Hi one of the fottings will not lock; the plastic lock area is not rectangular so the locked key device pops out. Coukd you send a replacement piece?

Sold me side steps for mk4 Tucson
n line s 1.6 order no 06-14593-35856 on ebay uk after being told they would fit i purchased anyway but they only fit petrol versions not hybrids so i returned them on the 7th july they coverd postage as it was their mistake
and the side steps got lost with DX they refused to refund me even though they arranged collection with photos they promised to call me back 3pm monday with Ben he never did
and all the emails kept saying is we are looking into it dealt with 5 differant people
I must have sent 12 emails
Contacted DX they said there was no report of item being lost so i opened a case with no replys from DX either
So got hold of ebay uk and refunded with in 24hrs
14 days later
