Flora2000 did an awesome job with an order I'd placed for my Mom's Birthday. I'd ordered a Tulip bouquet that was shipped all the way to Canada and my Mother loved it. Although the product wasn't an exact replica of what I'd booked for on the site, they made it look as gorgeous, so I'm not really complaining. I've been very fortunate with all my purchases here and my experience has been good, time and again. Thanks again.

ordered the flowers almost a week ago and is past the delivery date 3 days. no response on my inquiries and phone numbers dont work. i contacted online chat and all they can say is they are waiting for the outlet to respond.... useless company and pure scam style operation. On their website Flora2000 advertise that they carry out same day deliveries. I ordered flowers on the 13/02/14 to be delivered in Hong Kong on the 15/02/14. The flowers were delivered on the 17/02/14. The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. When I complained regarding the late delivery I was told that the flowers were delivered within their disclaimer!! DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM FLORA 2000!!!!
They do not deliver what they promise, it was the biggest mistake to trust them with delivering flowers for my mothers 70th Birthday... She is still waiting for them and the day has come and gone for her.... How to ruin a wonderful family moment.......
This was my first time to ordere flowers online. So, I ordered flowers for my wife on valentine's day in the Philippines. It so happened that its already 17th of the month and still she haven't received any flowers. Im so disappointed that my wife havent got anything from me on vday. And there no feedback yet from the company and the 24/7 support chat is offline. HOW UNLUCKY WAS THAT FOR ME..! No flowers, no feedback, no after slaes support, no refund.. Terrible..
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my love on February 14, today is February 16 and still no flowers were delivered. I even got a notice from Richard Fullofshit that the flowers were delivered. Today is the 16th of February and she has not received it nor I receive any reply from them after many attempts to contact them. My order number is 1317765 They made two people disappointed very times they "deliver" unacceptable services NOT just one! Especially on special occasions such as Valentine day.
I placed two orders (1321894 and 1321911) one for my mom and one for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day 14th Feb, 2014. Both did not receive them. It's now 16th February, Philippine time, yet still no flowers for them. I am based in Singapore, and I thought their service would be so reliable, but I was wrong. To make matters worse, they have deactivated their 24/7 chat support, set a voicemail for their toll-free numbers, and are very slow to respond to emails. In short, during one of the busiest times of the year for a flower-delivery company, they are unreachable. I do not know when my orders will be delivered. I do not know why they refuse to accept customer enquiries via their usual channels. It's like they DON'T EVEN CARE! I have never experienced such horrible customer service like this in my entire life. And I hope I never will again TO ANYONE READING THIS- PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. It'll save you a lot of hassle.
I order flowers for my mother on her Birthday February 14 of 2014 deliver to the Philippines . The flowers arrived in horrible, so horrible condition, the petals are dry, extremely old old roses the petals fall apart. Was so ashamed when my mom talk to me how terrible the flowers was. I'm so disappointed to this flora2000 website for sending a trash to my mothers house. Not worth spending even a single penny. Will never recommend and spend money in here anymore. Me too is a victim of flora2000. No delivery at all. they spoiled my valentines surprise for my wife, stay away from flora2000 and its mastermind - Richard Fullham. Chat support takes around 30 mins to respond. no email response. When I call the phone nobody answers. Answers in chat support are obviously scripted and no assurance at all, as they keep telling me we will email you once delivery has been completed. I ordered it Feb 13 and next day delivery as they promised, today is Feb 15 in the Philippines and valentines is over still no signs, chat support is unavailable till Feb 28 as the message says. I couldn't even find the link to file the refund except the email that no response yet.
Richard Fullham, I know you're reading this and I'm expecting your response to be the same on how you respond to your other complainants, that is "we will make sure it will not happen again" Google around guys, this flora2000(Richard Fullham) has a lot of complaints. My mistake to trust them before googling it and too late for me to realize that there was no contact numbers in their Philippine counterpart even if I google it. Placed on order on Feb 11,2013 in USA for a delivery on Feb 13,2014 in Australia. The flowers were not delivered on Feb 13 and tried to call them but none of the numbers work. The live chat doesn't work either . So sent an email but got a totally absurd response stating that the order will shortly be on its way . This was on Feb 14th m already a day late. The product was never delivered and my queries are yet to be answered . I am beginning to wonder if this whole site is bogus, needless to say if i don't hear back soon, i am calling my credit card company and refuting the charge .
Do yourself a favor, if you want to ship to international locations, try goggling the local florist and contacting them via phone to place your order .

Flower deliveries are very late. They will verify the delivery but actually it's not! I ordered and requested to be delivered on 14 Feb but it's already 15 Feb (8:30PM) and the flowers did not arrived yet. Just ruined our valentine's day with my gf. Please, don't order on this site!

This is the second time I ordered flowers from this website. I ordered a bouquet for my husband on the occasion of our wedding anniversary. My husband liked the flowers and was surprised at the good condition in which they were delivered. My only problem is that I had to write the card message in language. It would be nice if they would allow people to leave card messages in other languages as well.
I wanted to send flowers to Hong Kong to a cousin for new year. Came across Flora2000 while searching for flower delivery websites. Liked their happy colors and was easy to order. My flowers reached well in time, and my cousin was pleasantly surprised. Didn't need to get in touch with their team for anything as I received timely updates on email.
