Item took over a month to arrive, and I was unable to contact the company despite multiple attempts by phone and email to get an update. Have owned the trousers for a year and the colour still runs, despite washing by hand after a disastrous first wash which ruined a number of my clothes. Really disappointed

Like the previous reviewer I ordered my clothes on 24 June having made my first order a few months prior and been very impressed with the quality of the clothing. Whilst the lack of communication has been frustrating I applaud the owner Thomas for his email to all customers sent on 7 August explaining his situation. It would have been very easy for him to have given up and taken the easy way out but it was clear he wanted to fulfil all existing orders. Today I received my clothes and they are beautiful. Thank you Thomas and hopefully you will continue to make your wonderful clothes for many years to come :-)

I placed my second order on 21 June, having received my first order of MTM harem pants, which were great, and then I waited and waited. And then I got really annoyed - nobody answered my calls and nobody responded to my emails! When I took up the matter with Paypal, I received an email from the business owner telling me that my order would be fulfilled, in a couple of weeks, citing various problems they were having. Well, surprise, surprise, my order arrived today and the pants are great quality, just like my first pair! Cannot give a 5 star review, due to the long wait. But, if they can get their act together, they have a great product!!

Dreadful company, no order, no refund despite false promises that the order was being despatched on a certain date. All the people let down by this company, club together and take them to Trading Standards. They cannot keep operating and taking customers orders.

Similar story. Ordered one item.... very efficient in taking payment.... four weeks later still no contact. Tried website message twice... no reply, tried phone five times... went to answer phone.

So thinking about Trading Standards and small claims court now.

I placed an order 4 weeks ago and I have not received this. Email, Facebook message and voicemail have not received a response. Their telephone number goes straight to voicemail. What is going on with this company?

An awful experience. I ordered 5 items and then changed my order to 2 items. I have been trying to get a refund from them since January. Four months. Promises to refund through paypal. Then transaction was cancelled by them. After a few months of pleading emails I was sent a cheque which surprise surprise bounced. Avoid at all costs.

Gossypium make exceptionally comfortable and durable yoga/leisure wear. Many years ago a friend gave me a pair of Gossypium fold over yoga trousers. They were great and I wasn't happy when I lost them during a trip abroad. Since then I have treated myself to two pairs of Gossypium pants. They are made from quality fabrics and weren't cheap. However it's well worth investing in things that look fantastic, will last forever and probably be the most comfortable things you've ever worn. The customer service is superb and I cannot rate them highly enough. You can specify leg measurement so the length is just right. If you subscribe to their newsletter they often run special price offers. The only problem with ordering is what colour to go for - they are all gorgeous.
