My orders arrived in a good time. But, always choose the INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL or DHL PRIORITY, because DHL is too slow. INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL is the BETTER WAY!
Galera, no meu primeiro pedido optei pela DHL, levaram quase 8 semanas, já pelo INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL foi bem mais rápido, em cerca de 25 dias já haviam chegado meus produtos, optem sempre pela INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL ou pela DHL PRIORITY, pois nessa vc's terão o rastreador. Mas eficiência é na IA!

Here I am - AGAIN.
HD sent me en e-mail informing that my order had returned so they gave me a refund and BLAH BLAH BLAH..... in the same day (2/27/13) I've made an order again... AND YOU WHAT? 3 Months later and I'm still waiting for the new products ordered. (#100337411 new order)
I've sent a thousand e-mails asking for some help/update and nothing - NOTHING.
HD What's going on? I feel ignored, neglected ...I don't know what else, I just want my money back, forget Gifts, rewards... I want my money back! Back to my bank account. I'm still buying stuff on Bodybuilding.com and don't have problems with them.
That's my last time on HD.com - Thanks!

2/27/13 - After 4 e-mails, I was almost giving up about this situation HD contacted me informing that my Order had returned. I've received a refund and just made another order, now with DHL Shippment method.
Well let's see, and btw thank you HD, It shows respect to the custumer!

I've made this order #100195293 2 months ago and nothing yet. I received an e-mail from HD saying that it's not their problem and the correct to do in the case is contact the responsible for the mail delivery here in my city.
This oder doesn't have the Track number. (It was my choice) but.
It's frustrating me, I paid my Credit Card already and no products on hands...
Please HD, I'm waiting your contact.

Disappointed
Realized a purchase by International Airmail shipping method (1-4 Weeks) for Brazil on April 5, 2013 but until today I have not received my order and after sending several emails to HealthDesigns'm not being answered, I'm feeling helpless and forgotten . I want you to please contact me and seek on your outgoing mail which the status of my order. How come being treated is shameful for you, here in Brazil you care about is the choice of many, but after these setbacks is not answered your confidence is shaken in Brazil and several sites have reported such problems. Now I expect a response from you regarding my order and if you need more information such as the order number and tracking code to contact.

Best Price, Fast Delivery, Very Fast Process Time

I bought a Casein on 24/04/2013, day 26/04 I was informed that my order had been sent to DHL (carrier selected at time of purchase). By DHL website I saw that the package left the U.S. on 30/04
I received the order in perfect condition on 13/05 at my residence in São Paulo, Brazil, delivered by the Postal Service (AKA Correios - ECT, like USPS)
Really delivery is very fast, and the time it takes is more part of customs clearance, which in my case it took 7 days (not pay tax, total purchase of $ 46, with DHL shipping tax included).
The tracking code does not work, but it was advised at the time of purchase (The tracking code is only for USPS Priority Mail International. DHL or Airmail International (maybe) has tracking code, and the code shown is for informational purposes only, not fully functional). Actually, I could use the DHL tracking code on the website of DHL, until the day he left the United States ( http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/ ). Upon arriving in Brazil the order is passed to the Brazilian Postal Service (AKA Correios - ECT, like USPS), who are responsible for handing in my house, or notify me if I have to pay the IRS rate, at post office.
As the product is a product of Optimum nutrition, it does not need to review ...

Eu comprei uma Caseína no dia 24/04/2013, dia 26/04 fui informado que minha compra havia sido enviada a DHL (transportadora escolhida no momento da compra). Pelo site da DHL vi que a encomenda saiu dos EUA no dia 30/04
Recebi a encomenda, em perfeita condição dia 13/05 em minha residencia, em São Paulo, entregue pelos Correios.
Realmente a entrega é bem rápida, e o tempo que mais demora é parte do desembaraço aduaneiro, que no meu caso demorou 7 dias (não paguei imposto, valor total da compra de 46 dólares, com frete DHL incluso).
O código de rastreio da DHL só funciona até o momento que o pacote SAI dos EUA, mas isso está escrito já na página http://www.healthdesigns.com/calculating-delivery-dates
Se você tiver que pagar impostos, os correios vão te notificar, e você terá que ir até a agencia mais próxima pagar e retirar a encomenda
Recomendo não fazer compras muito grandes(peso E/OU volume), ou com valor muito alto. Compras declaradas até 50 dólares, como presente (gift) , de pessoa física, não pagam impostos de importação. Por esse motivo, faça compras de até uns 90 dólares (já com o frete incluso!) e é quase certeza que você não pagara imposto

terrible service / don´t be fooled
Bought for the first time from the store and will never ever buy again. Too slow processing time, no valid tracking number, inefficient customer service / assistance and insecurity about receiving your orders. Tempting prices just to trap you. Take care!

Avoid at All Costs !
I'm a regular customer of Iherb and have placed dozens of orders with them with no problems, I thought I would try Health Designs as they carry a few items that Iherb don't stock.
My order processed for 7 days although the website specifies 2 -3 days processing. During the processing stage (day 4) I emailed the company with concerns about the length of time taking to process the order and days later I eventually received a copy/paste reply that did not address my specific concerns
The order eventually shipped a week later.
It has now been over a month and I still have not received my parcel, I have again needed to email the company this time with concerns regarding shipping and a week later received a copy/paste response that did not address my specific questions regarding shipping to my location.
As a first time customer I am highly dissatisfied with this company, I have lost all hope of receiving my parcel which by the way does not contain any items prohibited in my country or that may cause customs delays.
The processing time is appallingly slow, The "customer service" (or lack of) is pathetic and you probably wont get your parcel anyway (just read all the negative reviews below) oh and I have a tracking number for the parcel that is not valid anyway.
Please consider my terrible experience when considering purchasing with this horrible company.

7 DAYS PROCESSING MY ORDER AND NOTHING!?
I bought the product last Monday and when I log in on my account to see the status, it says "Processing". 7 days to process a purchase? My product didnt even ship to me!?

Orders doesn't arive after 4 months, shipping options misleading
I placed an order on 29 January and selected the DHL Global Mail option of the three options available, which promised 8-14 days. Nowhere on the healthdesigns.com or DHL’s websites was there any reference that the parcel might be transferred to a local post office. I was under the impression that this is a slow DHL delivery option, not merely a method which gets the item into the normal post office mail service. Surprise: It apparently is the same as a post office service; your parcel is thrown into a DHL bag and then disappears into the normal Post Office mail.
After four months I have not yet received my parcel.
In comparison I've ordered numerous books from Amazon.com in the US via normal post office mail and delivery, quoted as take 6-8 weeks. ANY complaint about non-arrival to Amazon has always been met with an offer to refund or send a replacement.
I believe a replacement or refund would be appropriate by now from healthdesigns.com

Quando encontrei a healthdesigns.com minha primeira premissa foi de suplementos bons e baratos...porém depois de 4 meses á espera desses suplementos, minha opinião é que o barato saiu caro, pois paguei e nao recebi nada.

PREJUIZO; ATENDIMENTO PRECARIO; SEM RETORNO; NÃO RECEBI MERCADORIA
É difícil de acreditar mas comprei no dia 12 de outubro de 2012 e até hoje nem sinal da minha mercadoria, a ordem é de numero: #100240715; já enviei dezenas de e-mails solicitando pelo menos o código de rastreamento e nem isso me informaram, me deram um código DHL 296893, sendo que o código correto começa com GM na frente e mais 15 digitos, está tudo errado, já fazem 6 meses e nada.
Não recomendo e nunca mais compro, tomei prejuízo, ninguém lá me ajuda ou respondem mais meus e-mails.
Decepcionado com o HD.

Bad Service!
I made my request, Optimum Nutrition BCAA 1000mg 400 Capsules, on 04/08/2013 and 05/23/2013 to date, not received!
It seems that the product did not come in my country yet, because the tracking code (LN432840271US), you can not track it.
I'll have to look for another site for international purchases of supplements, because not want to be paying for something that takes longer than specified to arrive.

Vcs que estão tendo problemas com não recebimento, saibam que isso não depende da HealthDesigns, isso é descaração dos nossos Correios juntamente com a Receita Federal que são orgãos extremamente corruptos e incompetentes, e eles extraviam os produtos propositalmente. Não é culpa da HealthDesigns!!!!! Isso acontece com qualquer outra empresa do ramo.

Não recebi ainda minha encomenda, foi postada desde 15 de fevereiro, se tivesse preso na anvisa eles teriam me enviado um telegrama me informando da situação, mas até agora nem sinal. NUNCA mais irei comprar lá, eu sei que a loja não tem culpa, a culpa é da burocracia do nosso país, mas enfim. Não me lembro a forma de envio, só sei que o prazo era de 1-4 weeks.
