worst customer service in the history of e-commerce
Beware. Beware. Beware.
Do not give this company your money unless you want to risk losing your money.
This company advertises delivery signature confirmation but they will only secure delivery signature confirmation if you spend more than $150.00.
This company will not insure your package. They charge you $2 for insurance for their package, which is not only unethical but TERRIBLE customer service and the worst customer service I've ever experienced from an Online company.
Please do not repeat my mistake. There are dozens of other online lingerie companies that will treat you and your money properly. If the USPS mishandles your package, this company's policy is to refuse helping you, the customer.

Buy from some place else!
Terrible exchange policy! If you know for a fact the item you purchase will fit, then go for it. But if you aren't 100% sure then go somewhere else to not risk having to exchange or return your item. If you need to do exchanges they want to keep charging you shipping and entering it as a new order rather than simply exchanging the item like every other company out there on the internet. On top the shipping is pretty slow and the customer service agents are RUDE. Won't be ordering from here again!

The worst company ever!!!
I had nothing but trouble with this company from day one. The wrong items were sent. Items were backordered and I was not notified. Items were not labeled.
REFUNDS WERE NOT GIVEN FOR RETURNED ITEMS.
STAY AWAY!!!!
