I live in Australia and I have used FragranceNet three times, and I have not had any trouble with my orders. FragranceNet have really good prices, with another 15%-20% off as well using there coupon codes. Like I said, I have ordered 3 times with no problems. I had to wait about 10 working days with each order, and had to pay $35 for delivery but they arrived well packaged and all were 100% authentic. I will use FragranceNet in the future.
Only bought two fragrances. One was New West by Aramis, the other was Pour Homme by Versace.
Both I had purchased previously from Macys, and hence was familiar with. Neither were fake. Both were boxed and packaged (no tampering... completely new). Only slight qualm was a that the Versace boxing was slightly banged up a bit.
Overall, no issues. Basenotes, an independent online forum/site for fragrance connoisseurs, also has a thread on its site in which the consensus is that they are legit retailer and do not sell fakes.
They do take pretty long to ship though.
A little lengthy, but you'll understand why @ end. Hubby LOVES T.Mugler Angel, but hates dept store prices. Found Fragrance net.com and placed order w/o reading any reviews-didnt occur 2 me 2 do so until after order placed & $ spent. Here is my experience : had an ordering glitch b/cof lg order where order would not process using PayPal?? (Said "unconfirmed address"-couldnt resolve), so tried 2 order using credit card-same issue--hub had 2 call Fnet on phone 2 resolve. They said it was fraud protection 4 them (it was large order). Then hub found reviews, I read them, got worried we were scammed, anxiously awaiting pkg....box ararrived intact, timely (5days), no prob tracking, packed well, even unboxed items had "protectors" on caps to prevent inadvertent spray/leakage. All ordered is authentic, original fragrances, packaging, etc. IDK why neg reviews??? Common thread I see is they are mostly out of U.S. Or maybe from their competitors?? I Will use them again and am thrilled w/purchase-4 stars only due 2 ordering glitch, but customer svc resolved quickly/easily

I have read nothing but negative reviews! I have ordered high end parfums 4 or 5 times from them, and the only thing I can say is they do take approx a week or so to arrive! Besides that they have been great! I have compared them to the ones I purchased at Macy's and there is NO difference, besides the price! I will continue to order from them!
I ordered "Maja" soaps and body lotion. In no way, shape, or form were they the same as the Maja soaps that I bought years ago. These soaps do not look or smell anything like the soaps that I still have that were made in Spain. Could it be because these were manufactured in Mexico? What a disappointment! I think the country of origin should be listed with the products.
The description says conditioner, they charge conditioner price, then send shampoo. And because it's a haircare product, I cant even send it back! $70 mistake.
After reading all the negative reviews I was apprehensive ready to open a claim and return the colognes. I really don't know why so many negative reviews or maybe I'm Just the lucky one. I purchased 2 hi-end man colognes, I gotta tell you they are legit and I love them. I have to agree delivery is a little slow (it took one week for delivery)but if you pay 10$ is faster than the free delivery offer. I really don't have any compains others than delivery but I didn't care waiting for a whole week. Other than that i'm happy with my colognes and will purchase here again. Hope everyone have the same luck as I did. :)
I've ordered from FragranceNet 3 times over the last year. I mostly order small colognes or samples/minis. Shipping times have been good. In my 2nd order, one mini (carded) vial was missing. I emailed them; they responded quickly, and mailed me out the missing vial (plus one extra free mini) at no charge. On another order, items were loose in a larger box with no padding at all, but arrived intact. Products have all been genuine and in original packaging.
Perhaps this company needs to train the folks who pack the orders a bit better, but otherwise I like shopping with them. They also stock hard-to-find fragrances and gift sets, and often have coupon sales that can save you a few bucks. Their regular prices are not bad, either. I also like that they have detailed info on most fragrances (types of notes, history, recommended use), as well as LOTS of user reviews of the scents. I've had no problems navigating their web site.
I ordered 2 perfumes, of which I have original but I was close to running out...the perfumes I received were fake! Diluted! Or really really expired, which in perfume world is impossible. Do not buy from them!!!Save a bit more and purchase good quality product!!!
This company is a Scam!
All fragrances they sell are FAKE.
I ordered four different fragrances to test and all of them were FAKE!
Smell like only alcohol, terrible.
And also, they do not give your money back, no answers, no solution, no original products, no money back!
GET OUT from fragrancenet!
I will never use this company again! I ordered 2 identical colognes and they sent one correct and then substituted a shower gel for the other. The packing slip even stated i was to recieve two of the same! I sent THREE emails to customer service and not one response!
I purchased a voucher ($20 for $40) through Google Offers and used it to buy a perfume. When I received it, it was the wrong size so I contacted them via their webpage and they sent me a return label and refunded my purchase. They also mark the voucher as "unused" so I could use it again. I re-ordered the product and got the correct one within a week of ordering. So while I did receive the wrong item at first, I had NO trouble returning it and getting the right product.
"I will never use this company again. On April 19th I ordered three Kings & Queens sugar body milks for my friends. The total shipping charge was $25.95 USD to be sent from Belgium to Greece which is expensive but still within reason.
After having sent several emails over the following 12 days asking when my order would be shipped and opening a case for non-receipt in Paypal, I finally got a reply with a tracking number. When I entered the tracking number on the site I was directed to, it turned out that the package has not actual been shipped yet (as of May 2nd).
I then had a look at my Paypal case and discovered that it said I only ordered 1 item. $25.95 USD for one 200ml body milk to be sent from Belgium to Greece is ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS, the most it should cost is about $8.00 USD and that's stretching it. The body milk was only $6.80 USD.
I have been ordering beauty products from all over the world for years and I have never encountered such bad service and practices from any company that I have dealt with. If FragranceNet.com doesn't have something in stock, they should give the customer the choice of wether or not they want to back order something and wait.
Also, they should not be overcharging customers for shipping to line their pockets. And changing someones order without informing them and then not adjusting the shipping, that is downright swindling."
try buying from fragracenet thy are great
I purchased a couple of Hugo Boss products (In Motion), I use the deodorant stick and have been for some time prior to purchasing from Fragrance Net. While I could handle the lengthy delay in delivery I could not handle the rash the deodorant stick gave me or the lack of communication from Fragrance Net. The fragrance of both items does not last very long!
Unsure what everybody else is talking about, I've had nothing but positive correspondance with this company. In Australia but have had no problems with them other than shipping time. Easy to use website, great coupon codes that work!
Onto my 4th order with them, is definitely cheapest around even with $40 shipping once I got 5 perfumes the price is significantly divided and even boxing day retail prices aren't as low as whats on FN! 5 perfumes would cost me $320 retail here in store/Australian stores but cost me $210 incl shipping on FN!
Shipping did take about 4 weeks not 2 like specified but all my products i've bought are genuine, last as long as what in-store perfumes here do and smell so good. I've got mostly unboxed but my perfumes are still awesome, I am going to keep buying from them over and over and over!
I got tired of waiting for you to respond to my emails so I called your shop. I waited 20 minutes for a very rude little girl who knew nothing about the product. So what I gather from this is that 1. you are selling a lessor grade of the product supplied to you by the manufacturer. 2. you have no real concern for your customer's questions because you refer me on to other people who are not selling the product to me so have no direct concern about my satisfaction.
As a result you have received my last order. I can get better customer service and better pricing and free shipping from Scentiments.com. ... and it only took you 20 minutes to lose a customer that you have had for over 5 years. WOW!
I ordered a LACOSTE RED STYLE IN PLAY EDT SPRAY 4.2 OZ.
for MenItem #FR136003 , this bottle was so ingenuine and was really dissapointed. Called up the customer care the very next day to ask them for return procedure and all that I get to hear is you are at fault as you didn't like it. It was ridiculous that we could smell the bottle even before it got shipped, and genuinely wanted to send it back, they would charge me for that as well, according to me they need to get their business straight and get the products right first, fragrance net has a good name but for me I would never order anything again from here.
I bought 5 perfumes from them worth $400 on January 20th. Today is March 6, and I still haven't received them yet. Not only that their poor customer service assured me they will investigate this matter and send me an email. NO one called me or sent an email for more than one month now also, they don't respond to my emails. I advice everyone to buy from another company even if their prices are more than them.
I will never purchase anything from this company again and do my best to enlighten others as to the subterranean level of customer service practiced by Fragrancenet. I had placed an order for two items which I received in a reasonable amount of time and had an issue with one of those items. The bottle leaked, fragrance seeped out of the bottle on my counter, as if the bottle had been pressurized too much and the liquid simply “wicked” out. I went to the company web site and found their policy for returning items prior to contacting the customer service department requesting credit to be applied toward the purchase of a larger replacement bottle.
The response by Fragrancenet was short, curt, and reflected no interest in providing service to a customer who by process provides theses people with employment. I was directed to the site via a posted link to review the return policy as I had already done. My specific question was to not be charged a 10% “restocking” fee since this item obviously would be trashed in the non-useable/resalable condition which was ignored and not allowed. The significance of the variation in price between what I paid and received as credit is small but that never was the issue. It is providing good service fostering return business.
Keep your money and go elsewhere for fragrances since one can’t possible get worse service than one receives from Fragrancenet as you will discover by reading the reviews posted by others.

This company took the money from my account really quickly - which is against the Distance Selling Regulations in the UK. They may not take the money until they have shipped the product.
They claimed to have shipped, and gave me a Tracking Number. Royal Mail didn't have any information, so they then said they were sorry to have given me an incorrect Tracking Number. However, they didn't provide me with a new number.
I eventually told them to cancel the order - which at least got them to respond very quickly to my emails. They again claimed the product had shipped, so couldn't be cancelled, and again gave me the original tracking Number (which is still invalid).
The Distance Selling regulations actually allow me to cancel an internet order at any time up to 7 days after taking delivery.
If something looks too good to be true that's usually because it is! Their extremely low prices, coupled with the "Today Only! 15% Discount" should have rung alarm bells. I am as annoyed with myself as with Fragrancenet for falling for this scam.
Needless to mention I have yet to recive my goods.
I purchased a fragrance early enough to be delivered on time as a Chirstmas gift. Things were looking promising as I received a message saying that my order was being shipped however that changed when I discovered that my order was being shipped to someone other than the intended recipiant. I called Fragrancenet.com to tell them of the mistake and the representative told me I could get it shipped again at no cost (how nice). I agreed and they reshipped my order. Once again things looked great until I just now discovered that my order has been shipped to a wrong address hundreds of miles away. Do yourself a favor and use another online company.
I bought an F by Ferragamo and the scent is gone in like 4 hours and I spray it like 6 times in my body. With the Ferragamo I also bought my favorite cologne "Guerlain" pour Homme and it was so inauthentic I got angry. Since I had both colognes I was able to test them and see which one lasted longer and if it was the same, the Ferragamo smelled the same, the Guerlain did not. Both fragrancenet colognes also lasted way less time than the ones I had bought from Nordstrom and Sephora. Also when I tried to return it they responded like a week after my 3 emails :/
I ordered products supposed on stock. After sending reminder after reminder with no response I cancelled the order. After a refund, my card was charged again. I have now send more then 10 mails, and called 3 times (but had to hang up after 20 minutes waiting). After more then a month and many reminders I am still waiting for the refund. Commitments made are not kept: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY
