I was looking for galxy player 4.2 products and one of them I liked was out of stock with Amazon. I found this website on google and ordered the product .... they sent me order confirmation and invoice quickly and got the product in 2 days only .. love fommy

Bought shatterproof for my iphone 5. Initially I have had issues in installation .. called customer services and they suggested register the product and ask for replacement. Wow .. this is great when a product you bought comes with this type of warranty and service .. highly recommended ..

I purchased a docking station for my I pad 4 which stated on there website would work with I pad 4. I am in the UK and when it arrived it was the wrong one, I spoke with them on the live chat which is a joke because all they say is give us 24 hours and we shall get back to you which they never do. This was their fault for sending the wrong item now I have had to pay for shipping back and they don't seem bothered, what a disgusting customer service department they are, I shall never buy from their website again, what an horrible experience be warned people out there!!!
Ive been ordering from fommy for a year or so! The first experience was fine. The second time I was sent a cover that was different from the one shown. On complaining they said that they never promised the same print on the cover as long as the cover was the same and it fit. Since it was for 200 bucks i let the matter go. Recently I ordered another cover for my blackberry, and they sent me one for a different model. On complaining they asked me to first send pictures. Then I had to pay for shipping to send it back, which for a month they kept saying they haven't received. On showing them the shipping receipt they "suddenly" found it but till date NO return of either cash or cover has been made. I keep getting told "its under process" I dont care abt the 1000 plus bucks i have spent, i'll consider a donation to the poor but its the attitude that is so upsetting!

SKU: 91519 for Samsung GALAXY S II GT-I9100 is the best case found in the market as per the strengths of the case it is very good and tight fitting so dont think much and give it a try!

I ordered a silicone jelly skin case for my Atrix which showed was in stock on the website. I went through the order process where they promptly took my payment. I then receive an email a few days later saying the cases are on backorder and I would
receive an email when was shipped.
Fast forward 2 months and I finally receive the email that my case shipped and I could pick it up at their warehouse which is only about 750 miles from my house! I ordered this case with the understanding it would ship via mail to my home. I emailed them explaining that the distance was much too far for a case. Their reply was that I would have to pay out more money to have it sent directly to my house. I thought that had already been taken care of when I originally placed the order. Needlees to say, after they sent me several harassing emails trying to get me to fork over more money, they figured out I wasnt going to buy into their scam and cancelled my order.
If you order from this company, do so at your own risk.

I ordered a mobile pouch 10 days back, not yet received till now. I called several times to the customer care. their telling the stupid reasons like 'Your product still in customs officers'. My question is: if they are not able to deliver the product in right time, then why they are taking orders?. they are wasting customers time and money. in the same case i ordered few products on ebay, it got delivered within 3 days. this is what customer needs. I am suggesting Fommy: Improve your customer satisfaction otherwise shutdown the business. atleast customer will be in safer side.
ordered on the 21rst. received email telling me one item was B/O and would ship on the 25th. on the 2nd of the next month, on calling to inquire was told indefinite B/O. Canceled order, will not order from them again
Fommy took my order and charged my account six days later. After no receipt of merchandise, I called 24 days after the order and was told it would ship 3 days later. Fifteen days after that, with no receipt of product, I called and was told the item had been discontinued and the order canceled. My call and e-mail to Fommy concerning the issuance of a credit have yet to be answered.
ordered snap on case for my iphone 4 but got it broken. I knew this was a fault of post office but fommy sent me another one without any questions... they rock

On 9/14/10 - I sent back solar charge battery under valid RMA number. They received on 9/16/10. Today 9/27/10, having not received the replacement, I called to inquire. Customer service told me warehouse received USB cable, but no battery. There is 100.0% chance I delivered battery only. In fact the cable is here on my desk.
Issue escallated to supervisor. He tells me the same story. Then I asked if I could be transferred to their receiving supervisor. Sometimes people make mistakes. I am thinking someone erred on noting the correct part number upon receipt. He says cannot transfer me over or get in contact. His only resolution was to send a new one back and charge me item + shipping.
So summary, they claimed receipt of a negligable value USB cable, but no battery. Cable sitting on my desk, here. Easy to prove unshipped cable. Not so with battery not in my posession! Resolution for me to pay a second time? Now I am concerned about delivery back again. Supervisor claims it will be sent today.
Please dod not shop with this company. I purchased an EQ7 unit and it was obivious it had been opened and used. I tried to return the unit and all emails were returned as invalid or nonexisting address. When call the 866 number I was put on hold, dropped out, and told they could not answer my call "today". Finally talked to someone who could not speak English. Got some RMA number and return form, however in small print it does not guarntee return will be accepted. This was NOT in the retrun info. when I looked at it before i BOUGHT iit. Will never shop here again.!
The product was not shipped after months of waiting. Some guy that could not speak english named Saveen answered the phone and promised the item would be shipped but lied many times. He promised to waive shipping after a while and did not do so. Now calls go unanswered. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER DEAL WITH THIS WEBSITE.
I ordered a sell phone case for my new phone on thursday july 29th. I got the standard shipping so it was suppose to arrive by wednesday august 4. Well come friday august 6 it still hadn't shown up.
So i call the customer service and with no surprise i got some Indian guy, an out sourced costumer service rep that had little to do with fommy.com.
I asked about where my case was he told me they were gonna ship it that day and that i would get it by next friday august 13. When i ask why on earth did it take so long to send out he paused for a minute and just repeated what he just told. This happened 2 times before i said fine and hung up.
I was out of luck because no where else has case for the phone since its new. Well come friday august 13 i get a call. Its the same guy calling to say my address not accepted by usps. Well that retarded since i get stuff in the mail all the time. Further more how did it take a week to figure it out. I held back from cussing this guy out and gave him a new address. I asked again why it took a week to figure it out and he again just kept repeating that My case should arrive next week on tuesday august 17; 20 days after i ordered it.
My item arrived on time and was as promised. I also received free shipping because of a promotion which made it a great value. Sorry to hear that others have had problems, but my experience was great.
I ordered four different items from this web site. They told me orginally they would ship out right away but then changed their story when one of the items was on back order. I don't understand why they wouldn't ship out the three other items and I didn't feel like waiting another two weeks for my products so I canceled my order.
I was told my account would be credited 3-5 business days. It has now been two weeks and they have still not returned my money. When I called today I was told that they "forgot" process the return. Hmmm...great way of doing business. I wonder how many other people they have done this to. If I do not receive my money back in 3-5 business days I am going to call the BBB on them. They should not be in business.
Their customer service reps are un-caring, insensitve, and rude. They also have a HEAVY accents so I can barely understand what their saying.
On the bright side, they sometimes carry items that are hard to find elsewhere.
However, here's my story:
I traveled to US, and wanted to order something from fommy to be delivered to my company's remote office. I placed an order well in advance (>3 weeks), everything was in stock, prompt delivery was promised etc.
Then I waited for fommy to send me shipping confirmation. Which didn't come. The package was misplaced at my company's reception, and given no tracking number, I assumed that it just wasn't sent yet.
I tried calling them for like 5 times, no success: "Your business is important to us. Sorry, we cannot route your call right now". What a joke!
So I wrote care@fommy.com and requested a refund. Only then (and even that, after 5 days!!!) they replied, writing me that they have shipped the order, and gave me the tracking number.
Now I have to figure out a way to get the items from the remote office, and also can't chargeback since they actually delivered :(
I made an order in January and it is now almost April. I called them 4 times to see where my order is but they "still do not have it!" What kind of business does not even attempt to communicate with its customers, at least to say "hey sorry it will be more time...???" This place is a joke and all I ordered what a measly phone case!
I bought a solar charger that listed my LG phone as one of the phones it was compatible with. It was complete bullshiit. The product did not work with my phone as advertised. Now i am going through their crappy proccess of returning the item. Worst online company I dealt with. Its run by shifty people
I ordered an in car cradle that was advertised as having a charger included and aled display to show blackberry was charging. Received cradle in post but it does not come with charger and no installation insructions just cheap bits of plastic. Cannot make Contact on phone keep getting told to call back later by automated voice. No response to e-mail to customer care dept. wil be contacting trading standards as i feel i have been defrauded.
Ordered - and paid for - two items for Christmas gifts. They never arrived; when I asked (after Christmas) about delivery, customer service was very slow in responding, and after several emails, they finally told me the items had been delivered in December. I never received them. I've finally been told that because I didn't complain within two weeks, I'm out of luck. Since they did not notify me that the items had been shipped, how could I complain within two weeks? Money down the drain.
Shipping was slow but products were great and exactly how they appeared in picture! I'm a happy customer.
Placed an order with Fommy on December 31st -- goods advertised as ready for shipment in early January. Received a prompt invoice but no goods or even an alert about potential delivery delays. Contacted customer service via site's chat application after 15minute and counting wait while trying to reach them by phone. First support rep promised I'd receive my goods via priority delivery on Feb. 8th. Items never arrived and again no courtesy message about any shipment issues. Next support rep merely offered "compensation" by way of suggesting the items might arrive in early March. Very frustrating experience. Finally just requested they cancel my order. Found same items elsewhere online -- not only with faster delivery but cheaper too!
I read bad reviews of fommy.com, so I searched for other sources for accessories for my nexus one, and as I found no bad reviews for amzer.co.uk, or .com, I ordered from there on 15th January. The money was taken from my account straight away - by fommy.com!
I have yet to see a trace of the £45+ order, and customer services have basically admitted that even though the website said both items were in stock, they did not have the items but were expecting them "next week". That was three weeks ago and still no sign.
UPDATE: On the plus side however I must say that when I asked for a refund a week after writing the first draft, this was promptly done, in full, and received within two days :)

I ordered a case and charger for my new phone - the youtube clips on the item page made it appear that these people were hands-on.
The email confirmation of my order stated that I would be receiving an invoice with tracking number shortly...
After 2 weeks and no shipment of my item I called and was told one of them was on back order and it was holding up the shipment, my card was charged, and nothing had shipped. I canceled the order and I'm STILL WAITING for my refund to go through despite being told by the customer service in India that it was refunded DAYS ago.
Remember this: Everything you can find on this site, you can find somewhere else. Start with an operation you can count on, like Amazon or even Ebay.
I ordered a speaker system on Dec. 17 2009. Was promised it would be rec'd by Christmas day. It was not. Called one week later and was told it was on back order. Called today and was told they are not getting any more in and that my credit card would be refunded. This is one of the WORST companies I have ever done business with. My cc was charged and no one was planning on contacting me and telling me anything. I spoke with numerous people and was passed around with the hopes I would just hang up. After being told to basically deal with it.. my credit card is being refunded (so they say, I will check this daily) and I am left without the product I ordered a month ago!!! Rude employees who huffed and puffed and raised their voices at me and just didn't care that they are in the retail business and can't provide products to paying customers. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND I WARN YOU ALL TO NOT!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered 2 cases 2 months ago. Finally received one of them but the case is not the same in the picture (for the droid). The bottom part covers the buttons so it's impossible to push the home button, even though I have little fingers. Customer service was rude, kept making excuses, etc. I also put a review on fommy.com but it hasn't posted yet?!?! so I assume they are not putting up bad reviews.
I ordered a phone case on 12/1/09. After 1 month and a couple of days, I still have not received my item. They kept pushing the shipping date back. I kept talking to them via their online chat system. And they kept saying the same thing, got pushed back, don't have it yet, etc, etc. Very bad service. I finally asked for my money back, and the one employee took forever doing it, and after it was done, 5-10 mins after waiting, he just said bye and hung up. Do not deal with company at all.
I still have not received my product and they charged my card in November! They change the ship date and do not communicate by phone or email in a timely manner. They are the WORST I've encountered on the web. Their sub company is called mycellworld.com - stay away from them!
I ordered at 7th of december at fommy.co.uk. It was a item, which, at the moment of ordering (and paying thru paypal!) was in stock (green), even the day after, it remained "green". I expected to get the item before xmas, it was time enough, even for delivery to germany. The tracking told me, that the item was in "transit" so i hoped the best.
15 days later i asked per eMail about the delivery. No response until now. Same status. I called the customer service and they told me it was temp. out of stock and would be sent at december 28th. If that was right, the online status of today (29th) should tell me something different, but it's still "transit". The online-chat told me, that they expect delivery on January 4th. I have no hope in that anymore.

I would never order from Fommy.com again. Not only did they not ship my item until 4 weeks after I purchased, but when I called about my order, their customer service was rude and unhelpful. If you read more reviews of Fommy, you'll see that they also frequently tend to send buyers the wrong item.
Do not order from this website. They take forever to ship and their customer service is absolutely terrible. Even after 3 weeks of waiting for a product that hasn't been shipped, they won't give me a ETA other than "You should expect to receive the product this week".
What ever happened to trying to take care of your customer?
This company is rediculous and I will NEVER shop there again. I got my new Motorola Droid on 11/6. I checked out their site and ordered a case and a screen protector for it on the same day. It said the screen protector was on hand and would be shipped out immediately but I'd have to wait until 11/16 for the case to ship. No big deal, I'll place the order.
I check the order status on 11/18. The screen protector still hasn't arrived and the case hasn't shipped. What happened? I checked their site and now they say they aren't shipping the cases until 11/30... why would they lie? I'm not waiting an extra 15 days for a case, so I asked for a refund. The cost of the case was 16$+7$ shipping = 23$. Their policy says they refund your purchase minus 5$ or 5%, which ever is greater. They refunded me 11$ even though the shipping cost NEVER OCCURRED since NOTHING was shipped so I should not be charged for it.
Don't shop from this place unless you like slow shipping, being lied to about shipping dates, and ridiculous policies.
Their customer service was awful. Couldn't understand them due to thick accents. Made promises that they could not, and would not keep.
Continued to lie, and make up excuses as to why order had not shipped, and then admitted they never had the item to begin with.
