'Fancy a beer mate?' I said. 'Here we go! Got my coffee maker yesterday. It's a fantastic bit of kit too!'
I took a large pull from my glass put it back on the bar and warmd to the subject of my latest on line purchase.
'I trawled the web for the best price,' I began. 'A lot of companies were tricky in advertising the full kit at a low price when they were offering the Magimix I was after less the milk frother! But I found Go Electrical via Idealo.co.uk. They were offering it for £157.50 all in. Even the frother for over 40 quid less than the MRP! Now that's what I call a deal. I paid via my credit card on Friday and I had it by Monday morning. Now that is service in my book and it was free postage to boot!'
My mate looked on in astonishment as I began waving my arms about enthusiastically in my effort to explain the ins and outs of ibnternet purchasing. Several heads had turned by this time and notes were being taken by several drinkers, possibly all looking for a means of sobering up after their regular nights drinking. A coffee maker hmmm what a great idea and it would please the missus too!
I continued..
'There was a slight problem in that I did not get a receipt with the machine so I was not able to take up the Nespresso offer of a 40 quid credit on coffee capsules immediately. I tried to set up an account with them on Monday evening to retrieve a copy of the receipt but there was a problem with my password. They promised to e-mail me another password and I waited for the rest of the evening in vain.
'It was a limited time offer and I had plenty of time left but had I purchased it at the end of the month when the offer expired and the same thing had happened then I might have been 40 quid down for want of a missing e-mail!
'It still hadn't come by the morning. So I called them. I was put through to a very helpfull lass called Kerry who promised to send me a copy there and then. She did just that and I was able to register for my credit with Nespresso. Job done! All easy peasy and a fantastic price. I shall certainly use them again. Funny, here I am down here in Tunbridge Wells just 40 miles from London and I can only find a good deal at the other end of the country. I was up there only a few years ago and had a look at the magnificent viaduct that takes the train to Carlisle. I would've popped in to Go Electrical if I had known! OK who's shout is it? All that talking has given me a raging thirst!'

I was surprised with Go Eletrical:

Go Electrical had the best on line price including postage. John Lewis simply could not match the price, John Lewis instead wanted forms completed etc etc etc, to match the GO ELECTRICAL price. So what's the point of purchasing from John Lewis, when you can buy at the best price right now! Excellent Service, I am a happy customer.

5 Star Service
I was looking for a new Steam Generator Iron for my wife as the last one 'died'.
I used Google Shopping and found that there may be a Bosch available, Go-Electrical was far cheaper than our local Electrical Retailer and had many 5 Star Reviews, so I took the plunge and ordered one.
Go-Electrical and their Carrier DPD kept me fully informed by email when it would be delivered and this was in a 60 minute timeslot, the driver even apologised that he hadn't delivered earlier even though he was well within the timeslot. Well done Go-Electrical and DPD I would recommend both to anyone.

I found Go-Electrical via a web search and found the dualit kettle at a very competative price. I have had problems with unknown web sites in the past and was a little wary of using another that I was not sure of. I can only say that my experience has been excellent and I am totally satisfied with price and service. This is the first time I have ever been given such a precise 1 hour delivery schedule and it was bang on time. Would rwcommend this online site to anybody.

I rang Go-Electrical for some product info. They answered the phone promptly, were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the product I wanted to buy. I placed my order online and received regular updates of despatch and delivery details; initially they specified a date for delivery and ultimately a time-slot of one hour - my item arrived bang on time via a friendly guy from DPD. In my view the perfect internet purchase transaction. Whilst there wa s a problem with the Polti product not the retailers fault and a replacement was sent without fuss and very quickly.
the DPD delivery service and the ability to track where the package is and when it will be delivered within a specific time frame is excellent.

UNfortunately the parcel arrived with the prongs of the electrical plug sticking out through the cardboard and when I opened it the iron back had come away from the main body - very plasticky and some plastic had broken off. Now this may not be go-electrical fault however there was no polystyrene packing round the iron so no wonder the iron had broken

I wanted to buy a mini stoves range cooker, and this company are the cheapest I have found. I had a few reservations when ordering as you do not get a delivery date until you pay for the item. I emailed on sunday night to ask approximate delivery dates, I received a reply on monday. after a few emails and replies throughout the day, I ordered the cooker on monday night. tuesday I had a phone call telling me the cooker would be delivered on wednesday!!!
