Excellent product, does what we want
Having installed a new electric radiator, I wanted the ability to have it coming on and going off just to dry our towels in the summer, and for longer in the winter. This item does just what I wanted it to do and easy to install/operate.

Very good service
Towel rail received two days after placing the order. My only niggle is with the ends of the side rails which have clear circular grooves where they were sawn. Otherwise, very pleased with the quality.

Happy with the products and with the service we received
We purchased two radiators from Geyser (the "Circolo Blanco" model) and we can genuinely say that Geyser offered top quality service and that the products are worth the investment. We initially ordered a different model but after delivery we decided that its was not something that would fit well with our interior décor so we phoned up Geyser to return the products after we placed a new order with them for the Blanco ones we decided to get. Everyone we've spoken on the phone was polite and happy to assist and we got the refund promptly for our original order.

A statement of intent!
A few weeks ago we installed our electric radiator in our new conservatory, you could tell as soon as it was taken from the box that this was a quality bit of kit, installation and commisioning was dead simple and we were not dissapointed when it was switched on, we have it mounted on the wall of our conservatory and the heat the twin elements gave out was impressive to say the least, we purchased the "Circolo blanco " with 1.2 kilowatt output and a timer so I can time it to come on with the rest of the central heating in the house and suffice to say it does a superb job, no hesitations in recommending this product.

Brilliant designer radiators, excellent service, amazing price
As with most other reviewers, geyser radiators were brilliant. Superb radiator, very very stylish unlike anything in major retailers, incredible price (and equivalent I saw was treble the price at geyser)
Spoke to one of their customer service reps before hand, very helpful. Packaging was excellent, radiator top quality, very easy to fit.
The only tiny niggle is no online tracking of package

No heat in this transaction - a cool customer

Problem with parts missing
Product arrived battered with parts missing and no instructions. Requested missing parts, received wrong ones, requested again, received whole new set of fixings for a different radiator....I'm hoping my plumber can sort through all the parts when he has a go at fixing...I'll update when installed...

I looked into your order. I can see you ordered an electric radiator from us. These are always sent with instrucitons as it is imperative they are followed for installation. These are always included in with the element (which can come in a tube or a bag - in your case a bag). It si very unusual these would ever be missing, so I apologise if these were.
If the radiator has arrived slightly damage this wil be doen to the courier which I can only pologise on their behalf. Any business is always at the mercy of the couriers in use and damage in transit can happen.

Not as the one star description, delete unreasonable and rude conduct; who put these descriptions together?
Delivered wrong products and I had to pay for return and so it cost me more time and effort than I would wish. They did refund me but not fully and so would never use again.

I am dissapointed to read your review.
I have checked your order for:
- 2x 300watt elements
- 1x digital timer.
I am sorry to learn that in actual fact you were sent 2x 150watt elements by mistake. This was an error in our warehouse and I apoligise on their behalf.
You should have received a full refund for any costs you incurred as a result of this error. Please advise if this is not the case and I shall fix this.

quick delivery, looks good, but seems thin
Delivery was excellent to Ireland
All items arrived and it was simple to install.
the towel rad did however seem to be very light and thin. We bumped it on an edge during installation and it got a small dent easily, so be careful.

A proper towel rail Radiator
My Towel rail radiator arrived promptly and in good condition. It keeps the room nice and warm .There is a slight problem with the design. The main tubes and towel rail shortcicuits the heat flow so the radiator part takes some time to get hot.

Great product, admired by my plumber.
we are extremely pleased with the two electric radiators that we purchased. We also purchased timers and found these easy to programme. The plumber who was working on the fitting of our room even admired them and said how much easier they were to install than having to put pipework in. Also they were delivered the day after they came in stock as promised

The towel radiator was the best value for money on the Internet. The customer service was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
I'd looked through many sites that sell electric towel radiators and narrowed it down to 3.
The reason I went with geyser was due to the value, colour, a good guarantee and free delivery.
The good friendly customer service was an added bonus.

Afraid only ordered towel ring to fit to our bathroom in our holiday home. Arrived very quickly and when we were happy that it fitted onto our radiator we then ordered a second towel ring. Again very quick delivery. All in all a very easy purchase. Thanks .....

Well worth thre trip to ther showroom - great advice
I bought a small heated towel rail to provide additional heating for my bathroom. As I'm local to the Bury showroom I called in. The staff were very helpful; the gentleman there gave good advice - and pointed out some things that I'd not have thought of myself. He also showed me a lot of information on the website that helped me make the right choice.
I ordered over the phone and collected myself, so I can't comment on the delivery service, but I was very happy with the sales service I received.
Woukld buy from you Geyser again.

Wouldn't recommend. Poor service.
It starts with the telephone. You cannot actually contact the company (highly irregular). Instead, you have to call them then they remember your number and call you back, or so it goes in theory. I called several times and never received calls back and it was only through persistence and emails I received contact. When I received my goods, I had terrible problems communicating some minor damage and the important fact that they had forgotten installation instructions. I never received them nor a replacement for the damaged brackets. I haven't had the radiator installed yet but fear the day it is in case there's a problem. In today's consumer savvy world, people should not be fooled by slick websites such as those of Geyser. They may be all singing and all dancing but when it really counts, when the consumer relies on great post sales service and, importantly, the simple act of straightforward telephone communication, I personally found Geyser woefully lacking. If it was a school report, I would be marking them: "must try much harder!" Will not use again.

I have read your review of our business and take what you have said very seriously.
Please let me start my response by saying we do answer ALL of our phone calls. The only time the phone calls are not answered is when all staff are otherwise engaged (due to being such a popular, busy company).
Due to this I have personally put a procedure in place whereby we advise customers on our answer machine that we shall ring them back to save them keep having to re-dialling us and getting no response if staff are still busy on other calls.
I am personally sat just across from the main sales office and all staff do regularly call back all persons calls we have missed. We return missed calls nearly every 10-15 minutes and generally all customers are very pleased we offer this service to save them keep re-dialling.
However based on your review I am now going to begin spot checking the call log so I can personally verify this is happening for EVERY customer who didn't get through.
I take your comment: "People should not be fooled by slick websites such as those of Geyser" very seriously and contest this 100%. I personally ensure this business is as professional as it can be. Our 9.1 score out of 10 across 786 Trustpilot reviews is a good indicator of this. We offer the highest levels of customer communication through emails, courier tracking details etc which I know other companies in our industry simply do not.
I have looked at your order and I can see your ordered a central heating radiator from us. We do not supply installation instructions for central heating radiators (only electric radiators) as plumbers do not require instructions for these. I shall now add a new order to our system to have some new brackets dispatched to you today, if you still have damaged brackets.
I wholly defend our business, hence I have taken this time to personally respond to this.

Lovely curvacious lines in stainless steel pleasing to the eye and perfect for a large sized bathroom. I had seen this item originally for 3x the price that Geyser had it on offer. So on top of everything else this was a good bargain
