Still yet to receive my order from Salon essentials, salon solutions, hairproducts.com. They go by these names and several more.
Still yet to receive my order, had been over 2 weeks. I have tried calling the phone number rings out. They generate their own tracking numbers according to Australia post, the tracking number says it hasn't actually been lodged at a post office for shipment. They tell me it has. I asked if they were scammers they did not reassure me that they aren't. They have several online addresses selling products which is suss especially since they all have the same email and phone number for each company. Here they are below

I have sent several emails asking where my items are, they don't seem to care. I would not recommend ordering from this company at all.
