Failed to supply
Items ordered were flagged as in stock, almost 2 months later and nothing has arrived. I finally cancelled the order and sourced the items elsewhere

Efficient delivery, goods as described, marvellous price!
Very easy to order online and post order information via email was clear and efficient. Delivery made at 6.45am, following a call from Courier the day before - excellent service!
Goods were as described and I am very happy with the quality for the price....you would definitely pay double for similar quality from M&S, BHS, NExt etc.
Would definitely order again.

painfully slow !!
I can't understand why it should take 16 days to recieve an item that I was told was in stock!! I would have had to question that sort of time frame for a special order item, not a stock item. The couriers were not particularly helpful on both occasions I contacted them for a delivery date/time. When it did finally arrive it was nearly an hour outside my "guaranteed 3 hour time slot"!
Overall not a particularly pleasant experience and I would definitely NOT purchase anything from this company again.

Absolutely useless
Furniture was ordered and processed--but the cowboy firm of Highgrove furniture should be dumped by you. This is the second day I have wasted waiting for the delivery--they say they offer a 3 hour timeslot--well I have waited for 9 hours and it still hasn't arrived yet. The delivery driver was barely coherent and lied about his whereabouts--I am a very dissatisfied customer and would never recommend either you or Highgrove furnishings.

Reasonable value, but lacking some quality.
Ordering process was very straightforward, with excellent follow-up by email with regard to despatch and expected delivery. The product was delivered within the stated timescale following telephoned notification from the carrier regarding delivery date and time.
Whilst the table represented reasonable value, there was a quality issue regarding the lower shelf which appeared not to have been finished to the same standard as the rest of the table in that it lacked the sheen present on the table top and legs. As I had disposed of the packing I decided to carry out post-delivery remedial work and am now happy with the result.

They couldn`t have been more helpful.
The aftersales service was perfect when I had a problem after my daughter spilt nail varnish remover on the new dressing table, and they have ordered some paint for me through the suppliers (At a charge of course.).

NO FURNITURE!
I ordered 2 bedside cabinets, email said they were in stock, payment taken from my account same day as order placed, next day email to say items were not in stock and wouldn't be in again until May, I asked for a refund....which took a WEEK to reach my account...if they can take payment the same day why can't they refund the same day?
Would not use again.

If the item is not available it shouldn't show it is on the web.
What a waste of my time! After searching and choosing, ordering, filling in all the details, etc., just to be told it's not available. It should not be listed if it is not available.

Payment isssues
After going through all the steps of payment ,clearance and even after giving an Order NO.and delivery details I was told the Payment didn't go through,which was a pain I had to do everything all over again.

Incredible range of furniture available from cheap and cheerful starter furniture to really high quality pieces. Delivery 1 day earlier than originally agreed ; 4 months to wait for the item.

I placed an order for 2 Rustic Oak items. Website easy to use and automated response to the order confirming purchase details very quick & precise.
Got a good discounted price / cash back deal. Goods arrived yesterday. I wouldn't describe the workmanship as top quality, although very good. Therefore, no problems and bearing in mind the purchase price, the furniture does represent excellent value for money. Overall, pleased with the furniture and would use this company again.

Some issues but resolved to our satisfaction.
Over 50 % of the order needed to be returned as it was unsatisfactory quality.
Initial 2 staff dealt with had not actioned the matter. The 3rd member of staff in customer services was excellent and resolved the situation. Without this member of staff you would have lost the entire sale.

Pleased with the service received.
Very easy to order. Bed perfect size. Very helpful on phone and via email. Bed delivery good, phoned 20mins before arriving. Delivery time a little longer than 1 wk as stated on website, but they kept me informed. A good all round, friendly, helpful service as well as a good product. I'd recommend them.
