Brilliant service & quality product

I had been let down by another company and needed the radiator delivered urgently to prevent delays on my kitchen re-fit.
The website said order before 2.00pm for next day delivery. I was amazed when it arrived at 8.05am the next morning!
The wooden box it came in was truly a work of art, almost too good to throw away! my radiator is now installed and looks absolutely fantastic.
I would certainly recommend Geyser to my family and friends.

Superb product

The towel rail arrived when they said it would. In the flesh it is even more impressive than in the pictures. The build quality and finish are excellent. Relatively simple to install (apart from it being heavy!!). I also got the controller unit, which is very good, allowing a choice of 5 power settings.
Very pleased with the product, absolutely nothing to complain about.

Great Bargain Offer and Fast Delivery

Can't fault Geyser always keep you informed and as for delivery Fed Ex are good but they could do with either emailing or texting you to give you a time approx they will be there as DPD do with their 1 hour Predict delivery window

Good point about Fedex. At Geyser we provide all customers with their consignment number by email on the day the product is dispatched...so they are able to track their own delivery. We recommend calling on the morning your delivery is due and asking Fedex for the drop number.. Ie Drop 70 of 80 will denote your parcel will be arriving at the end of the day.

CAN'T FAULT THIS COMPNAY. SUPERB. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

We have bought the Empoli mirror radiatorfor our hallway and the Livorno chrome radiator for our kitchen. With both we purchased the square valves and chrome accessories. The products look stunning in situ and we are delighted. Very stylish and contemporary. We had a small leak on the hall radiator after fitting. A quick email to Alex the general manager and a very quick response from him with advice and the problem was solved. Excellent products, excellent delivery and excellent after sales service.

Quality checks

Received the first radiator but the wall fixings were not welded correctlly.
Received the replacement with square wall fixings however, the radiator was twisted. Had to pay the differents as the offer had finished..
It's a shame as these are a great looking radiator but somebody should check them.
...
Received a telephone call explaining their checking process which was my concern, this is continually being monitored. Therefore, as I said ‘great looking radiators’.

I’ve no problem ordering again when I decorate the next room.
....

Hi,

I have since spoke to this customer about the above order. Unfortunately his first radiator had a mis thread on the wall brackets. We replaced this for him and his second radiator was slightly twisted.

Some of the more expensive radiators are hand made and therefore on very rare occasions there are minor flaws. All of which we will happily replace or refund for products in perfect condition from our stock. This rarely happens and this customer was simply misfortunate in this case.

There should have been no increased payment made, so I have welcomed the customer to send me his invoice and I will check he hasn't been overcharged.

Great Products and Service


My first review of this company was Satisfactory, titled "Service variable depending who you speak to - could be improved".
The background for this was that I originally contacted the company by phone to make inquiries about a heated towel rail, but in order to receive email confirmation of my order, I returned to the web site and ordered it on-line.
I think, due to my lack of knowledge regarding heated towel rails, and lack of information on the website, I did not order the valves at this time as I did not know they were not included (I thought they were included as they are featured in the picture of the towel rail).
Once it was delivered, my fitter informed me that I needed to order the valves as they were not included, so I called the company and spoke to a woman who was very unhelpful, but who eventually confirmed that the valves were not included with the product I had ordered. She offered no further assistance to order the valves and I therefore returned to the website to order them. I then discovered that since the order was small, I was charged £6.50 for delivery, which could have been avoided if I had known I had to order them when I ordered the towel rail.
The both products arrived in good time and in good condition, but the experience with the lack of information on the website leading me to have to place 2 orders, being charged delivery with my second order, and the unhelpful person I spoke with results in me only providing a satisfactory rating.

After my initial review, Geyser has responded (see below) and we have had a telephone discussion regarding my experience. They kindly offered to refund the extra delivery charge, with a goodwill amount as well, which I think is more than fair, if a bit generous. During our discussion, I clarified my comment regarding the information available on the website, pointing out that no where does it state that the valves in the pictures are only the recommended valves for the product, that they are not included, and that they have to be ordered separately. Alex agreed with this conclusion and is considering an update to the website to clarify this information. Regarding my experience with the unhelpful staff person, it turns out that the person I spoke with was most likely a temporary assistant who may not have been aware of the details of the products and services provided by the company. As such she was not able to provide the level of information or service that other fully trained staff members would normally provide.
In summary, the company has been more than fair in dealing with my issues and I am confident that my upgraded rating from Satisfactory to Excellent is not misplaced.
I would use this company again and would also recommend them to others.

Hi,

I am very sorry that you feel you have been let down by our service. Please could you contact me directly on 01942 677 792 and I shall arrange to have the £6.50 postage charge and a futher £10 good will, refunded to you. So £16.50 in total.

To explain: In total we sell 16 different types of valves which come in both Straight and Angled orientations. We have no way of knowing which type of valves a customer requires (as your pipes may come through the wall or through the floor and you may want themostatic valves), so therefore we cannot include the price of the valves in with the heated towel rail. If you read our tech specs on the product page it actually says "Pipes Through Floor: Angled Valves", "Pipes Through Wall: Straight Valves" which is there to help people ensure the pick the right valves first time.

Additionally, if you look at the bottom right hand side of any product page all the valves on offer are listed with prices next to them all.

When you purchase a radiator from us the delivery charge is included in the price, so if purchased with valves, the valves are simply sent in the same packet as the product. However when valves are purchased on their own we need to charge extra to cover the postage costs, so this is why we charge £6.50 extra for orders under £20.

I understand your frustration, but I do not accept that the Geyser website lacks information, as our website is one of the most informative websites in the industry for helping people select prodicts, as it has been my personal goal to ensure that.

To help restore your faith in us, please contact me so I can refund you the £16.50 I have already mentioned above.

Great range and prices

Great size range of towel rail sizes to enable a match to my existing pipe work. Cheaper too. Quick delivery but item thread faulty. Replaced quickly but wasnt kept informed of when the replacement was coming.

Just to explain.. when we send out a a replacement element, this goes out in the standard post with Royal Mail.. so unlike when we send a product with Fedex.. we are unable to supply you with a consignment number so you can track the arrival of the item.

Hope this clarifies this situation and I'm glad you're were happy with all aspects of our service, other than this.

Towel rail

Arrived promptly, well packaged in box.
Fitted all ok with one slight problem with the bleed valve being faulty.
The bleed valve was fitted to the rail already, when installed the valve just spun around and around, on inspection the vavle had simply disintigrated..
Contacted Geyser who did send a replacement

Great product and they listen to your feedback

I paid £15 extra to ensure Saturday delivery but due to an error by Geyser it wasn't delivered on time. Upon giving my initial feedback, Geyser immediately responded and made a goodwill payment to recompense me - I was very impressed that they took my feedback seriously and they have retained my custom for the future.

Excellent start, ok execution and superb after sales customer support

The service started off very well! I was contacted within one hour of my order by telephone saying that my 2 radiators would be dispatched that same evening and that I should expect a delivery time of 3-4 days. One week later, I called and was informed that the order was not yet dispatched due to a mis-communication, but it would be that same evening and to expect delivery in 4 days! 4 days later only 1 radiator arrived. I called and was told the second radiator was in Birmingham with the shipping company due to custom checks - it arrived 2 days later. Overall this was inconvenient, however the after sales care has been superb - Alex Ramsay was quick to take action and address my concerns. I would certainly do business with Geyser again!

We are very sorry about the late delivery of your products to the Netherlands. To explain: The couriers system originally questioned the address and we tried calling you to confirm, but didnt reach you at that time. After that day this was unfortunately left until the day you called us and then it was sent that day as you have said. The first radiator arrived on time but the courier missed the second radiator off their shipment and it was held in the UK and this caused the delay. We are very sorry this happened and this isn't our normal service. Please send us the invoice for any additional costs you have incurred and we can look into reimbursing part of this cost for you.

Reliable delivery - beats the big names

I was let down by a major chain, giving me 24 hours notice that the towel radiator was not available. Obviously they despatched the heating element to go with it though!

I found geyser and had a very similar product the following day. One small accessory was missing. When I realised 20 days later, I contacted geyser who sent out the part the next day.

Great service. Happy to recommend.

Excellent delivery times, reasonable communication

So far I've not had any issues with the product supplied, so I can't comment on their after care service.

However, that aside the only thing I would say against them, was the fact that the radiator valves supplied (£50 quids worth) were not individually wrapped, and as such rubbed up against each other in transit and tarnished the outside slight, a little extra bubble rap would have prevented this from happening.

We apologise that your valves didn't arrive in perfect condition. This isn't normally the case. Each one of the pair of valves are sent wrapped in separate bubble bags and then placed together in a cardboard box. On this occassion the bubble bags must have been missed out of this box.

Electric Chrome Heated Towel Rail

This is the second towel rail purchased from Geyser, the first being 3 years ago for our own home. Touch wood, it has performed beautifully and provided not just an extra level of comfort but an aid to alleviating window condensation on 1930's crittle windows. This second purchase is for a rental property and is the main source of heat in a small bathroom area. It looks stunning and adds a level of class without breaking the bank.

Great service from a friendly company

We are delighted with the electric towel rail we have just purchased from Geyser.co.uk for our newly refurbished bathroom. We decided on electric rather than a central heating radiator for practical reasons. We have a quite small bathroom and the towel rail takes up very little space and looks very stylish. Their website is impressive and we were pleased to get the towel rail at such a good price.

After a slightly shaky start, having being promised next day delivery, which didn't materialise we began to doubt that the company was as good as we were led to expect, but they were able to prove that it was not their fault and the radiator had in fact left the factory on time. They promised to send out another, which did indeed arrive 'next day'.

My husband installed it the same day with ease, but the coating on one of the cap covers on a wall bracket started to peel and after an email to the company they immediately sent out a replacement pack of 4 covers.

I cannot fault the back up service and would have no hesitation in recommending this company. If the occasion arises I would most certainly deal with them again.
