The best online shopping experience I have ever had!
I have never been bothered to write a review before but I felt that it was a must this time. Havens is without a doubt the best online retailer I have ever come across. Not only was I able to buy a product at the cheapest price I could find, but, I was able to have it delivered on my day off work with no waiting around all day for the delivery. The emails and texts keeping you updated of what's happening with your order and the delivery company used was fantastic. I was able to push back the super, fast delivery date to a day that was more convenient for me and was informed on the day of my allocated 1hour delivery time slot. My order was delivered at the beginning of this slot. All in all Havens delivered exceptional customer service. I will definitely recommend to friends and family and whoever else will listen. I look forward to purchasing further items from this company who obviously cares about it's customers. Thank you guys, keep up the good work.

The delivery of my item was very fast & the item was securely packaged which is a true bonus.
I was worried that the item may get broken but my mind was put to rest as the packaging was beyond my expectations.

First Class!
On 13th May I ordered 5 packs of Dartington glasses (two in each pack), hopefully to arrive in time to take some of them to relatives on 23rd May. Havens could not have been more helpful. They were awaiting a delivery but had three packs in stock.They offered to send those off immediately and the others later when new stock arrived. The three packs duly arrived on 15th May beautifully individually gift wrapped with tags, free of charge, and carefully packed. I had e-mails advising me every step of the way, even to the actual time the package would be delivered. i was very impressed and would certainly use their excellent online site in the future.

The best customer service I've received in a very long time....
Havens have been great from first placing the order to receiving the items. They kept in touch with me on the status of my order, ensuring it was delivered when I needed it and they came beautifully gift wrapped saving us a job prior to our wedding! We wished we had bought all our wedding gifts from you. The customer service really is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend your company in the future. Thank you.

Bowled over!!!
I wanted the two bowls as a present for my sister's birthday but I had left it very late. I was delighted and relieved that the gift arrived so quickly and in plenty of time for her birthday

Great product. Good price hen it finally arrived
We placed our order on 18th April. It finally arrived on 15th may. We recognise that you are dependent on your suppliers but this does appear to be a very long time to wait for cups and saucers.
After receiving your email advising us of delivery we contacted you to change not the date but the venue . You confirmed the Change.
We then saw the delivery being made to the first location. When we contacted you your response was that you had no knowledge of the change . We sent you a copy if your email to us.
We did rearrange the delivery but have heard nothing from you since.
The follow up for customers after something like this s not very good

I must apologise for the delay and the delivery issue you have had with your order. Normally we have the Maxwell and Williams cups and saucers in stock but we had sold out and there was a delay in replenishment. I can see emails from Lisa advising of the delay, along with a further update advising on when delivery would be.
What I cannot find is instructions to change the delivery address and if you could forward the original to me nigel@havens.co.uk and I can try to identify how this has evaded our system. Sometimes the email address can be inaccurate.
I can see that you have signed for the parcel and once again I apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused.
I hope that the great British weather brightens up and that you have a profitable season.

I would not hesitate to use Havens again for excellent quality goods and their clear customer focus.
I was totally satisfied with my order from Havens and particularly impressed with the level of customer service. Besides being of excellent quality, the glasses arrived on the expected date and on time. I was kept updated with the progress of my order and even received an email telling me the hour in which to expect delivery and the name of the driver! Everything was well packaged and the gift wrapping was expertly done. I would not hesitate to use Havens again or to recommend others to do so.

Friendly company willing to go that extra mile.
I have used Havens on more than one occasion, and they have been polite, friendly and willing to help. Any queries I had were dealt with quickly. I was looking for some reasonably priced crystal wine glasses, and I found them at Havens. The products are pretty and not overly priced, a concise and clear site to chose from, the service is brillant and I received my goods 3 days afterwards. I will definitely purchase from Havens again.

After trying to find a china coffee set through various search engines, I was directed to the Havens site. There I found a Thomas China coffee set, which had a charming design and the price was within my budget for a present for members of the family. They in turn were delighted to receive a delightfil gift.
The parcel was sent to them post free and suitably wrapped.

Ordered a present for my parents and was delivered within 24 hours having paid for standard delivery service. Was able to check for the predicted time of delivery in the morning and was delivered within the scheduled time slot. Brilliant service and present arrived safely. My mum loved the vase.

Excellent personal service, value and rapid delivery
Very happy.
The pottery ordered arrived on time in perfect condition (thank you for the extra packaging). We were given full tracking information and the options for delivery suited our lifestyle.

Delivery let down the service.
Lovely product and well packaged, but whole shopping experience was ruined by poor delivery service. After paying extra for a next day delivery service it took two days to get to me. As well as tracking not working on couriers website was disappointing and comes across as unprofessional.

Many thanks for your positive comments about our products and I am sorry that you were let down by the delivery.
We use a few couriers and this one is new to us. Like you we had trouble tracking your parcel on their website, so not a good start. Peter our despatch manager is monitoring their performance to see if this was just a blip and will be reporting back to me.
We recognise that the service provided by our delivery partners is reflected on us, so we go to great lengths to try to ensure that they have the same customer service values as us.
As the parcel took two days to arrive Lisa has refunded the priority delivery charge.

First class service service in a nutshell
I ordered gift on the Thursday lunchtime and was delivered early morning on the Friday. It was an amazing service and also found an email from Havens when parcel would be delivered. The item is absolutely amazing so all round quality on product and company.

delivered before chosen date
Sent three options on delivery date I went for 3rd option to be delivered on Weds 1st May received a text saying it will be delivered on Mpn 29th April between 10.56 - 11.56 lucky I was in at this time any later and I was out for the day. But overall parcel was received at 11.31 and pleased with gift

Prompt Delivery
Once again excellent service and very prompt delivery from Havens. Nice touch to have a signed postcard from the lady who packed my order. Havens have successfully managed to keep the old department store charm with 21st century internet sales.
