hannaandersson.com asked me to review my purchase on their site, but it wasn't glowing enough, and they sent me an email saying that they rejected my review, and that I should edit it and try again. So, I'm posting it here.
First off, the pajamas are great. My niece loves them, and they seem to be made very well.
These were on her wish list, so I ordered them. I placed the order on Dec 1st, hoping it would arrive in time for a trip I was taking to see them on Dec 8th. I also ordered from other retailers that day. On Dec 5th, I get an email saying that my order had shipped (4 days after I placed the order). I figured that since they're in NJ, and I'm in NY, it would still get here in time. Wrong. They arrived on Dec 10th (4 days after they said that it shipped, 9 days after I had ordered it), and I had to mail them out to my niece after I got back from my trip. Meanwhile, all the items from the other retailers that I had ordered from had arrived in 3-4 days after I ordered so I was able to deliver them, and they shipped for free. I had to pay hannaandersson $9 for shipping from NJ to NY, and it arrived in 10 days. Unacceptable.
The women's 2012 fall collection in dismal. It is old fashioned, unflattering and has little to no color. I am very disappointed. I plan on at least three outfits from this company every season. I am giving it two stars because the fabric is always so nice, but the collection would get a zero.
