I purchased the app on renewal terms…
I purchased the app on renewal terms and never used it. Totally forgot about it and it renewed 90 days later. I contacted them informing them that I forgot and didn’t use the app. I was told their policy does not allow for a refund for these circumstances. I responded to the lack of customer care and they agreed to issue the refund.

Supportive Accountability
I love the Formula app. Ive used it almost a year on my wl journey. life gets busy so it helps me keep accurate records of my food intake/weight. If I gain I’m able to go back and see what did I have the day before that might’ve changed? Was it something very salty? Is it just water weight or did I actually have 5 or 600 extra calories when I went out with friends. I like this for accountability And I appreciate all the positive insights & their referrals how to improve my meal intake. I’m glad I found it!

I did not like that I had to search previously scanned to enter again. It seems the system could remember me more? Not sure.

Initial link for the $17.99 special pushed me through to the upgrade that I immediately wanted to reject. I was looking for my specific "Eating Window" as offered for my age, weight and height. I've now opened the Formula.Care App and after putting in today's meal I chose to have at lunchtime, I still can't find where the offered item is located. My initial email was dealt with as personal contact and very pleasing in the way it was responded.

It causes the person to write down what they ate. Then you get to know pretty fast what you did was wrong. It’s really a rude awaking of how much you were doing wrong. I really enjoyed logging in the food. You learn quickly what to avoid.
