Worst! Instead of explaining to me or trying to make me understand, the representative simply suggested to cancel the order. With blaming the customer, the attitude was quite NOT acceptable at all. Shipping was quite lagged and slower than usual of other sellers. I asked for another representative since I was very uncomfortable with the attitude, the guy just hung upon me. Yep, I got hung upon! So unacceptable!
What a waste of my time. I ordered an item from them online, and a week later I received the wrong item. When I first contacted them, I got no reply. When I contacted them again, they said they were out of the original item and sent a “replacement” item instead, and they had sent me an email explaining so. First of all they never sent such an email. Secondly, who would want a “replacement” item without being asked first? When I tried to return the replacement item, they wanted me to pay for shipping. Then when I refused they said they would issue me a full refund, but they only sent half. It wasn’t until I complained again that they sent the full refund. In the end I got my money back, but it took 6 emails and nearly 2 months. Clearly this company will nickel and dime you every chance they get. Not worth the trouble. I give them two stars for finally giving me my full refund.
