EXTREMELY good value cider pasteuriser!
My son is an artisanal cider maker (look him up under Circle Cider). He has a pasteuriser bought from one of the major suppliers that cost £160-. In order to increase his capacity and provide a backup facility, I bought him a tea urn from Hifi-Tower for £65-. It is exactly the same build and quality as the higher-priced unit, except that it doesn't have an automatic timer. A kitchen timer from Tesco's will suffice! Delivery of the tea urn was very quick and immediately put into service for bottling cider to take to the Bath and West Show. I can heartily recommend this supplier.

Excellent service
The item arrived safely delivery was fast no problems item there was a bit of a problem trying to line the screws up but once the screws was were no problems also when one wants to fold the item up and place in cupboard or under bed one has to remove the screws which is a bit of a pain but over all happy with item

great service when you needed it
didnt expect any thing as 11 months down the line my speakers got faulty, suprised how they reacted to my requirements when i asked for alteranative item swop, but if i was in business i would have done it as well complete customer service at its best.

Excellent service and an excellent product
I'd been looking for a reflection screen for a while for my small studio and found this on ebay.
It was the cheapest I could find but the quality is excellent and once purchased was dispatched straight away and arrived a day earlier than stated aswell.

Brilliant, trusted and very reliable seller.
I have bought several items from Hi-Fi and have never been disappointed yet. On the one occasion I needed to return something (my fault, not theirs) the whole process was handled flawlessly and very professionally. This recent purchase was to replace my original return and I am over the moon. With some discount in their shop I was able to purchase a brand new set of Auna 2000 Watt speakers which arrived yesterday, have been tested and are a perfect integration into our disco company. Fantastic service from start to finish, after sales support is excellent
I ordered a hi fi for my husband for Christmas unfortunately the first one was not working. I was dreading the hassle of sending it back but the after sales support was fantastic and arranged pick up and re delivery for me straight away. I wasn't passed from pillar to post and there was no quibble.
The replacement works fine and is great value for money. I would definitely recommend this firm and would use them again if needed

Hear it best on Hifi-Tower *****
Bought this suround sound BAR from hifi-tower, you do`nt listen
to anything anymore you actuall get in there with them ; - the sound is
absolutely brilliant. You need to get out there & buy 1, it will change
your whole listening expieriance, absolutely brill & no I`m not related

Moving nightclub
This company are ace. Answerd every question I had when I rang about delivery, the product came very very well packaged was like pass the parcel with the amount of protective wrapping. The pictures you see DO NOT DO JUSTICE TO HOW GOOD THESE LOOK, the look just blows you away the sound is unbelievable the subs them selves so wellput together look the part the amp is beautiful, just pure raw power, the wiring kits and 6by 9's just excellent I will recommend this company to anybody wanting a premium product for less then premium price. Absolutely great will be buying from hifi tower again and again. Gotta be home for car audio. Makes other retailers look amature.

Looked for what i wanted, read about it, bought it, 4 days later..Got it.. Perfect
Went onto site and looked for an item i was interested in purchasing, seen a great choice and they were labelled according to experience, i opted for an item suitable for a beginner but with enhanced options.
Item was described clearly, had basic instructions and what results i would get from the product, they also had the English PDF Manuel available for download.
Item was competitively priced and upon purchase i received my item via secured courier across Europe at no extra cost to me within 4 days

Absolutely delighted
A kettle is just a kettle, or is it? This one does everything my previous (new) one didn't!
It pours without the slightest drip. It holds plenty of water (1.7 litres); the lid has a button opener that doesn't burn your fingers; the handle is exactly right for balance when lifting a full load of water and the blue/violet light that emanates from the glass bowl while the kettle is in action is a work of art in itself.

Superb customer service
Bought a hoover, one of the wheels broke, phoned up and they offered to send another.
Could not find another so offered me £10 and I bought a replacement locally.

Great build quality & service to match
I did a lot of research before selecting an established UK brand of VHF Mics. Despite large sales, I was unimpressed so I sold them on.. I then widened my scope and found the Auna FU-3-W VHF Mics online. I was originally attracted to the white finish option (we have a white baby grand piano in the club) .. so I ordered them. Delivery was quick and the packing excellent. On testing, one of the mics was superb and the other was very muffled. One phone call to Hi-Fi Tower in the UK instigated a quick search for a replacement Mic but in the end, a whole new system was shipped out. This one was perfect. My only niggle is that the plug is European (with an adapter supplied) so it's not neat and the adapter cable is only one metre long .. so it doesn't reach the floor.
On the positive side, the mics use 2 x AA Batteries and they seem to last for ages. I bought re-chargeable Duracell batteries with a charger so the cost savings are obvious.
The switches on the MIcs offer easy operation. Off .. Standby and On. Simples!
But in summary, for the money, this dual VHF radio mic system offers the best sound quality I have ever heard.

Great present-day technology in a yesteryear design.
With so many sentimental memories attached to our vinyl collection, I bought this piece of kit primarily for the record deck facility. However, given all its other facilities, (tuner, CD, MP3, cassette) I'm wholly impressed with it. The sound quality and levels are what you would expect from two small internal speakers, but it's perfectly adequate for the average living room. It looks smart and, for the price, it's brilliant!
