Trusted and tested

Many of my friends have bought a phone and it is locked. I told them to visit this site if they wanted to unlock their phone. They give a lot of hanks because their phone was now unlocked. Iphone 4s Unlock

I paid approx £80 to have an Iphone 4S factory unlocked.

a day later I received an email stating

"Hello,

Thank you for your purchase.

The server used to search for the unlock code for your Apple iPhone with IMEI xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx did not return a code. This means, the server used, does not carry the unlock code for your iPhone.

We can offer one of the following two options at this time :

1- Cancel your order for a full refund as per our service guarantees.

OR

2- A premium iPhone 3, UK database can be used to search for your phones unlock code and does come at an extra cost of $35.00.

However this database is a much more comprehensive one, carrying records of many more and recent IMEI's, further more the search will take 3-9 business days to complete after confirming your consent, and of course should no code be found your order will be fully refunded and thus making this is a risk free upgrade.

I couldn't afford to pay more than what I already had so asked for a refund.

I promptly received an email which said that they had only pre authorized the payment on my visa card and this would now be cancelled.

After waiting a few days and the funds still being unavailable I sent a follow up email to which I received no reply, I then tried another email with the same outcome.

I have since been in touch with my bank who have informed me that the pre-authorization is still in place and until they receive an authorization reversal they cannot release the funds.

So as it stands one week later from my cancelling the order I am still unable to access my funds.

Frequent user

I've used this service for several phones and they produce every time. The latest phone I unlocked took less than 10 minutes for code. They also have a live chat that is helpful as well [ thanks Nick A. !] . I strongly urge people to use them if they want a phone unlocked.

Great service and code working

I received the code after 6 days it was late I thought that I am not going to get any code but after contacting the customer service they send me an reply email and dealed with my problem. I was so happy I inserted the code in 2 second the phone was unlocked just awesome. So even if you see that is becoming late just don´t hesitate to contact them they will solve evrythingh..highly recommended.

Perfect serivice.

Brilliant

First time I have unlocked a phone over the internet.

super service

i downloaded the software and my anti virus wouldn't let me open it. So, thats money down the drain I thought, but no. They contacted me to make sure all was ok. I told them about the problem and they said "No problem", full refund made within 24 hrs. Impressed to the hilt. Then I purchased the unlock code. 1st try, it said "wrong code". I went onto live chat and 15 minutes later phone is unlocked. Brilliant company. A real shock to the system in this day and age.

unlocking blackberry 8520, took 3 minutes..... so so simple...!!

what an absolutely amazing service, received within 3 minutes of paying...
worked first time, nice and simple instructions...cannot fault in any way...

no need to go to ebay then mess about waiting for codes to be delivered, this is done al while youre still sat at the computer waiting for your email..

Got code in 7 minutes

Verizon would not give me the unlock code. And I tried another website that ripped me of $30. I tried GSMliberty and within 7 minutes I had my code and now I'm using my HTC Droid incredible 2 on AT&T. and yes it does work. Smart phone do work from Verizon to At&t you just have to go into settings and change to gsm. Sweet thanks. I will be recommending you guys

SUPER Service

Tried 2 other sites before findng gsmliberty and one couldnt get the code and the other sent wrong codes both took ages n ages and didnt work came up with various excuses ect....However gsmliberty unlocked my Nokia 5230 xm sl3 type within 3 hours of using the software and service they supplied,,many thanks i will be recommending gsmlibertys services to others for sure

Unsimlocking my phone with the code from my provider didn't work at all. I was wondering if GSMLiberty would really help me or if it was a scam. I talked with a guy who told me that 1/ it would definetely work 2/ there was a money-back guarantee... So I gave it a try!

DISCLAIMER: This is my personal experience. Most phones will unlock instantly with a simple code. I am just saying that support guys are going to be very helpful is there is any issue!

At first I was disappointed that the codes I got were the same than what my provider gave me. I came back to support and Mark T. was simply amazing. He helped me a lot, asked me to try a few things, and finally told me it would be easier to unsimlock the phone with special software.

I booted into Windows and followed the very precises instructions I received by email. At some point in the process I didn't find my phone model, and another support guy (Ethan P.) pointed out that it was below the elements I showed him. The next issue I got in is that the phone needs to be rooted, which I did after finding a nice post on androidadvices.com. The "Read UnlockCodes" didn't work, but the software asked me to try "Direct Unlock". It worked perfectly and I am now a happy Free Mobile (awesome french carrier) user!

very helpful

I had previously tried to unlock my Blackberry via another company who were utterly useless - However, GSMLiberty were very helpful and prompt with their communication - the online realtime help function is very comforting. My only issue is that the instructions on how to get the MEP code could be slightly clearer - however, I searched the web and watched a video and sorted without too much trouble. Overall it was a pleasant transaction and I would definitely used them again.

In my opinion, they suck!

It took 17 hours and seven emails to receive seriously confusing instructions. The purpose of the first four emails were to inform me that I needed to verify a $20.00 order which I paid for via PayPal. However, they saw no need to provide any way for me to verify. Neither did they tell me how long it would take to receive the unlock software which I purchased, or why I received two different emails with conflicting logon passwords.

As the owner of a computer electronics store, my customers depend on me to provide a service in a reasonable amount of time. Hence, I have absolutely no plans to use this company again. I used this company because of the reviews my staff and I read. However, I'm very angry and disappointed with the horrible communication and terrible customer service I received. If I could rate them less than one star, I would.

Brilliant service!

Gsmliberty offered an excellent service and unlocked my Blackberry in less than 10 minutes. As soon as the order was processed, I received an email with the code within 5 minutes, after which an online representative offered their help through online chat and guided me through the process of unlocking my phone!

I carrier unlocked my Desire S UK O2 phone. I received the email with the code after 3 hours but it was worth waiting. Everything went smoothly. So don't panic if it doesn't come within the advertised 3-7 min.
