fantastic price and very quick delivery
Product was a great price. Far cheaper than anything I saw down south. Emailed a couple times to get info and replies were always speedy and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to buy here.

A happy customer
Like many others who have commented, I had not heard of Gordons Direct but discovered them whilst searching online for a specific product which was seemingly impossible to source locally. I received a swift acknowledgement of my order and the delivery arrived within a few days of placing the order. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the service and will certainly use the company again in the future.
Sadly, 'Trustpilot' is not as reliable as Gordons Direct in that it seems to think I am based in the US rather than in the UK!

First rate company & first class service
I placed two orders - one for an electric toothbrush, and a second for spare brush heads. Both orders were placed on a Sunday. Three days later, E-mails were received confirming dispatch of the goods, which were received within 48 hours of dispatch. Given that the company is based in Northern Ireland and I am now living on the channel island of Sark, this really is fantastic service. Thank you and well done!

Amazing Company
I had never used them before (in fact, I had never heard of them at all) and stumbled across them when looking for a certain product. Their prices were cheaper than everyone else, delivery was super quick (and free), so what more could we ask for! Excellent!

Prompt efficient service - access to an unobtainable product with keen price.
Gordons Direct were able to supply a hair product which was unobtainable elsewhere. The product price was excellent and supplying to the Channel Islands proved no problem with VAT deducted. The items arrived within four days. A first class service which I would not hesitate to use again.

Used several times, cheapest online for my product, reasonable postage and speedy delivery. Also really convenient how the website links with paypal so payment is secure and you dont have to fill in all your details :-)

I ordered an item from them, and had put in the wrong postcode. I emailed them and the emailed me back very quick to say the matter had been corrected. Received my item very quick In the post. Also the item was 40% cheaper than in regular shops.

Good prices
I bought make up and thought the prices very good. Only slight niggle was I wasn't in when they tried to deliver and it needed a signature so it was taken to a post office about 7 or 8 miles away so I had to go there just to pick it up.
