Very good, quick delivey and item in pefect condition. Will use again.
Very pleased with the service and product. Once I had decided wich vacuum cleaner to go for, I found go-electrical to be the cheapest by a good amount, because of this, wasn't sure as usually there are problems. When the vacuum cleaner arrived, the box looked a bit beaten up so felt concerned, but once opened, I realised that the extra bags I had ordered had been squeezed into the box and that accounted for the conditon. I will defintiely use this company again.

Great price and super fast delivery - excellent!
This is my favourite kind of online shop, which is backed by a physical shop, which usually means great customer service. And the product I bought (Magimix Le Blender) was the lowest price on the internet.
Ordered Sunday night and the item was despatched Monday morning, got to me Tuesday. Free delivery as well!

Does what it says on the box
Great communication, quick delivery and a great price.
I was even given options for the best delivery date for me. I ordered a toaster, arrived well packaged and as I ordered.
Not used the toaster yet but looking forward to crumpets for tea soon.
It's is the first time I have used Go-Electrical and on this experience, won't be the last.

Excellent customer service !!!
I was amazed at the speed of the delivery. I ordered on the Saturday and received it on the Tuesday. I was able to specify that I would like it delivered to a neighbour and it was. I got a card through the door so I knew where to go for my parcel and was kept informed throughout by emails of what was happening. I would certainly use Go-Electical again.

First-rate service and best price for the product.
Go-Electrical's price was the lowest available for the steam-cleaner I ordered. Their online ordering process was completely straightforward and informative emails were sent to confirm dispatch. Delivery was by DPD courier and their system of emailing a one-hour delivery time-slot well in advance is very convenient for me. The product arrived within 48 hours of ordering and was well packed. I am very satisfied with the product and the service received.

Although most e tailers are quite efficient this one is the best I have dealt with so far.
Lowest price, easy to order on website ( no hidden charges) . Order confirmed by mail straightaway, invoice sent without a reminder needed, infomed of despatch and carrier, informed of one hour delivery slot and arrived 2 minutes early !

Put very simply , this is the best delivery system that there currently is and significantly better than Amazon which I rate very highly and have dealt with for years . Delivery is next day , you are either informed by e-mail or can find out online exactly what is happening with your purchased item and it really helps to be informed of a one hour delivery slot . Genuinely as good as it gets ! ( includes the price of goods )
