Very happy experience.
Booked four days in an apartment in the centre of Harrogate as a break for myself, my wife and mother in law. The website was easy to use and the booking process simple and painless.
The accommodation was of a very high standard and ideally suited to our needs. The provision of towels, toiletries etc was even better than expected. Instructions for heating cooking and other facilities were well explained and there was lots of information on local points of interest. A very happy experience.

Lovely and really accomadating

Organisation / Welcome Pack very good

Meets the need for basic facilities
We hired this self catering accomodation to accomodate 4 adults and a 16month old infant,in order that we may easily visit our daughter in law at Harrogate Hospital.
It met our basic needs for 4 nights, 2 adults staying for the period of 4 nights and 2 adults and the infant staying for 2 nights.We took our own travel cot.Cost for 4 nights £304.This did however include heating and lighting, cooker,a washing machine and dishwasher.
The bedding was clean.The downstairs bed room was cold in spite of the radiator being on.
The accomodation is on a farm.The stairs were dusty and had cobwebs clearly evident.
We would not book this cottage again.Nothing special.Basic.

A wonderful place to stay, the owner was so friendly and kind, but unobtrusive, which is a bonus when staying at a cottage where the owner lives on the premises.
This is the first time I have stayed with Harrogate Holidays but have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. The cottage was absolutely wonderful. It had everything you could wish for and the owner was so friendly and helpful. She was extremely apologetic when the hot water system failed. It was so peaceful with the birdsong and the sound of the river, and I didn't want to leave! Needless to say I would love to return one day.

We were attending a conference and booked the appartments. On arrival we found them very comfortable and better than expected Sky Sopts was installed there. They were very convenient for the conference, just around the corner and also short walk to the pubs and restaurants. Would definitely recommend them.

Perfect
We stayed in Strawberry house whilst attending a conference at the Harrogate Conference Centre- you couldn't get a better location, right across the road with a crossing in-between. The apartment was clean and well finished with nice extras such as Tea and Coffee. There was two parking spaces, one at the back and one at the front. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here

School Reunion in Harrogate
What a lovely way to meet up with old school friends you haven't seen for years. Right in the centre of Harrogate we walked to some lovely restaurants (The Orchid and Quantro ) for evening meals and of course queued for morning tea at Betty's. The shops were amazing and stretched our credit cards, but who cares. We had a lovely trip to Harlow Carr and we will definitley visit there again at another time of year
Harrogate Holidays were super efficient and we would definitely use them again. Rose Cottage was lovely and had everything we needed - great location and general ambience

Everything we could have wished for!
We had a wonderful few days staying at Wharfe View Cottage, just outside Huby. The cottage was fantastically well-equipped and comfortable and the owners next door were incredibly welcoming and helpful. It's a great location for a holiday - stunning views of the surrounding dales, but just a short journey to nearby towns (Harrogate, Leeds, York, and the Hockney gallery at Saltsmill) for day trips. A train station on the Leeds-Harrogate line made it really easy for me to get into Leeds for work, while the rest of the family had fun! I only wish we could have stayed longer - and that I hadn't had to work!

Good House, Good Location, Good Time
We were a family of 5 arriving from Australia (23hr flight), and it was great to have accommodation that was clean, comfortable and gave us room to move. The location was teriffic, we could walk to shops, restaurants/pubs, supermarket & attended a wedding which was two blocks away (perfect). We really enjoyed our stay in Harrogate.

Good quality, good price and good service...
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Harrogate holiday apartment. The property was by and large as advertised on the site and was clean and keys were sent to our house before we left which was great.We loved the fact that all the towels, bedding were good quality, and smelt like a home from home clean. Minor points is that the property could probably use a carpet clean (few marks in places!), the garden did need a little love and the mattress in the main bedroom could do with upgrading. Overall though we would definitely use and visit again!

Convenience with tranquility
We spent eight days at Walter's Granary. The cottage was very comfortable and the large open plan kitchen/living room was perfect for our family and four bridesmaids to have breakfast and get ready on the morning of our daughter's wedding.
The location is excellent, a few minutes by car or a ten minute bus ride into Harrogate yet right in the countryside. Coming from Hong Kong we really enjoyed the fresh air and tranquility and hope to be able to go back and stay again.
Just to mention there was no internet access which can be a bonus however MiFi worked perfectly. Booking and all enquires were dealt with very efficiently.

As a family, we have stayed in rental properties with Harrogate Holidays for many many years.
The service, from start to finish, of our stay has been excellent & the staff have always been friendly & professional.

Stylish and Great Location
We took full use of all 3 Parliament St apartments for a recent hen weekend I organised. The apartments were all very stylish and surprisingly spacious. Great location opposite Betty's tea room and close to pubs, bars and restaurants. There is some base noise from the below bar however unless your intending on a early, quiet night then it shouldnt be a problem. Paid £5 for all weekend parking on the nearby street meter parking as we were at a nearby spa all day Saturday and parkings free after 6pm and all day Sunday. Noention of busy noisy road outside cottage
We stayed at Moon Cottage booked through Harrogate Holidays in March. We were disappointed to find when we arrived there is no parking and the only access is off a very busy road with no pavement. The property is not double glazed so traffic noise was a problem. Inside the cottage was small but nicely done out.
Overall very disappointing.

An excellent place to stay

awful, moldy and smelly
While the location was beautiful, you walk in and the 1st thing greeting you is a very musty smell. It does not take long to see that the wall behind the TV has had what looks like water problems and the wall has been dug out and taped back together but black mold has grown through. The smell is in all the bedding, sofas and cushions. We were booked for a week and stayed only one night. It was awful. I am sure it must be against the law to rent out with that sort of mold problem. I have photos but do not know how to download to this review.

Not ready for visitors
The property had the potential to be lovely, but was not ready for visitors. From reading the reviews, I believe we had the same property as Mrs. Hannah Lowry-Tanner. We experienced the similar issues about a month after her visit. We had a broken chair, small milk jug in the fridge, no welcome packet or instructions, and no heat (on a snowy day). After driving to obtain cell phone reception at a texting level, the owners were able to give me directions to restart the heat. A crib was left in one of the bedrooms, leaving little extra room for bags and moving around. We also had no hot water in the main shower. Although the owners informed us through another renter a plumber was coming to fix it, he never arrived. If everything else was ready, the broken living room chair and crib being set up would have been easily ignored, but the heat and hot water issues put a damper on a great vacation. The building, furnishings and location are excellent, keeping this a 3-star rating.

WELL POSITIONED COTTAGE WHICH HAS BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT
The cottage was well positioned close to Harrogate Center and has only recently been refurbished and set up for holidays. The contents were all new and everywhere was clean to a high standard. The kitchen and bedrooms especially were large and spacious.
We feel though one area needs attention. We had problems with the toilet seat which had been damaged but not repaired before we arrived. All attempts to fix this item failed. Also there was a water leak from the bathroom sink which leaked through the ceiling to the bottom lounge spoliing the newly emulsioned wallpaper. In our view these issues were clearly the fault of whoever had installed the bathroom rather than any fault of the owners or Harrogate Holidays but it did somewhat spoil our stay. We feel the owners should be informed. If the owners get these matters fixed all problems will be resolved.

Fantastic luxury accomodation in a great location.
We have returned from a break in Rose Cottage, Harrogate. The cottage is in a super location and is decorated immaculatley throughout. The standard of decor is fantastic and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We had our 14 month old son with us and this cottage suited us very well. We would not hesitate to recommend Rose Cottage.

We booked Bramble Cottage at Huby to spend our Ruby Wedding Anniversary with our son and his partner. It could not have been better. Lovely welcome from the owner and the cottage was beautifully presented.
Everything was as it had been presented in the brochure.
