Good service but all items are not delivered
I am extremely happy with fastness of the delivery, but one of the item supposed to receive was missed and not delivered as expected. I had opted one flowervase with flowers but only flowers were delivered not the flowervase.

Delivery person rang concern person as he was unable to deliver on time, but he deliver in morning where I told to deliver in evening,

Substandard Cake Delivery
I ordered their premium Taj Black Forest Cake, as a Birthday delivery for my cousin but the cake that was delivered was from a substandard local bakery, whose price is half of the price of what I paid for Taj Black Forest Cake. When I contacted their customer care, I received misleading pieces of information on post sales support. Very unprofessional, I will not do business with them in future.

Untimly delivery
I had placed an order for Mothers day ten days in advance with a very clear instruction to deliver flower and cake on Mothers day morning. Delivery was not made on Mothers day but a day later. Customer support were not very helpful on chat or phone. However customer support manager was kind enough to realize the mistake and send some free chocolates.

The customer service provided was good. Since the pink roses as per order were not available received a call informing so. But the product that was delivered was not as attractive as the one shown in the pictures on the website. The delivered product had less no of flowers than shown. The details in the pics about decoration was missing in the actual one. The flowers were not as fresh. On the other hand the cake sent out as advised by recipient was very nice.

Bought some flowers for mother day , it should have been delivered on Sunday but did not deliver till Thursday. It was a crap service, would never ever buy again anything again from you guys and would not recommend to anyone else.

Worst product, doesn't look like the pictures!!

Delivery past midnight. Why so late?
We usually order gifts from 24X7 for all the events back home in India. But for some reason, this time, they delivered the boquet of flowers for my mother's day at 12.30 AM. They said that the delivery guy had an accident (sorry to hear that!) and a lady with a baby delivered it at 12.30 (feel bad for her). But still, the right thing to do would have been to deliver a fresh boquet the next day. not at 12.30 AM. I am not sure if I want to continue using 24X7 gifts service.

I wanted to send my fiancee a bunch of roses as she was feeling really low just to cheer her up...I needed them to be delivered asap....I talked to the online assistant and he assured me that it will be delvered within a couple of hours. so I placed the order and within a couple of hours my fiancee called and thanked me for the flowers...the purpose was served as they were delivered as promised..

I ordered flowers, cake and anti aging pack. Flowers were not fresh when she got them and two cherries were missing from the cake.
In anti aging I have also sent one under eye cream but that cream was missing. You have send some lotion instead of that.

The actual fruit baskets are nothing like on display
I used gifts to India to sent a fruit basket to my mom for Mother's Day.. Even though they say seasonal fruits will be delivered. The actual basket what my mom relieved had bananas & mangoes!! There are plenty seasonal fruits in may so I was very disappointed with them.!!!

Unprofessional delivery in India.
I sent flowers and a cake to my mother in law in India. I ordered both at the same time, to be delivered at the same time.... They brought the flowers early in the day, but told her they FORGOT the cake?! And brought it later in the day!! Last year for her birthday I used your company as well, and they delivered her cake at 11 p.m. And frightened everyone in the house ! What the heck were they thinking knocking on someone's door at that hour?? Next year I will be finding a different website to deliver her gifts...

felt i was cheated
ordered a cake for 2400rs when i checked it on the cake site were gifts to india get the cake from it was for 640rs,so had to call them and ask why was that.After they decided to refund part of my payment.

Actual gift was not that good
I ordered a cake, picture on website was far different than actual cake that was received. It was smaller with nothing written on it. Also they it was delivered before I asked them to deliver.

Very bad service
I purchased a spiritual gift set for my mom for mothers day....My mother received only the plate with diya and bell...the box and coin were missing....which was the main attraction of the set... last two times gifts were not delivered as promised or as advertised/listed on the website!
First time in Feb: Instead of two Danish Cookie Boxes- delivered only one!
Second time for Mothers day: Instead of 2 dozens ( 24) of Roses on;y 20 Roses delivered with only a glass cup not in the vase that was pictured in the website.
Both the above incidents are not acceptable! I will not be using your services in future.

I bought a package of Red roses and chocolates to be delivered to my mother on Mother's day. Only the flowers were delivered. The customer service rep had records that both the flowers and chocolates were delivered. It took a while for them to accept the mistake and make the delivery (2 days after Mother's day). Wouldn't work with them again.
