Effective customer service
I got the app with good intentions, but ended up not using it at all; after a while, I was charged for renewing the subscription (a passive process; I failed to cancel it). I emailed a protest, was offered a 30% refund, I protested again, was offered a 70% refund, begged their indulgence, and ended up with a 100% refund of the last charge. While I can offer no opinion on their product, I can say if one is persistent, they will accomodate outside of their contractual obligation, which makes it a safe company to try their product
