Fantastic service
We ordered the activity centre for our 10 month old son on the Tuesday and it arrived on the Thursday. On other websites the product is over £100.00 more than what we spent. We are extremely impressed and will be ordering other products from this website.

Beautiful item dispatched so very quickly, and free postage such a bonus!
The item we ordered looked as though it was excellent quality (a child's trike made of metal, not plastic, with proper rubber wheels), and when it turned up it proved to be just as good as it looked. It was not the cheapest available, but so very worth the price paid as it is extremely robust and looks beautiful, a classic design.
I thought free postage was an excellent deal, almost as thought the supplier was saying: 'we know this item is expensive, so how about we deliver it free?'.
It arrived in the specified time, two days, and we were kept updated on the shipping process via email.
In all honesty, one of the best online shopping experiences I've had a in a long time (and as a busy parent I do a lot of online shopping!).

Very pleased with the item and the service
We ordered the bouncy castle and had it delivered to Ireland within the week which was great. It is ideal for smaller children and the fact that it is enclosed makes it very safe. It is medium sized, about 4 small children at any one time. Plenty of fun to be had with it!

excellent service, excellent product
Purchased "pirate boat" climbing frame with swing for 3yr old grandson. Was a bit tricky putting it together but got there in the end. It is a very sturdy huge frame and grandson loves it. The slide is very solid and he loves going down backwards.
My only negative comment would be about delivery. Only one person delivered it so my daughter had to help carry this very heavy item.

good comms and fast delivery
Seamless transaction on the web site and fast response on my question about delivery. The delivery itself was also very quick, so quick I missed the first one but they retried the next day. Only dissapointment was the size of the item as it was smaller than I hoped, as it was a replacement for larger one I bought 5 years ago for £100 less.

I ordered a swing set , the order came within 2 days of ordering but package was poor, parts were damaged. I called Fun4kids and they rectified my problem straightaway and received my next swing set 2 days later. They have great communication. Swing set was great, instructions were very simple.

Spoilt Birthday Surprise
Great company with super fast delivery.
I was hoping that the delivery would come after 9am when the birthday boy was at school but no it came at 8.15 in the morning in a box with pictures of scooters all over the box....He answered the door and his birthday Surprise was ruined.
Fun4kids is a great website and you cannot fault the fast delivery. I am only giving the 3 star purely because of spoilt surprise will def be using this company again though.

Wonderful product but dissatisfied with delivery.
I requested delivery of the product for a Friday as I wanted it for a child's party over the weekend, but it did not turn up until the following Monday.
However, I am really pleased with the product (a climbing pyramid with slide). The assembly instructions were easy to follow and the children love it.

I had order two electrical scooters, one of the scooter had a defect on the screw part that hold the front wheel to the scooter frame. I wrote email about this defect to the customer service, Surprise!! surprise they sent me the item the same day as they receive my mail.
Both my boy and girl were very happy once I fixed the scooter. I am one very happy customer indeed. Excellent Job Guy!!! Keep it up.

Bought this for my daughter and she is made up with it.
Husband was made up putting it together which wasn't bad, as usually he pulls his hair out with instructions. Thought it was too good to be true......, a lot of muttering followed by a few choice words, it turns out that the instructions missed a step that should have been put in prior to tightening up all the screws and bolts, so they all had to be undone again. Once, this little hiccup had been rectified, he was pretty chuft with himself!
Excellent and Quick Service and delivery. Will deffo order from this website again without hesitation. Thank you.

Disappointed but satisfied with response
Product arrived later than expected in poor condition , slide faded and marked , not wrapped in any protective packaging, boxes split with contents spilling out. Replacement parts offered immediately , refund requested and processed within two days, Staff helpful and apologetic, shame about condition of the item not necessarily the couriers fault though.

We were delighted to have found the Steenbuck Wooden Climbing Frame for such a reasonable price (£50 less than Argos!) and were thrilled to have free delivery. The delivery was well timed and all importantly - they were happy to leave the good at our back door - so not hassle redelivering or staying in.
We have now started to assemble it. All the instructions and things are clear enough... and if i were to find fault, it would only be that the timber parts were damp and mouldy inside the bundle (probably from storage conditions). Most should dry out/rub off.

Needs better manual
Received the bike very quickly. Delivery service good. That night my husband and myself started to put together the bike. We found that the instruction book was very poor in describing what had to be done. The pictures only show part of what has to be done so the rest is totally guesswork. There are no clear instructions as to how the speed can be changed (quoted in advert as 2 speed), this was found out to be by twisting the handle gradually that the bike speeds up more whilst pressing down on the foot pedal. Whilst putting the bike together we found a axle cover disc was broken and although I emailed Fun4Kids straight away 5 days later I have still not received an email back from them or the replacement parts - looks like direct contact will be needed.

the product is good quality and a reasonable price but needs to be packaged better for postage as the box was completely damaged and the courier was concerned that parts were missing (which i don't think they were). Would buy from company again.

phoned up tuesday to to inquire about a refurbished electric scooter with seat as they could not guarantee if ordered on line if you would get 1. the man had my colour with seat in stock i ordered & believe it or not the scooter arrived wednesday now the ify bit had i been a cheapskate by not buying new it was half price! the box looked a bit worse for wear and i opened the box to inspect the goods & lo and behold it was perfect even a toolkit and manual my granddaughter says it drives like a dream. i will be using fun4kids in the future for all my grandchildrens toys
