looks way too small for a college going guy.
The images describing this item has an imaginary 6 feet guy holding his backpack on his back and it really don't give an idea, how bag will feel on the real person while carrying. its hard to imagine how this bag would feel without seeing a image of real guy holding it. maybe some of you have same issues as mine.
I tried to return this item online by clicking the return option, but it generated an another option to get an replacement. Unaware of their replacement policies( as its not mention on their so called 'hassle free return webpage') it automatically placed an replacement for the same backpack that i wanted to return back!. Why would i need the same bag when i want to return it?
As we were disappointed with this purchase, i called the customer care representative to return it or get an another replacement. Whatever! I was not keen on getting my money back, but just wanted to get an different bag instead of this one. Don't we go to Branded/Non-branded shops to return the item or to get different replacement when we think that oh its not the thing i would like to buy,i will go shop and get another one in replacement. Even they are good in replacement of different items, if they don't like to refund your money!
That CCR guy gave hard time to me, and explaining me the ''HIDDEN'' clauses. These CCR guys acts like puppet and say" we are sorry Madam, but we cant do anything" My question is" if you cant do anything, then why the hell you are sitting there? I think its a good way to dupe customers who do not know their hidden clauses.
The next this i get to here from CCR that they cant provide an replacement.
They will send the same replacement of item and are cant send different one.
This was something new and strange to me, because no shopkeeper will do that!

So, i learned my lesson that i cant rely on this so called great Indian shopping website.
i would rather go shopping to local shops and be satisfied and get an different replacement when i want.
WS Retail and Flipkart will earn quick bucks like this making their customers unhappy and eventually losing them. They should learn something from how online shopping websites abroad treat their customers. They should get some lessons on Ethics and professionalism, and how to handle public relations.
It will become extinct site if it don't pay heed to thier return policies.

Worst service ever

First of all my order is late and when i contact the customer care they say my pincode and address is wrong however just a week back they had no problem in delivering other good to same address which was even returned because there were missing parts in the order. looks like they take everything for granted and when i contact the customer care they say we will deliver this on priority within 24-48 hours. After two days i get a mail saying my order is cancelled and my amount is refunded. Why the hell is my order being refunded. what the heck is going on. First of all you guys do not deliver the order on time and now you guys decide yourself to cancel the order and refund the amount. what is the pathetic service you guys are providing.

Wrong policies for unsuspecting customers

I got a notebook sleeve and it turned out to be a bit small. So I called up customer care and asked for a return to be initiated. Next they me that I can't return this. Omg! I called them within like 10 minutes of receiving the product. Really bad company policies. They should learn something from Amazon and Myntra.

It's weird when customers like unsuspecting pigeons are trapped under the basket.

WTF am I gonna do with a product I don't need. Well someone's getting a nice gift from me. But Flipkart - you're never getting opened in my browser ever again. And I'll ensure my friends do the same - we wouldn't want others to suffer now, would we?

Flipkart refund policy is pathetic

I had to learn the lesson in a hard way. I bought a Puma football from WS retail listed with Flipkart which turned out to be defective(punctured). I came to know after I filled it with air after two days. Air has leaked in a day and I tried to fill it atleast 3-4 times but the same problem recurred. Then got it checked with local sports shop and my fears were right. I claimed for refund in 10 days after delivery which is within the allowed time line.

All along I was confident that as per the return policy of flipkart I can get refund/replacement but I met with a shock. Flipkart wants original box, price tag label etc which I donot have now as the original box and price tag label etc have already been torn off while opening the item. I only have the invoice with me. Their customer care is saying they cannot accept the item without them. I told them that their representative can check the item whether it is defective or not and I am also fine with replacement and not refund of money. Local shopkeeper would have replaced the football without second question.

Friends I had learnt the lesson hard way. Please. donot buy anything from Flipkart as their return policy is very bad and you can’t expect the refund/replacement from them with their policies.

Flipkart is Cheater

I bought a D-link DIR 505 router which is not working well but they are neither ready to replace it or upgrade it becoz seller is not ready. I bought it from flipkart so who will replace it ? Flipkart is Cheater online shopping site. Amazon is much much better than any other online shopping site.

No Replacement if you receive a broken product !!

I Purchased a ASUS Padfone from flipkart.

The Bluetooth stylus/Headset I received with the handset is faulty, damaged and didn’t turned on. NOW started my pathetic experience with flipkart customer care services. I have called them several time requesting for return. Every time they said that the "Back-End" team will get back to me within 24 to 48 hrs and never called back. The so called back end team have became the pain in my back end in no time.

Flipkart’s easy and free return policy is not really Easy. Next time you buy a product from flipkart be aware, that, if you received a damaged or broken product, you are going to have a real night mare dealing with this customer care and getting it replaced.

I haven’t got mine replaced yet. Every time I called them they come back with "you will get a call by today evening".and unfortunately that evening never came! They NEVER called me back and my return request is stuck on "processing" forever.

The bottom line is clear, buy from flipkart if you want good delivery, but DO NOT expect any sort of product guarantee from them. God forbid if you received a faulty or damaged product, you cant NEVER get it replaced from them. The 30 days replacement policy of flipkart is an utter lie.

I have purchased many product from flipkart but with this pathetic after sales service I am absolutely done with Flipkart.
