Lumories reported the package sent to a delivery point while in reality it was in another one. I had to go there twice and shift to the new point on third attempt. Wasted 90 min... The package reporting tool is to be changed to reflect reality.

The shippment was first announced to be a few days, then it was announced to be delayed of more than five months, finally it was shipped after about two weeks. The product in itself was good, but the shipping experience was unreliable.
