Arnaque avec leur revendeurs recommandé
Cette entreprise recommande Parkettkaiser Kaiser comme revendeur pour leur parquet. Donc, j'ai acheter mon parquet Haro 4000 chez Parkettkaiser, il y a plus de deux mois, et quelle catastrophe. Il m'a volé €4000. Rien n'était livré, il ne communique pas de tout, ne répondre aux e-mails, appels (telephone sone pendant 20mins puis il raccroche.) J'ai appeler Haro pour savoir pourquoi il recommande Parkettkaiser et pour avoir des infos. Haro ne voulait rien savoir, tout va bien chez Parkettkaiser et il ne peut rien faire pour moi. Je doit accepter que leur revendeur me vole €4000. DONC, ATTENTION AVEC CETTE ENTREPRISE, L'ARNAQUE SEMBLE ETRE LA NORME AVEC CES ENTREPRISES. N'ACHETE SURTOUT PAS DU HARO!!!
In reply to your reply below. You specifically list Parkettkaiser as a HARO PREMIUM RETAILER on your website. This is what reassured me to purchase your product through them. So yes, if you list a bankrupt scamming company as a premium retailer then you are assisting in scamming your customers and not taking responsibility for what you recommend. It doesn’t matter how good your flooring is if our money gets stolen when we try to buy it!!!
Your assistant was of no help, she did not tell me the company was bankrupt and still no one can tell me who to contact. Your friends at Parkettkaiser don’t answer the phone or emails or anything. My building site is on hold so I’m losing a lot more than the value of the flooring!

I have had a look at your process. Our colleagues from the sales manager in France right up to the management took the time to deal with you personally. But we are only the manufacturer. We do not sell directly to end customers.
Unfortunately, you were unlucky with your purchase from an online shop. The specialist retailer operating the shop went bankrupt. But behind it is a limited company with all rights and obligations. Please contact the insolvency administrator.
Our hands are tied here. That is why we are a little surprised at your choice of words - accusing us or our dealers of scamming or devaluing the products is borderline.
Nevertheless, we wish you every success and keep our fingers crossed that you will still receive your goods.
