A shop asking for your ID?

An online shop asking for a scan of your identification card is just unacceptable.

Jeg har købt 5 spil igennem der, og det fungere bare rigtig fint. Man modtager typisk koden 2-3 minutter efter har accepteret ordren. Fungere upåklageligt! Desuden er der super fin support (også i weekenden) hvis man har nogle spørgsmål.

I've bought numerous games from G2play and was a bit cautious at first, hey, they sell games for RIDICULOUSLY low prices! After doing business with them ( lots of €€€ spent for a good cause ) I can only say, I vouch for them with my whole heart!

Easy, fast and cheap!

Bought Borderlands 2 60% off, made a user account, paid, and within seconds I had the email with the key, and started downloading on steam :)
Worked great! Will recommend to others, and use again another time :)

After placing the order, i was sent a picture of the cd-key within 2 hours.

Have not had a problem with G2play.net, their prices are good, delivery is fast and I've had no problems so i don't know about their support.

They are scammers

Natural Selection 2 developers have just deactivated all keys from this website as they have used stolen credit cards to buy Steam keys from the official suppliers. When the original credit card owners performed a chargeback, Natural Selection 2's developers were screwed over, as well as customers who bought keys from G2Play. Meanwhile, G2Play was able to walk away with money in their pocket unaffected by all of this.

Unhelpful and dodgy. Just stay away!

I bought a chivalry key from this site last November and have been playing it ever since until yesterday when it was removed by steam by word from the publisher as the key is fraudulent! When I told G2Play about this they asked me for a boat load of screen shots including shots of my steam library (all of it) and receipts and stuff so that they could rectify this problem. Fair enough I suppose as I could be anyone, once I had sent them all to G2Play and confirmed all they wanted, they then told me they would have to get in touch with their supplier! Just think twice, is all I`m saying!

Update: They are refusing to give me a refund after providing all the evidence they asked for so dropping them a star!

Update: They refunded me by way of points on their website, and upgraded my account to premium user access so I've added them a couple stars.

Update: Had to downgrade this review to 1 star as my Natural Selection 2 key was just revoked by Steam as G2Play have been using stolen credit card information to sell this game, There is an article up on PCGamer stating how it is! Twice in a month I have been sold a dodgy key by G2play.net. Just stay away from em!

Incredible prices and service.

I just bought a game from g2play Again.
This time my EA origin told me the cdkey had already been used. I thought oh no i just wasted the Money?
I contacted G2play, after only 10 minutes they answered my mail. After 30 minutes we had several mail corrospondings finding out that the key wasnt used i just hadnt bought the basegame so couldnt use the key without the base.
Bought the game and once Again it was a perfect deal, and saved around 20$ instead of buying it right of origin.

These guys are great. Bought a couple of games from them a while ago, had one that the key took about 15 mins (Was looking forward to the game and was a tad impatient), used their live chat and they were very nice and my key was sent in the next 5 mins.

Today I again used the live chat to check on my Far Cry pre-order, hadn't even finished typing my question to ask how long until the keys will be sent when the customer service agent responded to my unsent question (could probably see that I had a pre-order). They must have had quite a few questions like I was going to ask and the agent was still very understanding.

One of the best places out there.

Not only they have games to very low prices and very fast delivery, g2play also has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They really care about their customers will help no matter what problems you are experiencing.

I bought CoD Black Ops 2 and contacted the support to get a few Information about the product. She was friendly and instantly sent my key via Mail!

Søgte på nettet efter en billig kode til BF3 og fandt dette sted. Jeg fik utallige mails, hvor jeg skulle svare på alt muligt. Om jeg bruger en proxy-server? Så skulle jeg sende et billede af mit sygesikringsbevis sammen med ordrenummeret. Efter lidt mere korrespondance fik jeg omsider min kode. Men den var allerede i brug! Så skulle jeg sende skærmbilleder fra origin flere gange. Så skulle jeg sende dem min kode og brugernavn til origin, så de ved selvsyn kunne konstatere, at koden ikke virkede. Virkelig betryggende at skulle sende sin kode til nogle i Hong Kong. Til sidst skulle jeg så kontakte EA med problemet. Alt dette tidspilde i stedet for at sende mig en ny kode! Jeg købte koden 5/11 - og nu venter jeg så på svar fra EA. HANDLER HER ALDRIG MERE! Efterfølgende har jeg prøvet playgames.dk, det virkede sgu, som det skulle. Bestilte en kode og fik den med det samme uden at skulle svare på alt mulig nonsens.

hey i bought a few games from G2P..
usually they have a good price and service but this one time i bought a game.. i didnt recive the code.. they didnt belive me when i said i had paid for it. i complained and said that this couldnt be right.. the guy reffered me to paypal to make them confirm this order
i contact them and they confirm the order

now i try to contact G2P again at their live chat... thing is.. that advisor had blocked me from their chat???

i wrote a complaint on their facebook page and sent a mail to their support..
a few hours later their customer relation manager writes to me and says he saw my complaint on their fb page (wich they didnt remove) the day after the writes to me and says that the guy have been fired and wont work for them from the 1 next month and aplogied for the inconveience

since then i had 0 problems with g2p :)

Fantastic prices!

I've bought here a couple of times, and I must say: I am positively surprised. The prices are incredible, even on totally new games! It has a point-system, though the points are worth very little, it's still better than not at all!

Great, but shady.

I love this site and have bought a lot of keys from them, but sometimes i have to remind them to send me my keys after i have not received them after a while. This is frustrating but no big deal.
The only thing i that rubs me the wrong way is that i would like to know where they get the keys from, and how they manage to keep the prices so low.
And why have so few people heard about this site? Is it considered bad for the industry to buy from them?
Why does not any review site talk about it, and why are we almost getting banned from gaming forum if we even talk about this site?
I have also heard about people getting the Origin account banned after buying games from here. is this true?

I use the site a lot, with little negative experiences but i would rather buy games from steam if the price is low to support the developers more.

So.. im following those Key-Shops a long time ago, and i found G2Play on the Web. First i tought, okay... pretty site.. everything is very cheap and discounted. This must be strange. So i started to buy some Keys, they where delivered pretty fast and without any problems. After some time and already over 100$ spent, all i can say is that this is the best Key-shop at the moment. You got Live-Chat support, they are answering to you emails pretty fast (aprox. 15-30min) and got every week some specials and discounts on their site or on facebook/twitter.

Cheap games with great service

Since a few months I've been using G2play and I am most pleased with the service. Always within 30 minutes I have my key and never I had problems with them.

They have great sales and have a fun Facebook page.

Great service, low prices - I love it!

G2Play is a online game store and sells Steam-, Origin- and retail-keys. I bought lots of games there already and I never had any problems. Their site is neatly arranged, easy to use and tracking your orders and managing your account is pretty much self-explanatory.

Their prices are really low and they often have awesome deals where you can save even more compared to retail prices.
In fact almost every single game they sell is cheaper at G2Play than in most other shops.

They keys of the games I bought mostly arrived within 10 minutes and when I contacted the support I got an answer in around 30 minutes which is really good of you ask me!

Excellent! Fast, Reliable and Good Customer Service

I've been using g2play almost 2 years now and i really enjoy this website.
They have a point system, the more u buy the more points u have and if u buy enough games. you can buy a game for free or either have up to 50% discount.
