I recently ordered from Generic4All as a 1st time costomer, so here are some of my thoughts.

Prices: Great value for money. What's also good is that the more you order from one single brand, the cheaper the price per pill. Good for people who need regular medication and want to buy in bulk.
Shipping: Pretty quick (bit less than 2 weeks). Considering it says on there website that they are in England and in the Seychels, I was happy it didn't take longer than that.
Site itself: Easy to browse, looks like they have a good selection of meds.
Service: Had a nice chat with someone from costomer support on the chat box on the website. They answered all my questions and helped me with the order process. Also I'm very happy with the service overal, it proves to me they are reliable.

So all in all a good review, I'm sure gonna use them again.
