It has been over 2 months since I requested a refund for two orders, HEP230158 and HEP231596, and yet I have not received anything we are on October 5 th . I ordered from France! I demand that you process my refund immediately. This is disgraceful, your site is dishonest and unprofessional. What a terrible customer experience!

Emailed me marketing just for adding something to my basket and then deleting it. Surely breaches consumer / data protection rights.

First time customer i would certainly use this company again, I ordered a pair of slippers I can never find slippers with toe box room I ordered the Moheda brand and they're exactly what I was looking for I'm so pleased with my purchase ,website was easy to use p&p I felt was fairly priced and I was kept up to date with despatch times and delivery, one very happy customer.

Shoes were great but unfortunately didn’t fit. Sent them back via UPS which was straight forward and provided good tracking info. Took a few days for refund but it came in full plus they refunded delivery cost which I wasn’t expecting. They responded to my email asking about refund very quickly.

Ordered a pair of Clarks Desert Boots and received some knock off fake version a week later. The box is unmarked and the label on the heel is not from Clarks. Price was however the same as the real boots, so this was just a ripoff scheme. Won't be using Heppo again.

My item was not delivered to my home address or intimate for xmas Iorder was placed 20/12/24
I didn' collect parcel from a random shop so item was sent back to ware house I'm still waiting for £77 refund
I have sent numerous emails
Not happy at all

Been looking for these Dr Marten shoes for while always sold out in my size ,found Heppo on line had my size.Hassle free ordering and only 4 days from Sweden to Scotland and 50% off rrp , what’s not to like ? , Will use them again and recommend to friends, 5 Stars all the way, if only other companies worked like this!

I didn't know that Heppo was based in Sweden and probably wouldn't have made a purchase if I had... thinking that delivery would take ages. My boots were delivered within a week with constant updates at every stage. I am absolutely over the moon with my boots which were so much cheaper than anywhere else online. I had to search how to leave a review as I couldn't find it on the website. I just had to sing the praises of Heppo to everyone and would urge all to check it out. Thank you so much for your amazing service and I will definitely be shopping here again; in fact, it will be my first point of call. 😍😍😍

My first time ordering from Heppo. I did not realise at the time they were based in Sweden. Surprisingly, it didn’t take as long as I thought it would and my boots arrived a few days after ordering. I received regular email updates from Heppo, then UPS on the tracking/progress. But, disaster! When my delivery arrived, I realised I'd ordered the wrong size (the site offers EU sizes only and I messed up converting to UK sizes, my fault entirely).
The paperwork contained in the package included instructions and a returns label (including a pre-paid postage label, so no cost to you for the return). The process was to re-seal the contents, affix postage label and take them to your nearest UPS collection point. Once received at Heppo, they will process a refund. No need to provide any details on the reason for returning. I assumed if they had any questions they would reach out to me once they received them.
A word of advice on returns. Keep all the paperwork relating to the returns process outside the box. These look to be customs documents and will show you as the sender and Heppo as the recipient. They must be attached to the outside of the package by the staff at the drop off point to facilitate the customs process. I stupidly sealed mine inside the package and had to open it in the shop to get them out.
Being keen to get the correct size, I did order again immediately, double checking the size this time. Again, the next pair arrived in a few days with the same level of notifications and emails from UPS on the progress. The new, new boots arrived and I absolutely love them. The refund for the first pair arrived in my account this week, about two weeks after I sent them back. I had no need to contact Heppo. A very painless returns process.
Somebody here complained previously that the refund didn’t include the postage costs. Why would it? The courier that delivered completed their obligation. It’s not like Heppo are profiting from it AND they paid for the return postage. No complaints here.
I’ve been looking at their store and have my eye on a few more items that are cheaper than a lot of UK based outlets. My first experience has been a good one and I would have the confidence to use them again. Well done Heppo.

They can improv by delivering your order instead of just taking your money

Bought a Boss trainers from them , thought it will take ages to come as even the postage inside uk is appx 3 to 4 days . Order took 4 days to arrive with ups in perfect condition and very good deal as well. Happy. thanks

Paid delivery charge for my item to be delivered to my home address. To be then notified id to collect it 40km away in another County 1hour and 20 minutes to and from!!! ... Heppo never said anything about not delivering to my home address they said the delivery company decides on the closest pick point... Will never order from Heppo again they are completely aware that they are not letting people know about parcels not being delivered to peoples home addresses or requested addresses. They play dumb. Ye do. Not state anywhere about not delivering to requested address's thats the point of shopping on line the convenience!!! Nothing convenient about this company.

Were looking for Superfit sport 5 shoes , great price , with discount code ( unsure if an extra code would come from signing up to the newsletter, which we did.)
Order process seemed smooth all went fine, order received several days later. I had seen some bad reviews but undeserved from our point of view , as service and shoes were great.
Only bad mark, the courier left them in a safe place by our back door ( no signature or note through our letterbox though) otherwise 5 stars.

Was a little nervous as I never heard of Heppo, but brilliant service. Plus I saved at least £30 on my daughters DocMartens school shoes. Will definitely check Heppo before I buy footwear anywhere else in future.
