I don't use Hanon as regularly as I used to (because there are only so many high tops one person can own), but have always received great customer service both in the store and online.
Really pleased with all my purchases and the points that I've earned and spent. I've also had no issue returning a any items by post.
I'm surprised by some of the lower scored reviews. That definitely isn't my experience of Hanon.
Bought a pair of Nikes off them that cost over £100 and had to PAY for postage when other companies were offering free postage if spend over £50-80 normally. But they were the only stockist at the time for the trainer I wanted. Fit was not good, asked for a return, no reply to email. Followed instructions online for a RAN (returns auth number) and was told would be contacted with a number to return. No contact ever made.
SUCH BAD customer service in this day and age.

Handler helt sikkert der igen, når der skal købes nye sneakers.
I have to admit that I didn't read these reviews before making my purchase, otherwise I might not have placed my order.
But I ordered my shoes on a Friday morning and they were with me on Monday! I haven't had any contact with these guys other than placing my order because I haven't had too.
I also found a pair of sneakers on SALE that were completely sold out everywhere else.
Next time i'm looking for something a little special I will definitely check this site out.
Order has been shipped after 11 days!! (normally 2 days) Also received a refund, and they still haven't contact me why they refund me, I think a item is out of stock, but please say that and not only sent a refund whitout saying anything. Horrible, horrible!
I emailed hanon-shop.com as their website wasn't clear as to their delivery charges to the isle of Wight. Never got an answer but possibly a narrow escape after reading the other reviews here.
Also their delivery information states that if you aren't in twice to receive delivery you have to pay again!?!
This company appear to be going out of their way to discourage customers, and it has certainly worked with me. I will take my custom, and my money, to whichever of their rivals actually appreciate my business.
bought pair of wesc headphones...never had such a bad experience...item got after 3 weeks which is after opening a paypal case..no respond to emails..if anyone is going to buy anything from this estore always use paypal as a backup or else you will never see your money or the item
i placed an order for a pair of volta classics online and 5 days after i recieved a notice that its out of stock. A week after and i haven´t recieved any refund.
Be careful as they list sale items as available and hope you order add. normal items aswell and then after sending you the normal goods, they send the out of stock notice on the sales items ....
