Weak link in the chain.
Service was excellent and would have warranted five stars had you been aware that my first requirement was no longer manufactured instead of giving the impression on your web site that you still had some in stock. Bad storekeeping.

Wow.

Your prices are the best that I have found,far better than in all of the stores in Manchester,
the only complaint that I have is that I was unable to track my purchase
as the tracking number that you gave me was incorrect,
fortunately I was at home when the delivery was made,
I did email and asked for the correct number but got no reply.

o dear..
wrong cable sent and speaker reflects light, completly the opposite of what i was told , just to get a sale..still wating for the correct cable to use the speaker..
I won't be doing business again with this company if sales are all they are interested in.

We are sorry about the confusion and we hold our hands up to this error, unfortunately the specification regarding the bi-wire cabling provided to us by Mission was incorrect with regards to the model you have ordered. Both we and Mission have taken action to correct this error on our respective websites, which will display the correct specification shortly.
The correct speaker cable has also been dispatched and the difference has been refunded to your account but if you find that the speaker isn’t suitable for your needs please let us know and we will do our up most to find a suitable alternative. Once again apologies for the confusion.

Hifi Shipment to Germany
After searching for a long time for the components I wanted at a good price, hifix came out on top and by far bet the prices of hifi equipment in Europe. They were also the only ones that stocked all the different brand components I wanted under one rough.
The transaction was easy. They are super helpful. There was a slight stuff-up with the wrong model speakers being sent, but this was fixed promptly. I would highly recommend using this company to any european buyers for a good service and great brands.

I am very pleased with the service of your company and I am impressed by the speed of delivery. All 17 kg of stuff I ordered on Tuesday morning arrived the other side of the world in Hong Kong on Friday. It was securely wrapped, secure from prying eyes and protected from the elements. Nothing was broken. Amazing work.

Excellent service and value
I ordered a turntable cartridge. The HIFIX site was clear and easy to navigate, and I was able to place my order within a couple of minutes of going on-line. I was extremely pleased and surprised to receive the cartridge the following day. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with HIFIX and will certainly use them again. Meanwhile, I am in vinyl heaven playing LP's that I haven't played in years and giving my collection a new lease of life.
