Could not resolve my issue and had no answers for me in how I could recover my domain name. When I called the phone would just ring and then it would just disconnect me... I called twice and it happened twice. So I called Godaddy and I actually talked to a person. Though they could not help me since Gname had my domain name. So, I just purchased a new domain name through them.

Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA/Mastercard payments doesn t work. I don t recommed the plaform, waste of time.

First of all, I want to thank the GNAME team for taking my report seriously and acting on the evidence I provided. For me, this was not just about reporting a suspicious website. I was a victim of this scam and lost ARS 225,000, so having my complaint heard and seeing action taken made a real difference.

I appreciate the communication and the opportunity to provide additional evidence throughout the process. Your response showed me that reporting abuse can actually make a difference.

My main recommendation would be to make the reporting process even faster and more transparent, especially for cases involving online scams and financial losses. Clear updates at each stage, along with stronger action against related domains and payment infrastructure, could help protect more people before they become victims.

Thank you for your work and for helping prevent others from experiencing the same situation. I hope GNAME continues improving its abuse prevention process and remains committed to making the internet a safer place for everyone.

However, we urge Gname to adopt a more proactive approach to prevent these fraudulent networks from repeatedly launching identical scam websites under new domain names, rather than requiring victims to discover and report each new domain individually.
We also respectfully request that victims’ NPRD disclosure and RDRS requests concerning suspended domains be handled fairly, promptly, and without unnecessary procedural obstacles.

The company responded quickly to a report of phisphing and shut it down. Unfortunately there are more bad guys using domains registered by them.

The GNAME staff resolved my issue in a very professional and patient manner; thank you very much.

Gname's customer service patiently answered my questions again and again. They deserve a million thumbs up!

It was very good and responsive. Many registrars don’t respond, but gname.com were very good kept the communication active throughout the process. The submittal portal was good and easy to use.

We lost $15000 on this platform.

Beware, you can be scammed on this website. We purchased a 4-letter domain using their service but the Gname did not run any background checks whether the domain was genuine or stolen. After a few days, the domain was taken back from our account.

Gname did not take any responsibility of and didn't even try to help, rather they acted like it was our mistake to purchase the domain and asked us to follow up with Chinese seller.

They are very friendly

They were very prompt in taking action on copyright issue that we had with one of the domains registered by them.

We reported multiple fraudulent lookalike domains impersonating our webshop to Gname's abuse team. The reporting process via their online form was clear, and several cases were reviewed and put on client hold within just a day or two - much faster than we expected. Good communication throughout and a straightforward resolution. Would recommend their abuse handling process to other brand owners dealing with domain impersonation.
